intment, we did not have anyone working with us until 30 minutes after our appointment time, and then our consultant did not save the room, despite placing the dresses in there. When we returned to do an appointment for measurements and to place the orders, the staff had the appointment type incorrect, saying I had made an appointment for a mother of bride fitting. My mom did not even look at dresses there. The staff acted like they couldn't fit in two measurements, but finally did so. The worst part was getting the dresses in, which was not the fault of the salon, but the communication was awful. I started calling in mid-June to get an estimate of the delivery date, which was projected to be in July. In early July, it was going to be another few weeks. Then, it turned out that the manufacturer was having trouble processing all the orders, and three of the four dresses would arrive in early August, about three weeks before the wedding. I completely understand that the manufacturer was behind, but I always had to call the salon to get an update, even though I was always promised a call. When I did get someone, they either had an attitude or never knew what was going on. The communication was extremely poor, and I always got the response that "the dresses will come in a few weeks." The dresses turned out to look great on everyone, but they were not worth the headache of dealing with Girls in White Satin.

are different than everyone else. The ladies were extremely helpful in every aspect, finding the dress, alterations needed, etc. They worked around my schedule for fittings since I live about 2 hours from Jacksonville. I highly recommend them!

ould be hard not to find the perfect dress there! The shop is so nice! It feels like a big city bridal salon, but without the big city prices. Some of the bridal shops I went to only let me try on 5 or 10 dresses, but Girls in White Satin didn't set a number. They let me try on as many as I wanted and gave me a lot of attention! They do alterations in shop and they are amazing! I didn't have any problems with them. The fit of my dress was perfect! I highly recommend Girls in White Satin!!

I started looking around and the owner asked if I wanted and/or had time to try anything on. I was already with most of the people I wanted to dress shop with and figured why not. Terryl couldn't have been better, asked what I liked, what I didn't like and so fourth. She pulled dresses and brought them to me or showed them to me and asked for my thoughts. I tried on about 12 dresses before I found the dress, (that I thought the bottom was hideous on the hanger but my mom liked so I tried on). I ended up buying that dress that day and was more than 100% happy with it. I went back to the dress shop for my shoes, jewelry, undergarments and hair piece. I felt the dress shop was just as much a part of my wedding as the people in it! I couldn't have asked for a better place to buy a dress! I have recommended it to everyone I know getting married! If there were an option for more than 5 stars I would give it to them!!
