Tamika was super responsive to my inquiries, so I wasn't waiting around weeks to hear back. She helped me come up with a good menu for my party and took into account my guests' fo...od allergies/preferences. Day of, they arrived right when they said they would to set up and put things together. The food was delicious (loved the pimento cheese balls and mac n cheese with chicken) and served handsomely. The serving staff did a great job of making sure everyone had a chance to get some passed hors d'oeuvres. I won't hesitate to use Gimme Cake for my next event!
