Sandy, and the crew at Gin's were excellent. We had as many meetings with Sandy as we needed prior to the wedding. We made many edits to the menu and she was very accommodating every time we would change our minds on something. She was very kno...wledgeable and gave great advice.
We ended up with full scale catering for 130 guests. We had both cold and warm appetizer stations during cocktail hour and a buffet with three entrees, three sides, a tossed salad, and rolls. We had a coffee and tea bar to go with our wedding cake which Gin's cut and served. They also provided all the mixers for the bar, organized the kegs, and organized the chair rental. They provided set up, delivery, and break down. Sandy came the day before the wedding to set up her tables and give us advice on how to best utilize the venue space. Gin's provided four servers and two bartenders to work our reception. They even brought a large portable grill and cooked the burgers for our burger bar right on site! They also provided take out containers so our guests could take food home.
All of our guests RAVED about the food and we had many people ask where we had gotten it. The Gin's crew went above and beyond and really got behind our Halloween theme. They all dressed in amazing costumes and even drew up little signs for the food with Halloween themed title like "Garlic Butter Bat Wings."
