About this vendor
Based in De Pere, WI, Ginger Birch is a wedding florist. Owner Angie is passionate about delivering bespoke arrangements that are as unique as your bond. She finds botanical inspiration through getting to know you, incorporating important aspects of your personality in her designs.
Angie discovered her talent for floral design while studying to be an art teacher. She was working on a catering team, which put her into contact with a florist more than a decade ago. She has been in the industry ever since. Creativity is at the forefront of everything made at Ginger Birch. Angie loves discovering how she can interpret your connection through her blooms. Lead designer Amanda learned the art of floristry on the job and helps Angie find new and exciting ways to embellish such a momentous day. They are happy to deliver to your celebration if it takes place in Brown County or the greater Green Bay Area.
Designs from Ginger Birch are made to be as beautiful as they are meaningful. Angie likes to play with color and texture for a unique, handcrafted creation. She and her team can produce everything from an elaborate centerpiece to an elegant, understated boutonniere. You are given the chance to discuss your ideas with these florists at a consultation, where they try to understand what makes your relationship so special. If you live too far away for an in-person meeting, they are happy to work with you over the internet.

wers were going to be even better then what I was originally thinking. She was so accommodating and met with me twice to make sure we had everything set to go before the wedding. The bridesmaid boquets and my bridal boquet were absolutely stunning! The venue centerpieces and church flowers were also gorgeous and we received so many compliments on them! I highly recommend Angie and her team for any wedding or event. They are amazing at what they do!
Angie was so fantastic and easy to work with. I showed her a handful of pictures of bouquets I loved and we told her the colors we wanted, and what she created was even more beauti...
ful than I could have imagined! Amanda from Angie's team delivered our flowers, and was also so helpful - she got our arbor beautified with greenery and made sure we knew how to get the boutonnieres on properly before she left. In addition to the floral arrangements, the Ginger Birch shop is wonderful and has so many cute things, so I've treated myself and gotten awesome gifts for others!
I can not say enough great things about Ginger Birch and Angie! From our first consult, to seeing her at the shop after the wedding, I felt like I was her only client. She actually...
cared about our ideas and execution of everything. Every detail was accounted for! I gave ideas and she ran with it in the best way possible. I felt like I constantly was finding “surprises” and little details throughout my bouquet and the venue. It wasn’t just flowers that she provided, it was a whole experience, it was a whole “vibe”, it was so much more. It really truly ended up being all the decorations we needed! She always was there to bounce ideas off of and listened to everything we needed. And given covid....she was always so willing to change/adapt when needed. I truthfully could just cry thinking about how beautiful she made our day. She cares about her clients, she wants to see pictures of their day, she wants to be a part of, it not just a business. I will forever recommend her to everyone and anyone. Also the shop had amazing little gifts I gave to my bridesmaids :)
For the price we paid, very disappointed on the size flowers for the men. Also, the ones for the ladies looked half dead. Brides and bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful.
Angie from Ginger Birch was amazing to work with and literally brought my floral vision to life!! She is so accommodating as I continued to update things with Covid changes and she...
even personally saw me before the wedding ceremony to check in if we needed anything-THE best customer service and so personal that you really feel she wants to make your dream vision a reality!
Angie at Ginger Birch gave me just what I asked for and more. I needed a bouquet, flower crown, and boutonnière for my elopement. I know nothing about flowers, so I gave her a few ...
abstract descriptions and she did gorgeous work. She even made a little extra boutonnière in case of wilting! We didn’t need it so our witness had a little extra flair. On top of the beautiful floral work, she was so easy to work with: punctual, communicative, and excited to create something special for a special day. Couldn’t recommend Ginger Birch more!

eated stunning arrangements to bring our theme to life! We wanted an artsy, Mexican feel without being too kitchy. Angie delivered with the flowers and also curated other items to complete the look. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but her attention to detail and joy to work with made us so thankful that we chose Ginger Birch. If you're looking for someone with an "out of the box" approach to floral, you will love Ginger Birch. Angie takes the pressure out of wedding planning and is full of great suggestions, delivered with a sense of humor and true joy for what she does!

e. I had met Angie through some friends when I was visiting Green Bay a few years ago. When it came time to select a vendor for our wedding flowers, I knew Angie was going to be the one for me. Angie did so much more than just providing the florals - she helped me identify the feeling I wanted for my wedding (fun, casual, elegant) with minimal input from me and then turned it into a reality. She really helped eliminate so much stress with the planning process. I had so much confidence in Angie and her abilities that I gave her full creative reign and put my trust in her to create something amazing. Angie delivered on all accounts and exceeded our expectations! I really loved the bouquets she was able to create, as well as the green garlands. Her ability to put different textures and colors together is incredible. Amanda, Angie's lead designer, did an AMAZING job with the set up at the venue. Both Angie and Amanda were excellent to work with and I can't recommend Ginger Birch enough. Thank you Ginger Birch! You will forever be our go-to for floral needs.

yle was impeccable! I planned my wedding from Florida and Angie was there every step of the way. I gave her a few ideas then let her take over and I couldn’t have been happier! Everything from the bouquets to the table directions at the reception were absolutely perfect- I highly recommend Ginger Birch!

I have been a wedding photographer for over fifteen years now. I knew Angie before she opened up her own floral shop. She is kind, thoughtful, and talented. I love working with ...
her on the wedding day, she always goes the extra mile for our couples making sure every detail is thought of and executed. Her florals are stunning and unique. As a photographer, it is important that bouquets hold together and look as fresh at the end of the as they did at the beginning, which is another reason we love working with Angie. We like to photograph details at various times of the day including at the head table during the reception which is why we appreciate fresh florals.
I gave Angie my general colors and minimal direction and she knocked it out of the park!! I couldn’t have been happier with my bouquet, the flower crowns for my daughters, and the ...
rest of my order. It’s like she knew exactly what I wanted without me articulating it! Cannot recommend her talent enough; it was perfection.

perience. The flowers were particularly important to us and she really brought our vision to life, creating beautiful settings for our entire day and setting the tone for the whole event. Angie was really willing to work with our budget and had lots of great suggestions for how to make the most of it without compromising the overall look and feel. As we hoped, the flowers were an absolute highlight of our day and something our guests and family still comment on a few years later. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Ginger Birch... aka... Angie is nothing short of amazing. She is more than a florist. She is an incredibly creative, smart, and hilarious friend (or we'd like to believe!!). From ...
the first time we met Angie at the wedding show, my husband and I just hit it off with her. Her flower arrangements were stunning, and she is just so damn funny that we knew we had to work with her for our big day. We had so much fun getting to know her in the months leading up to our wedding that we probably should have invited her to be part of our wedding party :-) Although our flower requests were fairly minimal for our wedding, Angie made sure every single detail was executed to perfection, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate for one second recommending Ginger Birch to any bride or groom. Everyone needs someone like Angie on their team when planning and executing a wedding.
