She is experienced and has a wide range of great vendor relationships and as her clients we really benefitted from that. Working with Gina we were able to be involved where we wanted to be and hands off where we wanted to be. She was very in tune with our vision for the day and we couldn't have been happier with our wedding. On the day of our outdoor wedding suddenly there was an unforecasted rain storm that suddenly appeared an hour before the ceremony. Gina and her team scrambled to work around the storm. We also went to all of our vendors together as a team, for the food tasting, rentals, cake tasting and floral design. on an early Saturday evening, and I was expecting to leave a voicemail because none of the other wedding planners I had called had picked up. But Gina picked up the phone -- she had an event that night, and she always picks up every call during an event to ensure that every aspect runs smoothly. That kind of dedication and attention to detail was evident in every interaction I had with Gina. She made the process fun and painless, from choosing the vendors to the party favors to the table linens. She is so creative with an amazing eye for design, and she is also incredibly organized, flexible, proactive and detail oriented. During the year we worked together she went above and beyond in every possible way. Gina is also one of the loveliest people you could ever meet. She is not bossy or pushy like many of the wedding planners I had spoken to. She doesn’t take a commission on the back end from any vendors which should tell you about her high ethical standards. She treats everyone with respect and grace, which I’m sure is one of the many reasons why all the vendors love working with her (which means you will have your pick of the best vendors out there, no matter what your price point). Gina has an incredibly kind and calming energy that helped keep me calm during the whole process. Literally nothing rattles Gina! Every request, from the big things to the tiniest detail, was met with positivity and enthusiasm. Ordering a lot of stuff from Amazon and Etsy for the wedding and you can’t fit all the boxes in your tiny NYC apartment? No problem, Gina will store everything for you at her house. Want to order party favors from France? No worries, Gina will call the vendor as many times as required to place the order perfectly. Have small kids in your wedding party? Worry not, Gina will arrange for babysitters and will bring books and toys for the kids to play with. Concerned that it might rain on your wedding day? Fear not, as soon as one raindrop falls from the sky, Gina will magically appear with beautiful clear umbrellas and her car to drive you the two-minute walk from your hotel room to the event space so that not a drop of water will land on your dress or your hair. Have elderly relatives who might require a little extra TLC? No need for concern, Gina will ensure everyone is taken special care of, graciously directing them to the elevator and always making sure my mom had a diet Pepsi when she wanted one. Want to put pictures of your cats on your specialty cocktail sign? Not a problem, Gina’s graphic designer will create the perfect signage for your wedding. Having a farewell brunch the next morning and want to have flowers on the tables? Genius Gina will bring a box of jelly jars to the reception and at the end of the night fill them up with flowers from your arrangements to be displayed at the brunch (that people were then able to take home)! I could go on and on! It is no exaggeration to say that Gina orchestrated an absolutely perfect wedding for us. It reflected our personalities, our relationship, and our love for each other. We have received so many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they ever attended, and it was all thanks to Gina. She truly loves creating magical moments for her clients. he ball and the whole weekend was flawlessly executed. Everyone said it was the best wedding they had been to and it was all thanks to Gina. She has great relationships with vendors, excellent taste (and I am PICKY), and will help you spend your budget strategically. Mostly I had so much fun working with her for six months and was sad when the wedding was over because I didn’t get to have our planning calls anymore. I would hire her again in a second, it was the best money I spent on the wedding hands down. The wedding was everything I wanted and more, and that is in large part thanks to Gina. decor/great judgment, close with her vendors so able to communicate quickly and get the inside scoop, attentive and listened to us as a couple (everything was so sensitive to our love, our values, our tastes, and what we wanted for the day), flexible, kind, committed (essentially pulled all nighters the weekend of to pull off all the events, and when there were hiccups beyond her control, she went above and beyond to minimize our stress and to make sure there was no impact), sensitive to our budget, great staff, and more. We received so many compliments that it was one of the most special ceremonies that guests had attended, so well orchestrated, so beautiful, and so special, and the rave reviews go on. I don't know how we would have done it without Gina, and thanks to Gina it was one of the best weekends of our lives (and with very little stress for us, just ordinary nerves :) ). I can't imagine now having a wedding without her, and will forever be so grateful to her. This is unrelated to Gina, but to also address the 1 star review someone left -- we have heard of that individual through professional and family circle overlaps, and her review should be read with a thick grain of salt. The reviewer has a negative professional and personal reputation, including for her attitude , negativity, nastiness, etc. (including in the workplace). It should not be considered a fair review of Gina or her staff, and does not reflect the work she puts into her events, but instead reflects the attitudes and personal shortcomings of the reviewer. Please trust all the other overwhelmingly positive and gushing reviews of Gina - she's simply the best.

Gina’s assistant Michelle was our day-of coordinator and we loved having her there with us on our special day. She was calm and knew exactly what she needed to do. Our wedding was replanned twice and Gina was unbelievable through the entire process of moving venues and vendors to a completely different state. She connected us with fabulous vendors that I wasn't able to find or receive responses from on my own. Gina has so much expertise and knowledge about weddings that aren't at a venue. I personally was most perplexed in needing to know what to order for a wedding where we needed to bring in every single detail from the types and quantity of glassware down to the types of generators needed to keep our tent, band, portapotties etc running. Gina knew exactly what we needed and handled all the orders so we wouldn't need to stress about the logistics needed to flawlessly execute. Not only was she extremely creative, bringing in beautiful ideas that aren't cookie-cutter "wedding" ideas, but she was also very patient with teaching us about all the important needs that go into making the wedding feel effortless and easy for us but also our guests. The wedding went off without a hitch. Friends commented that it was one of their favorite weddings they've been too- extremely creatively planned with no hiccups the entire night. I was also determined to have a very creative and cool-feeling wedding and Gina was very supportive and helpful with giving exciting ideas to help execute my vision. I have been a bridesmaid in 4 weddings before my own and have always been bothered/perplexed that my friends' planners would make the bride more nervous than they already were. Gina was AMAZING on my wedding day- she has such grace and calmness about her way of managing a crew of 30+ vendors while helping me, my bridesmaids and family keep things moving without feeling a once of pressure or nervous energy. Gina became a true friend I will keep forever after a year + of planning together. I was so happy to have her by my side through the entire wedding and process. dding season in 2022 in terms of vendor/venue availability given 2-3 years of Covid-delayed weddings, Gina helped us get into our dream venue and we reserved a weekend in the ideal month of Sept, 2022. The venue coordinator even told me they were only taking weddings for 2023 but because they love Gina, were willing to book ours for 2022. I had nearly given up during my search for a venue but once Gina and the venue were decided, everything else fell into place. The strength of Gina’s network continued to be so valuable as we searched for vendors – many were already booked but she found us great options in all categories. She also has a wonderful sense of style, one of the main reasons we hired her. I had so much fun collaborating with her. Gina is also sweet, patient, and professional and was supportive throughout the process. Many friends told us their weddings were the most stressful experience but I’d say despite it being a lot of work, we felt fairly relaxed because we had Gina's help. Our wedding weekend turned out more beautiful than I had imagined. Gina added many thoughtful and clever touches throughout – design elements or suggestions that enhanced the emotional atmosphere. We received many comments from guests afterwards that our wedding was so “gorgeous”, “stylish”, “romantic”, “lovely”, and that they had an awesome time. We are so grateful for Gina and highly recommend her!

Here's where Gina comes in . From my very first conversation with Gina, I knew I could trust her with my life. She is so warm and charming, and equally as professional, knowledgable, and honest. Gina helped me navigate every step of the process: from overwhelming shuttle bus logistics to weird family dynamics and detail, timeline, and food decisions. She eased my incredibly anxious mind every single step of the way, and was literally my rock, sanity, and saving grace. Gina ran my wedding weekend (after breaking her ankle the week before) allowing us and our families to really truly enjoy the moment. I literally refer to her as a "blessing" every time I talk about her to my friends and family. She pulled the weekend off better than I ever could have imagined, and even packed our car before she left for the night. I’m sad the wedding is over, mostly because now I don’t have an excuse to call Gina all the time anymore. Picking Gina to work with was hands down one of the best decisions I made for my wedding, and can't think of enough glowing things to say about her. Of course there were a million possible stresses from weather to logistics to family dynamics but we hardly felt them because Gina and her wonderful team were so able and approached everything with humor and kindness and grace. Clearly I could go and on. I’ll just conclude by saying that I wish I had another wedding on the horizon so I could look forward working with Gina again.
