A beautiful location overlooking the vineyard and the water (plus it’s on the east side of Seneca lake so the sun sets over the lake)! Ginny is so organized and on top of everything! She makes time to talk with you and/or your vendors to make sure to get all of the little details right. Wedding planning from afar I felt so secure knowing everything was in Ginny’s hands! It was also great to know that they provided everything we needed for both the ceremony (arch, chairs, barrels) and the reception (food, bar service, tables, linens) and that they had a built in rain backup plan (ceremony inside the cafe in the reception area). The food was amazing and we got lots of compliments from the guests! Ginny was able to easily add a meal option for my few vegan guests. She also did not charge us for “ghost guests” when we didn’t meet the minimum for Saturdays but instead added a grazing table to our cocktail hour to make up the difference in price. We got to meet the chef at our tasting (included in the wedding package) and he was happy to make the few changes we asked about. We were able to select 6 Wagner Vineyard wines to serve at the wedding during a private tasting. They were all great and my only regret is that I didn’t have more at the actual wedding! We also got to have all of their craft beers, non-alcoholic root beer, and a few standard beers on tap. We selected the consumption package so we only paid for what our guests drank, beer & wine only (although guests could purchase liquor drinks), which saved us money. Overall working with Ginny was amazing and the venue was perfect!
Oh My Gosh, I can’t recommend this venue enough! If you are looking for a gorgeous winery wedding this is the place to have it. Every detail was perfectly executed by Ginny. This venue knows exactly how to put on a wedding. I got so many compliments on the location and how well the wedding went. The food was amazing and not your typical dry bland wedding food. Everything had flavor and was perfectly prepared. Even the bar was amazing and ran so smoothly, there was never a line and everyone always had a full glass. Most importantly at the end of the night we just left and picked up our decor the next day.
If you are looking to have the perfect wedding this is the venue for you.
We recently hosted our wedding at the Ginny Lee Cafe, and to say it was marvelous would be an understatement. The grounds are beautiful, and most importantly — Ginny herself was so professional and attentive to our needs. It was truly special and the food was great as well. Could not recommend this any higher!

1. Ginny was incredibly professional, organized, and efficient. She answered all our questions quickly and was always available to discuss logistics. On the day of the wedding, working with her and the rest of the team was a breeze.
2. The venue itself is stunning and the value is incredible - we couldn't imagine getting so much bang for our buck. Truly an amazing place for a wedding (especially the sunset over the vineyard and lake).

My wife and I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding! Ginny and all of the staff at Wagner Vineyards are top notch professionals that did everything to make sure that our special order day was extra special. The food was outstanding, and who could complain about all of Wagner's award winning wine and beer! And let's not forget the amazing view of the vineyards overlooking Seneca Lake. It was an absolutely magical experience, me and my wife are so thankful that we chose the Ginny Lee Cafe and Wagner Vineyards/Wagner Valley Brewing company to host our wedding and reception! Without a doubt we will be back for lunch and wine on our anniversary! I cannot rate this high enough. An extraordinary job well done!
We loved working with Ginny at the Ginny Lee to plan our wedding day. She was easy to work with, very approachable and positive, and answered our many questions quickly. On wedding day, Ginny was THE BEST. Everything ran so smoothly! The Ginny Lee Cafe was an incredible place to have our October wedding--we loved every minute, especially the view of the vineyards and Seneca Lake during the ceremony. The Ginny Lee Cafe was a PERFECT location for our wedding. Ginny made everything so easy - she was very calm and organized and so helpful with accommodating special and nontraditional requests. The view is breathtaking and the ceremony and reception set ups were beautiful. The appetizers, dinner and drinks were out of this world! All of the staff were friendly and professional. Special shout out to the awesome bartender! Wagner Winery/Ginny Lee made one of the most important days of our lives stress free and beautiful, thank you!!
Wedding of our dreams
Have you ever tried to plan a wedding during a global pandemic? We did, and thanks to Ginny it ended up being the most amazing day of our lives! From the very first day that we met with her, Ginny was excited for us, immediately started investing in our vision for the day, and had the organizational skills to make it happen. It is obvious that she has the experience of planning many weddings, since she was able to guide us on things that we hadn’t even thought of.
Ginny and Chef Mitch are a perfect pair! From the food choices, to the timeline for the night, everything was planned out in advance and went off without a hitch. Her staff was well trained and thoughtful, even providing non-alcoholic toasts for specific guests. The food was incredible, making it difficult to narrow down the choices for our meals. The grounds and scenery provide the perfect backdrop for pictures that will last a lifetime.
Throughout the ever changing Covid19 restrictions, Ginny kept us up-to-date as soon as she heard anything. She was willing to modify or postpone our event, if we wanted to, to make sure that we had our dream wedding. Her flexibility and communication throughout the process was exceptional.
if you are looking for a venue for your wedding look no further. We visit the area frequently and after meeting with Ginny we knew this was where we wanted to get married. Ginny is amazing, she has got events down to a science. She is always quick to respond to emails regardless of all my silly questions. Ginny and her staff go above and beyond to make it less stressful on the couple. They have preferred vendors which the way we went and they do all the set up and take down. The food is amazing and there were so many choices to pick from. All of our guests absolutely loved the wedding and raved about the location and food. A huge thank you to Ginny and her staff because we couldn't have planned our wedding without your help!
The most BEAUTIFUL venue for our wedding ever. Ginny was the most accommodating person ever by meeting and exceeding our every need. No need to set up decorations or worry about that, they did all the set up and tear down and even packed everything away so we could just pick up and go. I had a certain vision for how I wanted everything, and Ginny was as particular as I was making sure it was exactly that way. We had an amazing time with all of our friends and family. 100% recommend
The Ginny Lee is an amazing venue. They are right on Seneca lake with stunning views, especially of the sunset. The inside decor is very neutral and fits the winery them (wooden floors, wooden vaulted ceilings, and large windows to see the lake views). They have a great deck for sunsets and star gazing for those guests who don't want to dance. The food was some of the best wedding food i've had. Everyone loved the Wagner wines/beers and top shelf cocktails. Ginny herself is extremely organized, responsive and reliable. She set up the room exactly like the pictures I sent her. I also feel like this venue is very reasonably priced.
We held our wedding in Lodi, New York thinking we'd already have moved back to the area from Orlando... which didn't turn out to be the case.
We worked directly with Ginny herself; her attention to detail and immediate response was TOP KNOTCH! The food was great (we went with a buffet) and she even assisted in providing us with a great gluten free menu. I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking for a winery wedding... and go with the garlic mashed potatoes :)
I can't begin to say how amazing the Ginny Lee at Wagner Vineyards was. Not only was the location itself incredibly beautiful, but Ginny and her staff were outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had Ginny addressed immediately, and her staff were so professional I didn't have to worry about anything, they just took care of things. They definitely made my big day perfect. I couldn't have been happier, and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was married at the Ginny Lee / on the Wagner's lawn this past weekend, and my experience was nothing but awesome. The site manager was friendly and quick with responding to questions, the food was AMAZING, and everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful the atmosphere was. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
