I love seeing the transformation that occurs for my clients as I get them ready for their special day. I'm a certified makeup artist that takes great pride in my craft for every type of event, may it be for weddings, birthdays, or special events. I started my makeup artist career many years ago at a retail store called Ulta as a beauty advisor learning about many different products and services. My love for makeup work continued to grow even more after I left Ulta. My next opportunity in this industry was to work as a beauty consultant for Sephora.
I learned how to adapt and love makeup artist work even more with the culture Sephora embraces. As I continued to grow and learn more about the makeup artist industry over the years, I decided to go on my own and become a certified freelance makeup artist with institutional school, Artist Makeup Academy. I have now been in the industry for about 7 years. I love glamming on wedding day because it is such a special moment not only for the bride but also for everyone involved on the wedding day. Being able to see the reaction after makeup is finished is priceless and such a memorable moment on the day of the wedding.

and she began using different Instagram accounts. I attempted to contact her multiple times with no response.
After speaking with other local artists, I learned this is unfortunately a pattern of behavior — Ginella has a reputation for ghosting clients and canceling last minute. When my fiancé was able to message her on Instagram, she told him to stop “harassing” her and claimed the deposit was non-refundable — despite having never provided any service or communication.
To this day, I have not received a refund or a single message from her directly. Her mother, who is listed as her financial assistant and received the payment via Zelle, has also refused to return the money.
I have filed complaints with the FTC and Florida Attorney General. I strongly recommend avoiding this vendor. I don’t want any other bride to go through this experience.

Despite not providing any services, she refused to refund my payment. The entire situation was incredibly stressful and unprofessional, and her lack of accountability made it even worse. The irony is that she often says “Jesus blesses her hands,” yet her actions were anything but honest or respectful. Save yourself the stress—I would absolutely never hire her again.

Even though she refunded me, I cannot recommend her services, as her last-minute cancellation caused a lot of unnecessary stress during an already hectic time. I never even got a chance to experience the quality of her work or see if she provided good value, since she never showed up. I would advise other couples to look elsewhere for their wedding beauty needs.
