She listened carefully to everything we asked for and offered thoughtful, creative suggestions that we hadn’t even considered—ideas that elevated the entire look and feel of our day. It truly makes a difference having a florist who’s been in the business as long as Martha has. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking. Our wedding arch, reception florals, and bouquets were nothing short of stunning. The first time we saw our ceremony arch was walking down the aisle—and we were completely blown away. It was even more beautiful than we had imagined, a true centerpiece of the day that left a lasting impression on us and our guests. We feel so lucky to have had Martha and the Gillespie’s team as part of our wedding. If you’re looking for a florist who brings talent, professionalism, and heart to everything she does, look no further.

ty condescending. When she eventually gave me a floral quote it was for DOUBLE my budget and had changed out the main arch for 2 bushes to "fit my budget" without discussing it with me. I went with a florist in Clifton Forge, VA instead (Country Garden Florist) and they were much kinder and able to provide flowers with an arch in my budget. I still rented my chairs from Gillespie's and they were good quality and delivery, although $900 to rent and deliver 130 chairs seems steep to me.

and timely responses blew me away! He and his staff researched my vision from my Pinterest wedding board, held planning calls to go over all of the details, and put together beautiful floral samples for when I visited their shop in White Sulphur Springs. They even offered to deliver my wedding cake to Snowshoe from a local bakery (so convenient!). Gillespie's provided floral bouquets, corsages, and arrangements, tents, tables, chairs, and lighting for my wedding. The prices were a little high, but after talking with other brides, they seemed comparable to other vendors and florists. I arrived to Snowshoe 2 days before my wedding, and we unfortunately discovered some of the rentals were dirty and/or damaged. John was apologetic and promptly sent his crew back to Snowshoe, and the issues were corrected in a few hours. The event went off without a hitch, and everything was absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend using Gillespie's for your wedding/event needs.

ll, especially since I planned my wedding from afar. We rented tents, tables, chairs, lighting, linens, and vases from Gillespie’s. Both the quality of the rentals and the service was excellent. Martha also helped me acquire WV vases as gifts for my bridesmaids. The flowers were simply stunning. We received numerous compliments about how beautiful they were. Martha and her team did a fantastic job of putting everything together. It was more gorgeous than I had ever imagined!

iece, and the large green garland on the head table. Overall the product was of excellent quality. Everything looked and felt just as I had wanted it! Service was okay - but the cost was SO HIGH. I inquired to rent a few additional items (a chalkboard, glitter tablecloth etc etc) and the prices were MORE than if I just bought the items myself!!(Which is what I needed up doing - Etsy is so great). I would use them again - but cost hunt!! They are no where near the best in price.

As a bride that did not dream of her wedding from day one, I loved working with Martha. She was very helpful in guiding my then fiancé and myself at making the right flower choices...

for our budget and for our wedding vision. She really captured the essence of who we are as a couple and made our day just perfect. I will never forget my wedding bouquet it was beautiful and smelled amazing. I would recommend Gillespie's to any couple planning their wedding as not only was Gillespie's service and expertise amazing and very much appreciated but the flowers and how they set up both our ceremony and reception were just too beautiful for words. Thank you for such an amazing day!
