tail, incredibly organized, and always calm under pressure. She took the time to truly understand our vision and brought it to life beautifully. Thanks to her, the entire planning process was seamless and stress-free — and the wedding day itself was nothing short of magical. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Gilly. Even though she was hired as a “day-of” coordinator, she went above and beyond throughout the planning process by checking ...
in regularly, offering advice, and making sure we never felt overwhelmed or alone in the details.
On the big day, she was incredible. Every moment flowed seamlessly thanks to her organization, calm demeanor, and ability to handle everything behind the scenes. From managing the timeline to coordinating with vendors, handling last-minute hiccups, and ensuring our guests were happy and taken care of—she was on top of it all.
Trusting her with our wedding was one of the best decisions we made, and because of her, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment.
If you’re looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and deeply trustworthy, look no further. We are endlessly grateful for everything she did to help bring our day to life.

I have had the unique opportunity to both be a day of wedding coordinator for Gilly and one of her brides! From the beginning, she is very organized and asks you important question...
s that you might not have considered when looking for vendors and figuring out the timeline. She does a great job at coordinating all of your vendors for you and ensuring that they arrive on time. Delaney was our day of coordinator and the wedding day could not have gone more flawlessly! She checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were good to do activities such as cake cutting and the bouquet toss without being overbearing. As someone who has experienced the behind the scenes as a day of coordinator and "bride side" of Gilly Francis Events, I could not recommend her more!

s taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with her over the course of 2 full years as my wedding was postponed due to Covid and I mean it when I say I will genuinely miss my correspondence with her. Gilly made my wedding go off without a hitch and while I sincerely enjoyed working with each and every vendor, if I could only pick one of them again it would be Gilly.

ct and exactly how we wanted it (I was the opposite of a "bridezilla" so she helped me find my voice and capture what I really wanted)! I really do not think our wedding would have been so wonderful if it wasn't for her! Thank you so much Gilly!
