Owner Sara has over 30 years of experience, beginning as a stylist in salons before moving on to work as a freelance makeup artist and hair stylist working for shows on TV. Sara is a certified colorist and master hairstylist, and is also qualified to teach cosmetology. She uses her artistic flair and wealth of experience to create flawless looks for you, tailored to your exact details. The team at Girasole is committed to accommodating all your needs and wishes to make you look and feel beautiful on your special day. At your request, a stylist will travel to your wedding destination to style your hair and makeup, as well as any bridal party services. From hair and makeup trials to blowouts and updos, this team is proud to be a part of your special day and will strive to make your wedding look picture-perfect.

Girasole will give you the best service ever! I love all of the staff there and you will never be disappointed! Mary did my hair for my wedding day and made my exact vision come to life.. even better than I could have imagined! It stayed the WHOLE entire day.. I even slept on it and woke up with it perfectly the same. She also did my mom and matron of honors hair.. the curls lasted from 7am until the next day! I cannot thank Sara, Mary and Girasole enough for making my day so special and for being so kind, professional and accommodating. If you ever use Girasole, you will get the best of the best!

The team at Girasole is fantastic! The morning of my wedding, the atmosphere in the salon was perfect, so welcoming, relaxing, and fun. My hair and makeup, as well as my six bridesmaids' hair and makeup, came out phenomenal! The stylists at Girasole were able to create a cohesive look for my bridal party, while still making sure each of my bridesmaids kept their individual style. Thank you especially to Mary and Marie for helping me look so beautiful. I highly recommend this salon!

Jess- jlynn is the most amazing hair stylist i have ever used. I have been going to her for 5 years, including my family and friends. Everyone raves about her cuts, blowouts, color and up -do’s. I used her for my wedding and i truly have never felt more beautiful. She is a very special talent and i recommend her to everyone i know!

Valerie- I cannot thank you enough you helped me through the entire process and I never felt stressed once. I wasnt sure what I wanted but you took your time and helped me figure it out and it looked phenomenal and flawless. I will always remember you putting in my veil- something I will always cherish. The rest of the staff, Marie and Mary helped my bridesmaids and mom look amazing. Also Sara the owner and Dawn were always there to answer my many questions, as well as champagne the day of :) Girasole you're the best there is!

Girasole salon is an amazing choice, especially for weddings ! I had Jessica Bartolillo (JLynn) style my hair for my wedding day and it came out even better than I could have imagined. Everyone kept complimenting me on how beautiful it looked and it stayed perfect the entire night... and even looked great the next morning!! She took her time with me and showed me my hair throughout the process to ensure it was exactly how I wanted. For my makeup, I had Danielle do it and she did an amazing job. The makeup looked stunning and so natural, which is exactly what I wanted. She made my face light up and glow, and it truly showed in all of my pictures. She also gave me eyelashes which I would highly recommend because they made my eyes pop so much more than they would have naturally. While she was doing my makeup, she would have my check in the mirror throughout the process to make sure it was coming out how I wanted it to. JLynn and Danielle were amazing and made my wedding day a dream come true. I’m so happy I chose girasole for this special day in my life!

Perfect!! The team from Girasole came and did my very large bridal party of 15. They were very professional and everyone looked amazing. I highly recommend for a wedding party of any size!

Amazing! I've been having my hair done by Dawn for years, she has introduced me to new looks, techniques and styling. I always feel so welcome at Girasole Salon. They are professional, friendly and so talented! Dawn came to style my hair for my wedding and it was GORGEOUS. She is truly amazing, always reccomend. Thank you!

Amazing!! Mary styled my hair for my wedding and it came out even better than I had imagined! All I did was tell her what I was picturing and she knew exactly what to do. After the entire night of dancing my hair still looked flawless and I got endless compliments on how great it looked. Mary is so talented and I can’t say enough great things!

Mary did a beautiful job on my hair for my wedding day. It came out better than I even imagined! She was so helpful with some of my bridal party who needed touch ups with their hair. I received so many compliments on how beautiful my hair looked! My hair lasted all night and we danced A LOT! I highly recommend Mary for your wedding day!!

Sara the owner of Girasole salon has worked in the Hair industry for over thirty years. She started out working in salons and working as a free-lance hairstylist/makeup artist doing production work on tv. She is a certified colorist and Master hairstylist. She also has a degree in occupational education to teach cosmetology in Boces. Sara prides herself on putting together the most creative, talented, wonderful team of hair experts. She has handpicked a staff of talent who love their craft and it shows on their clients when they leave the chair!
