Giving Tree Photography

the day. Her photos are STUNNING (both engagement and wedding day). Jodi has a great way of making you feel at ease so the photos are natural and she captured truly special moments that we'll cherish forever. She's easy to communicate with and plan with, and goes above and beyond. Everyone who has seen our photos has commented on how great they turned out. If she is available for your wedding date, just do yourself a favor and book. It will be the one thing you don't stress out about.

tos were. It’s an amazing problem to have when there’s too many amazing photos to pick from. Thank you, Jodi! You so beautifully documented a day which I’m sure will be one of our best.

ggers, vendors, and venues for their marketing because they are just that good. My husband and I felt like we were working with an old friend. She is charming and warm, never overbearing. She works well with other vendors and has an incredible eye. I've never felt more beautiful and I cannot believe the stunning engagement and wedding photos that my family now has to share for decades to come. If you can get her, she's worth every single penny, and if you're lucky, you may gain a friend.

sband...I knew that Jodi had to be the photographer at my wedding! Her images are pieces of artwork. She captures the natural love in people's eyes and the authenticity of people's smiles and tears. She brings nature into her photos in such an artistic, dreamy, and beautiful way. My husband and I are not naturally photogenic. Jodi, made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She is so relaxed and natural that you feel like you are just hanging out with your friend while she is taking your picture! She is also a go getter and makes things happen! On the day of our wedding, she handled the timeline and schedule with ease. She has a confidence about her and she can see something and know exactly how to capture it. She wastes absolutely zero time! She captured some INCREDIBLE moments. I did not hire a videographer, but each time I look through the photos I relive that perfect day just like a video. My heart with overwhelmed (and still is!) with gratitude for Jodi and her incredible gift and talent. I will have such incredible memories of that day because it was the best day of my entire life, but Jodi captured the beauty and magic of that day. I have never, ever in my life seen a photographer as talented as Jodi Bodtke and not just that, she is an incredible person and human being. She is the kind of person you WANT to spend time with. Watching her work was a joy and honor. I would recommend her 100 times over!

got engaged), to receiving my photos in the mail, Giving Tree Photography has exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is Jodi amazing to work with, she has an impeccable eye, and is truly great at what she does. The emotion GTP is able to express through photos is unlike any other wedding photography I have seen. I never doubted that my photos would be anything less then amazing, and my now husband and I, are so grateful to have these memories captured forever!

ns my best decision in wedding planning. I've had our photos for about a month and still can't believe that every single photograph takes me back to each perfect moment that was our day. Her uncanny way to capture love makes each photo complete MAGIC. My favorite part about her is her desire to capture the natural. She wants to show the moment as is, without staging or faking. Those moments are the best ones and the ones that seem to disappear too quickly...yet she snaps it with ease and lets you live it forever. Aside from her amazing eye, she's a truly genuine human who cares about those she services. She is just the whole package. Engaged couples...hire Jodi, everything else will fall into place.

m back so quickly and they are phenomenal. I could not imagine finding a better photographer for your big day!

lutely beautiful. She is easy to get a hold of during the planning process as well. She is fun, and makes you feel yourself and relaxed when you are taking pictures. We received our wedding photos only 2 weeks after the wedding! And she sent them in an adorable box with a hand written thank you and some prints. I would recommend Giving Tree Photography to everyone! My husband and I both cried when we looked at our photos... you can feel the emotion and love in every one. Thanks again Jodi!

ust a few weeks after our wedding in a beautiful little package. She was so professional and made us feel so comfortable. I wish she lived closer so she could capture all the special moments in our lives.
