If I could give Gina 100 stars, that still wouldn’t be enough to describe how incredible she is, the level of service she provides, and the outcome of working with her and her team...
. I hired Gina after one phone call with her in October 2021 and we got married last weekend (10.22.22) and she made every single dream come true. She worked nonstop with my mother and I to make sure every detail was just as we wanted it to be and she even helped calm me down whenever I was overwhelmed and I’m sure she was 10x as overwhelmed as I was, but you never knew it. We had a tented wedding - which was a destination wedding - having to make a lot of decisions from afar being that we live in Raleigh, NC and got married in Charleston, SC. This is not an easy thing to do given we really had to handpick every single one of our vendors and the entire design of the event was up to us - with Gina by our side, we knew it would be unforgettable and blow everyone away, which it did.
Not only is Gina professional, but she’s truly an expert and her taste and style is timeless. When I had analysis paralysis and didn’t know what I wanted, Gina was always there, helping center me and guide me and even at times, making decisions for me because that’s how much I trust her. Gina was the most epic “conductor” on the day of our wedding, handling every vendor (we had A LOT of them), leading our entire ceremony with cues to the wedding party and cues to our string quartet. Gina is an absolute force to be reckoned with.
I cannot recommend Gina enough to anyone planning their wedding - no matter where it is, Gina will deliver and she will make sure you feel like an absolute star on your big day. She did that for me and I’ll never forget her for it - I feel as though I gained a lifetime friend and inspiration in her.

I wanted someone who would pay attention to all the details that showcase who my husband was, who I was and who we are together. Seeing Gina's Instagram I knew we had to meet. Gina was so quick to reply! We met her at a Starbucks and went over all the details of our wedding. We instantly clicked. So much so that I encouraged the contract be signed immediately!
Gina is truly amazing at what she does. She has years of experience planning all sorts of get-togethers. Whether you are looking for someone to plan a birthday party, anniversary celebration or wedding, Gina is the go to person! She helped us pull together a classy yet country affair. We had 250 guests at our wedding with everything from a horse and carriage, popcorn, candles galore, sparkler exit and Fireworks! She truly knows how to throw a good time, leave a lasting impression and let the bride and groom go out with a BANG!
I highly encourage you to choose Gina and her team. You not only get a wedding planner but a family friend. She will respond whatever hour to whatever request. She will dream up ideas and build comprise within a budget. She is your one stop shop for wedding planning! We could NOT have done it without her!

Our ceremony and reception were at my parents' home and Gina was absolutely incredible. The level of difficulty with planning a wedding in an unestablished venue...
is crazy! We had to have their backyard leveled, a stage built over the pool for the reception, and a million other things that, left to our own devices, would have totally failed. When I say my wedding day was perfect, I mean it was PERFECT. Every single vendor was top notch. I'd wake up some mornings with emails from Gina at 4am because she's a wedding planning machine who cares deeply for her clients (Gina if you're reading this, perhaps get some melatonin and give yourself some well-deserved rest!). When you give this woman a vision, she will not stop and will not compromise. Every detail is perfect. Personally, I don't think much about little details, so the concept of planning a wedding sounded miserable to me...and it would have been had we not had Gina. Her day-of team was amazing. To this day I do not know if anything went wrong. Things never go 100% according to plan, but Gina handles it so that you can have your perfect, stress-free day of celebration. Even more important than the bride getting to relax, my mom said the day was perfect and completely seamless. Parents of the bride deserve to be able to take the day in and enjoy every second without stressing--that to me is the most important and invaluable part of who Gina is and what she gives. I can't speak highly enough of her. It was the best day of my life and she made dreams come true I didn't even know I had. She has years of experience which sets her apart, so she knows what's possible and how to get it. You're dumb if you hire another wedding planner. g with Gina - we knew we wanted our wedding to be colorful, fun, and still feel romantic. She took that and made it happen. She connected us to the most amazing vendors, and helped them understand what our vision was to make sure everything came together cohesively on our day. Gina is a task master, excellent communicator, and has an incredible eye for design. She's also great with parents! This was really important to me, and both our mothers just adored her and her team.
I cannot express what an amazing experience Chris, myself, and our families were able to have on our wedding day, and I absolutely attribute that to Gina. The only emotion we felt all day was JOY for the marriage we were about to enter into. There was no stress. Maybe things went wrong behind the scenes, but we didn't hear about them and never noticed anything not going perfectly according to plan. I wish that experience for every single couple because we will forever look back on our wedding day and remember the joy we felt for each other, and the love that surrounded us from all our family and friends. I will be recommending La Cosa Bella to all of my newly engaged friends!

She provided day-of timelines to our wedding party and parents, and was at our venue all afternoon and evening (until the end of the reception) making sure everything went perfectly, and it did. One of the pieces of advice I received just after getting engaged was "Get yourself a wedding planner!" and the people who told me that were not wrong. Stephanie truly put me at ease and took so many last-minute items off my plate that would've been such a hassle to deal with myself. I was able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew she was taking care of everything. You won't be disappointed! Highly recommend.

She was always willing to work around my schedule and make plans for us to meet when it was convenient for me. She was also willing to meet for as long as we needed - I think the first 3 meetings were 3 hours a piece! Each day I received an average of 6 emails from her updating me on what she had been working on, the contacts she had made with my vendors, very specific questions for me on decisions I needed to make, and details she had ironed out. It was just wonderful having someone I knew I could trust to take care of absolutely everything and I knew would not leave any stone unturned. Not only was everything perfect logistically, but the added touches to the decorations that she came up with were just amazing. Worth every penny! Would highly recommend her to any bride!
