ie for! We think the cream puffs were better than the ones at state fair. We had a tasting and Lauren was able to explain everything regarding each individual dessert. It was hard to pick just 6 desserts in the package that we picked. Lauren did such a wonderful job helping us design the cake, and was able to help explain all the different intricacies into designing it. They also did a great job dropping off the cake and desserts within the timeline so the guests did not see the cake before the reception. We were more than happy with how everything turned out, and cannot recommend the Gingerbread House enough!

Our cake was a naked cake to keep with a woodsy, earthy feel for our pagan/Viking wedding. (Floral brought in by our florist) The flavor we wanted was peanut butter and jelly because my husband's and my initials are PBAJ. Gingerbread House delivered on everyone. Professionalism, constant communication, and they delivered on flavor, look, amount & their prices are absolutely worth the quality and quantity.
I'm making my husband go back for more cake eventually because I don't know if I can wait for our anniversary to eat our top tier. Lol.

The morning of she actually snipped a couple flowers from one of our floral arrangements (of course it wasn't even noticeable) and placed the flowers on our cake so it tied everything together beautifully! We did a small 3 tier cake for cutting and photos and an additional 3 different 1/2 sheet cakes for guests to eat. Working with the Gingerbread House was seamless and I can't recommend them enough!

r really well known cake bakery in Tosa. I picked the flavors in advance and honestly I didn't know what the heck combinations would be good but we got to pick 5 to sample. Tasting day came and we met with Jose who had made the 5 samples. They were nicely sized and they all were amazing. I was so impressed and we fell in love with two flavors. We chatted with Jose for a long time and we got to know each other, which I thought was really cool considering he didn't have to. Let's just put it this way; I never used to like red velvet cake until I had Gingerbread House's/ Jose's. It was so moist and wasn't overbaked like many others do. We went to our 2nd cake tasting but on the way there I knew my mind was made up. And sure enough we were not as impressed with cake tasting with bakery #2. We booked Gingerbread House and had a 2nd tasting to narrow down our flavors. We went with vanilla with a strawberry frosting in the middle (very light flavor) and red velvet. The frosting was PERFECT. Not too rich or heavy so you could eat a ton and not feel guilty about it. The cake was moist. The design was perfect. Everyone said our cake was amazing. They were a little more expensive than bakery #2 but honestly it was well worth it. They even delivered it later than normal because our ceremony was at 5 and I didn't want it out during our ceremony. We went in last week and Jose was able to come out of the bakery and sit with us for a little bit and we talked about the cake and the wedding. Jose was truly amazing and we can't thank Jose and Gingerbread House enough!!!
