Over the last year and a half I've looked at a LOT of wedding pictures in preparation for our wedding day but Brandon's photographs are amazing, they captured everything we were looking for in our intimate Las Vegas wedding suite wedding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We’re from the Chicagoland area and found Brandon through my new mother-in-law who lives in Las Vegas. We were able to meet with him when we were visiting the area months before the wedding and had regular communication about our game plan ahead of the big day. Brandon shot my wedding this past March and I'm so glad I waited to review him. Now I can share the endless amount of compliments I received on his work! First, he was nice, professional and extremely detailed oriented, which my husband and I both loved! He had our friends and family take sunglasses off, cell phones out of their pockets, and fixed jackets to make each group photo look amazing! My favorite thing was that he seemed to get shots from EVERY angle during our ceremony but I didn't notice him running around at all! He was like a ninja running around without being seen! I am so glad that we found Brandon! The wedding pictures are everything we ever could imagine and more! He took my ideas and made them all happen, as well as, caught things we never would have thought of. Our pictures are something we look forward to sharing for years to come. My husband and I just got married in Las Vegas and Brandon was our photographer. From the minute we met, he was absolutely incredible. Myself and Paul discovered Gin and Sake through their website. As a couple who hate to get their picture taken choosing a wedding photographer was a difficult process for us. You have taken some magical photographs of us and our guest enjoying the day that we will treasure forever. Your photojournalistic approach to wedding photography meant that myself and Paul felt at ease and barely noticed you were there in the best way possible. You also made us feel relaxed in the moments where we did have to get some shots together with us and family. In fact in 90% of the pictures you took with us that were casually posed we are laughing which is almost unheard of when a camera is around. All of our guest have commented on how amazing the pictures are and how they give a sense of how much laughter and love was around on the day of our wedding and we can’t thank you enough Brandon for that. Brandon from Gin & Sake was superb. From the very beginning, he was prompt, reassuring and seemed to completely understand what we were looking for. Brandon photographed our 7/6/2018 wedding at The Cosmopolitan. We only had him booked for a 2 hour window which included a 1/2 hour before the ceremony and about an hour post the ceremony. He perfectly captured the great moments during the ceremony and took some really stunning photos around the venue afterwards. Despite this being a very short window of time to work with, he managed to get us some perfect photos to remember our day by. I can only imagine that if you have him booked for a longer period of time you will be even more impressed with what he can capture for you! We were married on a Friday and got our pictures 2 days later on a Sunday which was way faster turnaround than I expected. It was so nice to have pictures from our destination wedding to immediately share with friends and family that weren't able to make it. He was also very responsive and accomodating to a couple of requests for photo edits post the initial send. We couldn't be happier with our experience and photos!

After using him for engagement and wedding pics I completely fell in love with his eye for detail, his professionalism, and genuine desire to make every moment captured even more special than the last. I booked gin and sake for my wedding in las vegas. Brandon said he was busy so he put me onto jill. Her customer service is awful and she has a real attitude problem. I never got a reply to any of my emails without me having to double email her.. then i’d finally get a reply a week later with a rubbish excuse and it would be uninterested and blunt. Nothing like the other lovely, friendly photographers i have spoken to via email. I have just emailed to say i am cancelling as she is not interested at all in my wedding. Her reply included lovely comments like ‘i’m so sorry that you are not top of my priority list, your wedding is 3 months away’. ‘Congratulations again’. A paragraph of the most unprofessional, sarcastic tone I have ever received. Thank god i am not going with this company, Jill needs to grow up and act like a professional if she’s hoping to get $900 for 4 hours photography.

I am so extremely happy that Brandon was our photographer on our special day. His calm demeanor and expertise in photography made such a stress free day! My husband and I are probably the least photogenic people ever and after reviewing our photos we were in awe! I love that our photos turned out natural and not so "posey" like most wedding photos. He captured all the special moments, the details, and our personalities. When they say enjoy your wedding day for it goes by fast they weren't kidding! Thankfully Brandon captured it all and we relived our day all over again viewing the photos! Not to mention he had the photos back to us within a few days. This was a present all together! Working with Brandon was a dream. He was very responsive, punctual, and precise about what to expect. We are so happy with our photos! He managed to make a blond, Scandinavian bride in a white dress (me) standing in the late afternoon Nevada sun go from "washed out" to "radiant". He captured the big bits and the sweet little moments between us and our guests with grace and humor. It truly let us relax and enjoy the day knowing it was being documented by a talented professional. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!

This is long overdue. Wedding was back on March 6th 2017. When I was on the search for a photographer in Vegas, I came upon Gin and Sake’s website. I was immediately intrigued because the pictures were stylish, bold and strikingly beautiful. The pictures captured different moments and each of them were unique in their own way, but all shots somehow had a signature that only Brandon had. My first impression from the website was that Brandon was a professional. I even liked his “about” section that to me, said he was straight-forward, genuine and flexible. I was hooked. Although I was hesitant to contact him because I was working with a smaller budget, but I followed the advice of many discussion boards that say, “There’s no harm in asking”. Brandon was able to work with me for the time coverage, locations (multiple), budget, and on top of that gave me advice. I had my ceremony at Valley of Fire State Park, and he advised me on the best part of the site to give me the best pictures. I was told by my coordinator after the ceremony that he was the sole person who set up my wedding chairs. (Even though it was supposed to be the rental chair company!) He was even willing to shoot some pictures outside the state park to accommodate a special request (even though time didn’t permit it, we didn’t end up doing it). The bottom line was that he was more than willing and even recommended of a site to take the shots. Ladies and gents, if you’re looking for a photographer, go with Brandon at GIN AND SAKE. You won’t regret it. If you like his style of photography, he will work with what YOU want. He won’t feed you any fluff. If it’s not doable or realistic, he’ll let you know. Book him early though. He is patient, down to earth, and just genuinely such a great guy. He responds quickly, and will give you the time of day. You will not feel like another numbered client. You’ll feel like you’re one of his most important clients, even though I’m sure he has so many. You won’t even notice him taking pictures on your special day. He took so many great shots of the state park, he’s like a bad-ass photo ninja! My only regret is that I didn’t book him for a longer period. From what time I did purchase, I have the most priceless pictures. My only regret is that I didn’t tip him enough due to my budget and didn’t fully comprehend all that he did for me at the time. Some wedding boards will say it’s not a necessity to tip your photographer because he/she is doing their job, but after you see your pictures, you’ll wish you could give him the all stars in the night sky. And if I could I would. I’ll be back in vegas for our wedding anniversary. I still can’t believe how well my wedding photos turned out. My husband I and hired Brandon for our wedding at the Neon Museum in Las Vegas. We wanted mostly candid wedding shots and what Brandon delivered was well beyond our expectations. He made us feel comfortable, listened to our ideas and completely captured the day. He delivered the photos in 2 days…yes, 2 days! A good photographer is key for your wedding. You need to pick Gin & Sake. Don’t settle for anyone else.

Words cannot express how grateful we are that we chose Brandon as our wedding photographer. As a bride, the wedding planning process is stressful, and no matter how much you do ahead of time, the day of is always going to be difficult. Well Brandon was by far the least stressful part of the entire day. He has such an easy-going personality, which definitely helped me stay calm when things got a little tricky. And while he was super relaxed he was also incredibly professional. He listened to what my husband and I wanted to be captured, and made sure that the photos reflected our personalities. And, to top it all off, he got us our online wedding album TWO DAYS after our wedding! We were still in Vegas when I got the email with the link to check out our photos. I know some couples wait weeks and even months before seeing their photos, but my husband and I were able to view our slideshow on the airplane ride home. Brandon was very professional and responded right away. Brandon was flexible in accommodating us and even offered to take our engagement photos if we made it to Vegas early. We had seen amazing reviews everywhere for Brandon and I have to agree with all the 5 star reviews. He had all the equipment needed to take flawless photos even at The Neon museum where lighting is different everywhere.Our wedding guests and family all said he was the nicest photographer because he was so laid back yet assertive in moving people around in photos. Even when some of those same guests would be in his way trying to take photos on their phones he would let them take it and then step in. The best part of the using Gin and Sake was that as we were getting ready to board the plane the next day all of our photos were already edited and sent back with the rights and everything. That turn around was incredible and the quality of the photos were amazing as well. Also as a LGBT couple it is always nervous getting vendors who support LGBT but also know how to shoot LGBT couples. Brandon was so friendly and great at getting good poses and angles of us. I plan on coming back to Vegas in the future and using him again to renew our vows.

Brandon exceeded our expectations, he was amazing to deal with from start to finish. We were planning a wedding from out of town and nothing was too much trouble for Brandon. He is punctual with his responses and goes above and beyond with his ideas. We chose Gin and Sake because of their love of candid shots which is the same as ours. They know how to capture the moments without having to do too many posed photos. We couldnt believe that our photos were back to us within 4 days of the wedding day! And to such a high quality! Looking back on the photos Brandon knew exactly what to capture and when, each photo is unique and brings back a memory of the day. You barely even notice that they are with you the whole day (in a good way), but looking at the photos they seem to be everywhere all at once!!! Nothing was missed! From tiny details of cufflinks to big group dances, they captured it all. I truly would recommend them to everyone!! Personally any other choice but Gin and Sake would be a mistake!!

Brandon was by far the best investment that my husband and I made for our wedding. From the beginning, Brandon was prompt and responsive when helping us figure out the right photography services and pricing for our wedding. Our wedding was on the smaller side, and we only requested photography for half of the day as our reception was very informal - Brandon was the only option that gave us the right combination of quality and affordability. While other top vendors will immediately ask for prices in the thousands, Brandon was able to work with us within our budget. On the day of the wedding, I was frazzled enough with making sure I knew where people needed to be that I could hardly spare a thought for Brandon. But as it turns out, while I was distracted with not tripping on my heels, Brandon was working his magic all along. He was working solo for our wedding, and yet he seemed to manage so many different places and people at once. He had an amazing eye for capturing emotion, regardless of who he focused on. I don't know how he does it - it's like he has a preternatural sense for when a magical moment is about to happen. He was able to seamlessly get from location to location, help herd our guests (as well as the groom and myself) in a way that wasn't at all invasive, and when we went slightly over the original time window we had asked for, he didn't complain at all - if anything, he was eager to help us get more shots until we were satisfied. All of this in of itself would have been enough to merit five stars, but then Brandon somehow also managed to get all the pictures edited and uploaded for us in under eight hours! Under eight hours. I could hardly believe my eyes when I settled back in the hotel after our dinner and saw his email in my inbox! Most people I know who have gotten married have to wait months for their pictures to come back, but Brandon's prompt return of our photos made it possible for me to share wedding moments with family overseas who couldn't make it in almost real-time. It was above and beyond anything that my husband and I could have hoped for, on top of the photos being so brilliant. We had hundred of photos to sift through, helping us relive every moment of our ceremony. I really can't say enough about Brandon's work. I only wish he lived up in Seattle - I would hire him for everything and he'd quickly tire of me! Brandon - thank you, thank you, thank you. You have a real gift.

Brandon did such an amazing job on the pictures for our two day wedding celebration! We have had so many compliments on our photos and have been told they look like they should be in a bridal magazine. I can not even begin to express how thrilled we were with both the customer service leading up to our wedding and the photographs we received from Brandon. We truly wish there were more words in the english language to describe how amazing Brandon (Gin and Sake) was in capturing our wedding! Coming from New Zealand to celebrate with 65 of our friends and family the most important part for us was making sure we had memories of all those that could come, and also really show who Sean and I were as couple. Brandon not only took the time to get to know us but also gave us so much information about other ideas for shots, venues and things we didn't know about rules and regulations in Las Vegas. Originally we had planned to get married in the Valley of Fires but Brandon's advice (and some external factors) led to use choosing another venue (The Grove) at the last minute and we couldn't have been happier. On the day he was so relaxed but in the most professional way making sure that key images were easy and so much fun to do. For Sean and I who are rather camera shy the other more candid shots also blew us away!! When we suggested that we might like to do post shots that were a bit more artistic he knew all the best places downtown and as the day was sweltering (August wedding) he was so quick and organised that we got all the right shots without standing in the sun for an hour! My bridesmaids were utterly thankful :) The most incredible shot he took actually had him quickly sneaking us outside during our reception dinner as the light over the pool was just right for that magic moment you hope to have on your wedding day and he got the shot in all its stunning glory! Our Fav! I think the best way to describe how over the moon we were was when we opened the shots for the first time and Sean and I had tears of happiness in our eyes as we relived every moment, which to be fair post your wedding is simply priceless!! Thank you , thank you, thank you Brandon for making the day and our memories AMAZING!!!

We had Brandon with us, following our ceremony at Aria. He was brilliant, funny, and become a part of the group. We had a wedding party of 7 (including us), and he captured everyone authentically. I'm not a fan of posed photos, but he made them painless and they turned out beautiful. He was also able to turn them around for us to have much quicker than I was expecting.

We booked and paid our deposit for Gin & Sake originally based on what we saw on their website, before even meeting with Brandon. We are so pleased we did! OUR PHOTOS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Brandon has somehow managed to capture the spirit of our wedding day perfectly. Friends that didn't make it to our wedding have said it's like they were there because they can just feel the emotion coming through from the photos. Our personalities have been summed up so well in the collection of shots we received. (Which turned up in my email inbox a couple of days after the wedding, before we'd even left Vegas to start our honeymoon!) He has caught every detail, every smile, every moment so perfectly and the whole story of our day has been told. We're from the UK so organising everything for our Las Vegas wedding from there was quite daunting. We flew over to check out wedding venues and meet with vendors about a year or so before our wedding. Brandon suggested a photo shoot while we were out there, but in fact as well as doing that, he ended up being our wedding venue tour guide, which was just so lovely for him to do, what with us being from out of town. Brandon made everything so easy for us and was incredibly polite, friendly and patient with me even with all my crazy bride question emails I kept sending him. We had our wedding ceremony outside at 3pm in about 45 degree Celsius heat and again Brandon was so patient and relaxed about it all, despite my limo arriving over 30 minutes late and cutting short his time in that venue. He stayed with us almost 10 hours that day and even managed to make us look amazing at the end of the night, at what I was sure was not going to be our finest moment! I'm so glad I went with my gut feeling about booking Gin & Sake and we would do it all over again if we could. Might have to start planning an anniversary trip to Vegas now....

During my wedding process (aka my whole life), I knew that the one thing I wanted to be perfect and was willing to splurge on was my photographer. Everything else could be heinous but a good photographer would be able to make everything look stunning. I scheduled my Las Vegas wedding in early June for sentimental purposes. I interviewed 2 other photographers before Brandon, one of whom moaned about the possible temperature and the other who wanted to charge me $5,000 to start. When I went to interview Brandon, I was immediately drawn to his simple, clean, and upfront approach. He quoted me significantly less than the aforementioned vendors and included my engagements. When we received the engagements back I giddily knew I had made the right choice. They were everything I wanted and more, and our shooting experience with him was easy and genuine. He took the same qualities I loved about our engagements and took them to a whole new level for our wedding. This man shot for 6+ hours on the first 109-degree day of the season and I received my samples THE NEXT DAY, people. I am beyond thrilled with these photos and know that they are not only a beautiful memory but also a joy to display in my home. Brandon's work is vivid, vibrant, and saturated with emotional clarity. I would urge anyone looking to hire a photographer to go with Gin & Sake for an all-around wonderful experience.

Brandon is a photography God!!! My wife and I got married on 8/15/15 and we already have our photos back!! 6 day turn around time, including shipping to Chicago!!! That is unheard of!!! (He also sent us some of the proofs the next day - a 20 hour turn around!!) The photos are absolutely amazing. There are some truly stunning shots - I am blow away by some of our pictures. On the day of the Wedding both Brandon and Jill were super amazing - they made my very large wedding party feel totally comfortable, they came up with some really awesome shots and they stayed the entire wedding - 12 hours at a totally reasonable price. Prior to the wedding, my communication with Brandon was super! He responds quickly and even put in extra work to help us find a videographer, florist, etc. when we asked for recommendations.
