Congratulations on your big day! If you're like... well, pretty much anyone, you want something tasty, memorable, enjoyable, and decadent for your big day. Ginger Panda Pastry is your place! We are a catering company based out of Apopka FL. We serve the entire Orlando region.
Ginger Panda Pastry, run by Ginger the Red Panda (obviously), specializes in ice cream bars and rice crispy treats. Now, these are definitely NOT like anything you've ever experienced. Ice cream bar flavor combinations, such as Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Dirt, or Strawberry Cheesecake are perfect for the hot Florida sun—ice cold, refreshing, and phenomenal! Down to an exact science (Ginger is also a scientist), the bars are kept at the tastiest temp: 5F. This keeps them nice, firm, and chilled while still making sure you can enjoy them immediately without having to wait for them to thaw!
The rice crispy treats are no laughing matter either. Ginger can't stand boring, and she's constantly coming up with new and amazing ideas. Brown Sugar Espresso, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, and Ferrero Rocher are just a few of the incredible options. Sweet, salty, sour... they've got everything.
Ginger the Red Panda wants to make sure that every single guest at your wedding can enjoy something special. They have options for dietary needs and restrictions, including vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and celiac. If a guest has other special dietary conditions, Ginger Panda Pastry is happy to work with the couple to find a tasty and thoroughly delightful solution.

- GingerOwnerI’m Ginger. I am the Brains, the Braun, the Beauty, and Boopiest (just look at my perfect nose). I could go on to tell you about my many and varied exploits, including but not limited to winning the BeiJing Olympics in all categories (like, every one), opening the world’s only 4-Micheline star restaurant, earning 11 Master’s degrees and 17 Bachelor's degrees, opening Paris Fashion Week three years in a row, recording the only song to be held in all 100 slots of the Top 100, and discovering Atlantis. However, I’m proud of how humble I’ve become, especially when I’m THIS amazing! In late 2025, I gathered together my two least-disliked human disappointments, Jessie and Ada, and we three started off on an epic journey of paperwork, legalities, taste tests, and logistics. After much effort, we established the world’s first and only (probably, right???) treat supplier that is owned and operated by a red panda. Be impressed. I'm amazing.
