Ginseng’s service was amazing! The overall experience was better than we could have asked for. The tasting session, forming the menu, coordinating with our venue and most importantly the bartending service were all exceptional. All of the guests at our wedding enjoyed the mobile bar set up and drinks. The ability to serve several mocktails was great for our guests as well. Would 100% book again!

The best part of our wedding! We used the mini bar Sunny and the trailer and loved absolutely everything! The pineapple martini was to die for!

Ginseng mobile bar was a wonderful bar service to work with for my wedding! They went above and beyond to ensure that I got the services that I requested despite some friction with the venue. Ginseng has great decor to use to decorate your bar and. Made the bar experience at our wedding. An absolutely wonderful addition! Tara was awesome to get to work with and even came up with a signature drink for our wedding, despite our venue having a beer and wine only restriction. The drink that she came up with was delicious and my guests are still asking for the recipe!! Unfortunately, my venue would not let me book the gorgeous trailer ginseng offers but had other furniture type pieces to choose from to fit my aesthetic! The short version: Tara and the entire team at Ginseng are, quite simply, the best. If you value creative craft cocktails and knowledgeable, friendly bar staff for your wedding or event, hire them today! The long version: we chose Tennessee as our wedding destination because my wife has deep familial ties to the area. However, we live in the New York metro area, and having the right bar service was a big concern for us. Fortunately our wedding planner recommended Tara and Ginseng and we couldn't have been happier with the results. First off, Tara and her team are all bartenders and mixologists, not just servers, so they have the ability to make cocktails to order and make them correctly, which is huge. I can't stress this enough: if your guests know their way around a bar, you're going to want actual bartenders serving them. Plus, Ginseng has the connections to source high quality ingredients and mixers for a reasonable price, which just improves the overall quality of the cocktails and the evening. Second, Tara went out of her way to fit us into her schedule when we were in the area visiting vendors and demoed 5 signature drink recipes for us to try. She then worked with us to refine the drinks we liked best until we had two unique, accessible signature drinks. The amount of guests who have asked us for the recipe for them after the wedding is a testament to Ginseng's quality, consistency and mixology skill. Third, we had a multi-day event and Tara worked with us to build a drink menu that stayed in our budget while also making sure that no one would go thirsty. And, after we finalized the amounts, purchasing the alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks just took a phone call. Finally, Tara and the whole Ginseng team are legitimately nice, kind people who want your event to be a success. We received several compliments during and after our wedding on the quality of the bar staff and the drinks being served. If craft cocktails are important to your event, stop reading and hire Ginseng right now. And, even if they're not, if you go with Ginseng, you're supporting a woman-owned small business in Appalachia. And that's toast-worthy all by itself.

We absolutely LOVED working with Ginseng! They are so fun and personable, and went above and beyond to make our experience great. They worked with us to create a bar menu completely tailored to us and our guests, and offered a tasting to help us choose the perfect signature drink. We couldn’t have been happier with the decision to have ginseng mobile bar at our wedding! Not only is it super cute- but the bartenders were amazing and they handle everything from picking up the alcohol to making your very own signature drinks to serve! And I just loved the adorable custom drink menus with my dogs on them! 10/10 would recommend!!

We used Ginseng Mobile Bar for my son's wedding on 8/18/22 at the Nantahala Wedding Events Center in Topton, NC. The mobile bar was absolutely awesome and took my son's wedding up a notch for sure! It was a very intimate wedding in a fairly small reception room and it was so nice to have the bar parked right outside where we could go and gather for a cocktail. You MUST try the Tara Special (Blackberry Mule)! It was absolutely delicious! My son said Michael's Long Island Tea was the best he had ever had. Tara and Michael were so friendly and just very welcoming and we had so much fun with them! I highly recommend Ginseng Mobile Bar for that unique touch for any event!

I am so glad I went with Ginseng Mobile Bar. Haley was amazing from the first correspondence. Everything was so well organized, the drinks were great, and my guests were happy. We booked satellite bar services for our wedding in November using Ginseng Mobile Bar and we cannot recommend them enough! Tara was very professional and quick to respond during the booking process. She helped me decide what alcohol was best for my occasion and how much would be needed (she was spot on because there was only 3 bottles of wine leftover). They picked up the alcohol for us, and took care of everything from ice and cups, to the drink menu and napkins! During the event, Tara along with her co-worker, Haley, controlled the line and crowd and made sure everyone was always taken care of, while keeping safety precautions for our guests. They even made sure the bride and groom had our glasses filled with champagne the entire night! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking them for future events!
