Ginna is an amazing wedding planner in every aspect!! From the initial call to make sure she was the right fit, to her finding the best vendors for us (and having so many connections with a variety of them) and all of her industry knowledge, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We had multiple planning and brainstorming meetings over the course of our 2 year engagement to make sure we had every detail ironed out before the big day. Would definitely recommend Ginna to all couples looking to hire an AMAZING planner for their big day!

She made wedding planning easy and stress free! she was super easy to work with and helped me figure out all those small details that made my day so special! On my wedding day I knew I didn't have to worry or stress about things running on time or in order, she made sure that everything ran very smoothly. It was so nice having her there to make everything so easy! Really could not recommend her enough!

Ginna was a dream to work with and have on our wedding day. She was quick to respond to any and all questions, as well as offer recommendations to accommodate a variety of price points. It was nice to have her only a call or text away when making decisions. I appreciate that she took the time to meet with us at our venue multiple times to work on things like layout, timeline, and final details. With her guidance our wedding day ran smoothly and everything happened without me having to worry about a thing except getting married! This was my second time working with Ginna - my sister hired her a few years prior for her wedding so I guess you could say I’m a repeat customer!

Ginna Matson is the best in the business! She is detail oriented, knowledgable, and creative. Every single detail of my big day start to finish ran perfectly because of Ginna. She was easy to work with and came up with creative ideas to elevate our wedding all while staying mindful of our budget. Ginna is extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the Louisville wedding market which came with great alternative options to have an over the top day for a fraction of the price. The timeline and details were carefully planned leading up to wedding day. I did not have to think twice during the wedding about the perfectly planned order of events that she created with the timeline. I would recommend her to any couple time and time again.

Ginna is a PHENOMENAL wedding coordinator. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in the wedding industry, but is also a very laid back person who will help alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. She connected us with all of our vendors in a timely manner and was our liaison. Anytime I needed her, she was readily available and answered all of my questions or concerns. She was very helpful when finalizing all of the details and timeline for the day of. She brought my dream wedding to life and I will forever be grateful for that. The day of our wedding was smooth and my husband and I enjoyed our day so much. Overall, we could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! By far the best choice that we made for our wedding was including Gina and Taylor for day of coordination. In the days ahead of the wedding as little issues popped up they immediately acted to ensure that nothing derailed our wedding vision. On the day of the wedding Taylor kept everything moving like clockwork from vendor setup to teardown and we were blissfully unaware of all of it and able to just focus on enjoying our wedding. I can't even imagine what our wedding day would have been like without their team to ensure it was all perfect.

My husband Justin and I used hummingbird page's day of coordination service for our wedding May 2021. Ginna was our primary coordinator and she was absolutely fabulous. She is so organized and makes sure all details are taken care of! Our florist did not have enough greenery and flowers for all our tables. After our ceremony/ during cocktail hour, Ginna worked her magic! She took apart the floral arrangements from our arbor and used them to decorate the naked tables! I am so thankful that we used Hummingbird Page!

Ginna with Hummingbird Page Co. is amazing! She knows all the best vendors in town (like Lovely Leaves Floral) and she is so talented at working with a team of vendors to pull off an amazing vision. Ginna provides honest feedback and is very accessible during the wedding planning process. She was a star on the wedding day - she went above and beyond to troubleshoot and make sure all the details went smoothly. She is also very talented at being calm, cool and collected and provides great advice about how to relax and enjoy your wedding day. Can't recommend Ginna enough! We worked briefly with another member of the Hummingbird Page Co. staff that was not nearly as impressive and a bit disappointing, so make sure you book Ginna who is a total star!

I cannot say enough about Ginna and Taylor! I met Ginna in 2019 and she completely understood the style I was wanting with my wedding. She was fantastic through the 2 date changes and made sure to find the best vendors for my wedding. The wedding was everything I could ever imagine it to be because of Ginna. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and the vendors would fit my aesthetic. Any crazy idea I came up with Ginna would help make sure it came true. Ginna is very detail oriented and is great to communicate with, I cannot stress enough about how much work she put into my event through the course of the 2 years and the day of. Ginna & Taylor were lifesavers for our wedding! Really do not know what we would have done without them. I was not much into wedding planning, and they helped me SO much along the way. They helped us make decisions that we were unsure of based on their experiences. The day of the wedding went perfectly! Thank you Ginna! She also did our flowers which were BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I wanted! I could not recommend them more; they were by far the best decision I made for our wedding!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Ginna and Taylor. What a dynamic duo! I recommend this team no matter your level of organization. I consider myself a very organized and detail-oriented person and I am still so grateful I had them as my day-of team! They handled all of the coordination and Taylor had all the things you can think of (and not) in her tool-belt! It was epic! I also booked them for florals (bouquets and centerpieces) - so talented! Seriously! I wish I could be best friends with them I enjoyed them so much. We 110% recommend, look no further!

I could give 100 reasons why hummingbird was nothing short of exceptional! From months ago when we began the planning process, to meeting to discuss details, to the actual wedding, everyone that I worked with was AMAZING. Everyone was professional, kind, helpful, fun, and so many other things!! It’s because of my amazing team that I was able to fully be present during my entire wedding and fully enjoy every second. Not once did I worry about what was happening or things going smoothly or as planned. Hiring them is something that I would suggest every single bride do, seriously!!! Couldn’t have been such a perfect night without them.

Ginna and Taylor were the BEST decision I made for my wedding! From the moment I met them I knew they were going to be super helpful. They answered every late night and crazy email question I had. Ginna and her team were absolutely amazing. I unfortunately had to postpone my original plans for my large MN wedding, due to COVID, and we did a small ceremony here in KY. I had about 6 weeks to plan and Ginna was the best decision. She did a complete contactless set up of ample decor and it looked fabulous! She has very modern decor, and when you hire her, you get access to it all. She creates a vision board for you and gives you incredible suggestions and referrals from experience. She also is very conscientious of budget which I really appreciated. She also supplied all of my flowers last minute, as I couldn't find affordable flowers that fulfilled what I was looking for. Ginna nailed my floral dreams and I was more than thrilled with how everything turned out. Because we had a very small Covid-friendly wedding, we did not need day of coordination. Hire Hummingbird Page Event Co. and you won't be disappointed! I have also had a couple friends use her services and were more than satisfied.

5 stars is not enough for Ginna and her staff. In fact, I don't have enough space to type everything I could say about them. They were above and beyond helpful every step of the way. They were always available, had the best advice and great suggestions. Because of Covid, we had to change dates, times, locations, vendors, etc. and they never missed a beat. I will be forever grateful for Ginna and Taylor, they made my day more perfect than I could have every imagined.

There should be a 10 star rating for Genna and Taylor. They went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding the perfect day. With their help we were able to make Dani's and Will's wedding beautiful. Not even COVID-19 could stop this dynamic duo. There is no way to be able to thank you two enough for all the you did. Ginna was our day of coordinator, and she did an amazing job! She was there to answer any and all questions from the start. On the day of our wedding, she put together all the reception decorations and made everything look absolutely beautiful. Ginna and her assistant took care of all details that day, including clean up! My family still talks about how great she did and how she made the day so easy and enjoyable for them! I would highly recommend!

Hiring Hummingbird Page Event Co. was the best decision we made during wedding planning and I can't recommend Ginna and her team enough! My husband and I planned our wedding remotely on a pretty short timeline. Our venue was pretty bare bones and it required us to build all parts of the event from the group up. We had a few ideas about the decor and the overall vibe we wanted but it was Ginna's knowledge of wedding logistics and vision that made our wedding day the fun, meaningful, well-executed celebration we were dreaming of having. Being able to sit back and enjoy the day without worrying if the caterer showed up or if we were running behind schedule was such a relief. She also had great vendor suggestions, incorporated and built on our ideas, and helped us think through what would work with our timeline, budget, and event space. I felt really at ease with Ginna and she added a sense of calm and control throughout the wedding planning process that I so desperately needed. I totally trusted her to make our day great and we were thrilled with how our day turned out.
