Ginniberries

We hired Ginniberries for our wedding and are very happy we did! Ginniberries’ reputation of having visually stunning and mouth-watering tasty food is well-deserved. Michelle worked with us to design a custom menu for cocktail hour (guests are still raving about the Moroccan Lamb meatballs, Hot & Spicy Pork Siu Mauis, and Chicken Curry Won Tons), a specialty drink (lychee & champagne), and a four-course seated dinner (Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi, Kona Coffee & Schezwan Peppercorn Tenderloin, Goat Cheese & Truffle Risotto Cakes, and Okinawa Sweet Potato Mash were guests’ favorites)! Many of our guests have told us that it was the best wedding food they experienced and it was plentiful. A pleasant surprise to us was that Michelle prepared printed menus that matched our décor. In addition, Michelle was happy to prepare a separate menu for kids. Not only was the wedding day food amazing, but it was also a good experience working with Michelle prior to the event. In preparing for the wedding, she went above and beyond in helping us obtain rental equipment and event décor. For example, I requested specific plates from another rental company and Ginniberries was able to outsource it for us. Her flexibility and experience made the entire planning process easy and smooth on our end. She also met our special requests- for example, we asked for water to be available for guests at the beginning of the outdoor ceremony and she had refreshing cucumber mint water ready in a beautiful, elegant canister. Furthermore, the Ginniberries wait staff was professional and provided exceptional service. For example, knowing how busy our schedule was, one kind staff made sure that my new husband and I had a plate of assorted hors d’oeuvres and cocktail specialty drinks brought to us while we were taking wedding photos. We were also told that the bar was in constant steady flow and bartenders were personable and quick at serving. Being the big foodies, we give Ginniberries our highest recommendations.
