Joe and the ginger babies team was the BEST EVER for our wedding. We had a dry wedding so food was really important to us so our guests were full and happy! We went all out and Joe...
happily accommodated and provided EVERYTHING we wanted and more. We talked many times throughout and had meetings and he was always so workable and reliable. Joe also catered our wedding shower. Everything was beautiful and delicious for both events. He also provided a brunch for morning of for the bridal and groom suites. It was amazing! We got so many compliments on the food. We didn’t have many leftovers! We actually didn’t have leftovers of most things… and there was plenty of food! Which I heard from most other couples that there’s always a ton of leftovers. Safe to say everyone loved the food! Not only that, we also got compliments on the service and servers that day too. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Everything flowed smoothly and my husband and I had no worries! We are so happy with our decision to book gingerbabies. Everything went perfectly. We would do it over again and would recommend them to everyone for any event! Thank you so much Joe!
My husband & I used Ginger Babies Catering for our wedding at Historic Ashland in May of 2022 with 130 wedding guests. Joe and his entire staff provided exceptional, kind service a...
nd the food was presented extremely well and tasted amazing! Joe assisted us with creating a custom package & menu that fit our budget and vision for such a large guest count and was happy to provide recommendations on the menu based on the season of our wedding. We kept with a simple cocktail hour spread and for dinner did chicken, pasta, and various sides. Joe was also happy to accommodate various food allergies for our wedding guests which was SO helpful! The only thing that was a little tricky was communication as it took a little longer to get a response to an email, but Joe always responded or called to work through whatever questions we had. I would certainly recommend Ginger Babies Catering to everyone for any event, but especially for a wedding!
We used GingerBabies for our bridal party and vendors before the wedding ceremony as we got ready. Joe and his team helped us to select an amazing brunch selection with quiches, st...
uffed French toast, fruit, grilled chicken, and salad. Normally you have to beg a bride to eat before the ceremony, but with the amazing quality and taste of the food, I was the first in line and going back for seconds! The best part, besides the amazing food, was the service. They had someone there on time to do the setup, ensure everything was right and then arrived in time to break down the station in plenty of time for us to walk down the aisle. At no point was he in the way, rather he was very helpful and worked around our room space and our timeline.
My family has hired GingerBabies for years for family gatherings and corporate parties. Each time Joe and his team provide an amazing, quality product with no extra hidden fees and a with a polite group of staff.

going smoothly. That's no easy task at the venue we chose due to the size and terrain of the place. The swedish meatballs, amazing. The beef, amazing. The chicken, amazing. And DO try some of their desserts. The whoopie pies and parfait cups we're a huuuge hit. Joe was very down to earth the whole time and really kept us at ease throughout the process.

nt and everything in between! Joe saved us after the caterer we had initially booked for our wedding declared bankruptcy. He was so accommodating and made the planning process, on a shortened timeline, so easy! Joe was willing to play with new foods to match our menu and it ended up tasting even better than our first caterer! On the day of, Joe and his team were so helpful with setting up our venue and making the night flow seamlessly, we can't imagine the day without him!
