Amy was amazing!! She was so personable, communicative, helpful, & organized. We booked her for the coordinator and content creator package - best decision ever! & no we are not tik tokers lol but since we didn’t have a videographer, we thought having little video clips here and there would be great. Amy was always available via email & phone, and responded to texts immediately. We also had multiple planning meetings, 2 site visits, and a rehearsal. On the wedding day, Amy brought 2 assistants, Perla and Ez, which were both amazing as well! They helped set up our personal decor and directed other vendors as to where to setup according to the floor plan we designed. Unfortunately, some issues arose on our wedding day with other vendors and the bridal party… but Amy handled everything like a pro and tried her best not to stress me out lol It would’ve been a complete disaster without her. Even if you’re planning your own wedding, you still need a month/day-of coordinator to help manage and communicate with all the vendors, so they’re not all coming to you with questions on your wedding day. Seriously, save yourself the extra headache and book her! Thank you so much Amy! :)

Words cannot describe how amazing Amy was on our wedding day! We booked Amy early on in our wedding planning, back when we weren’t totally sure what a content creator was! And I am glad to report that we did not regret hiring her. Amy met up with us many times to make sure our vision would come to life, and to make sure all the reels we wanted would be captured. Amy not only recorded and edited all of our reels, she also livestreamed our wedding ceremony, speeches and some of the dancing for our family and friends who couldn’t make it! Amy was professional, showed up on time, worked well with the rest of our social team and was overall such a great addition to our wedding day! Getting all of our photos/videos within 48 hours was so amazing as we were able to relive our special day over and over! My husband/then-fiancé decided to plan for a big wedding for our families and friends 6-7 months before the big day. My search for a wedding coordinator came after a conversation with my sister-in law about how beneficial it would be to have a day of/month of coordinator. When I first started meeting with coordinators, I wanted to be picky. After all, this was about to be one of the most important days in my and my husband's lives. I met with one coordinator who arrived late, one who had screaming kiddos in the background, and one who could not give me bride testimonials. Then I came across Girly Pop Bride (Amy Z) on my wedding Facebook group. I thought, "here we go again..." And I was totally wrong. Amy was on time, if not early, to our first meeting, was super down to earth, knowledgeable, transparent, and realistic. I decided to book Amy for our June 1st wedding, and it was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. Amy is not only a true professional, she truly cares about her brides. She even answered questions I had before the month of coordination started. Amy is extremely reasonable, and also helped create a monthly payment plan so I wasn't stressing out about payments all at the end of the wedding. Once we started month of coordination, Amy kicked into high gear and gave us all the tools needed for successful coordination and planning. My husband and I are totally spreadsheet people, so we found this blueprint INCREDIBLY helpful. Amy also checked in with us every week leading up to our wedding. It also didn't matter what time I texted, Amy would always respond. My husband and I was ask each other "how does she do it?" We found Amy's responsiveness and care to be so supportive and reassuring. Planning a wedding is stressful and scary, but Amy quelled all of our fears. Amy successfully coordinated with our venue manager, photographer, dessert caterer, dinner caterer, content creator, chair rental company, photo booth company, DJ and musicians, and even friends and family who were dropping stuff off for her to set up. We paid for additional time to help plan our rehearsal, which I would highly recommend. This helped give me, my family, and my bridal party all the coordination needed for a successful wedding ceremony. Finally, THE BIG DAY. Amy and her fabulous assistant, Diana, took all of our feedback and direction during past meetings to set up our reception hall, cocktail hour area, and wedding ceremony in an outdoor courtyard. All of her coordination really paid off because everything went so smooth! Amy kept us on schedule and even found a pocket of time for me and my husband to have a quiet moment together. Amy kept us completely on track, and did so with the utmost professional attitude. She is the kindest soul and really knows how to keep anxious brides (like me!) grounded! I can't express enough the gratitude I have for Amy's coordination. If you are looking for a coordinator for your upcoming event or wedding, Amy is the only answer! Weddings can be stressful, but with Amy, it doesn't have to be!
