The property consists of over 160 acres of land and a noteworthy view of Friess Lake! This venue is ideal for couples who wish to include nature on their wedding day! The views within the Park offer endless opportunities for stunning wedding photos, as well as beautiful ceremonies, receptions and weekend wedding events.

s well, which was super nice! However, there's not much room if you want to separate the bride vs. groom side of things when it comes to getting ready, just be prepared! We had the venue the day before the wedding to set everything up as well, which was very helpful. Sam, the venue manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. There is no event staff, so everything is on your own (which we didn't mind at all!) The only slight downsides were that it was a bit pricey for what we got, and you have to be out FAST on Sunday even if you buy for the entire weekend because most times there's a wedding on Sunday as well. Also, if you have your ceremony/anything outdoors, bring lots of extension cords because there isn't any outdoor power and you have to run it through the chapel or reception hall windows.

unning views, especially during the fall. The colorful trees surrounding the area are so gorgeous. We were able to have our ceremony on a grassy hill, and it's easy to find a good spot close to the reception hall if needed.
The budget friendliness of this place can't be beat.. granted, we did a Thursday wedding, which automatically makes it cheaper, but the freedom to choose your own catering really made the difference. We were able to choose our own catering, and had a friend be our bartender, which cut down on costs significantly.
The reception hall itself is a nice space, but you really have the chance to make it your own.
Sam is who we worked with during the booking process, and she was so kind. She answered the millions of questions I had over the months leading up to the wedding, and made the process smooth.

All of our friends/wedding party were able to rent out the 9 cabins the park offers (Fri-Sun) and we had a bonfire on-site after our rehearsal dinner. This venue allows you to select all your own vendors without restriction, so in that sense we were able to save some money and make our wedding exactly what we wanted! The park coordinator Sam was nice to work with and answered all of our many questions.

We even rented out the cabins and ranger house nearby to allow us to spend more time over the weekend with our wedding party and guests. We loved that we were able to rent out it out for the whole weekend--allows you to wait until the day after to clean-up if desired. We enjoyed the freedom of having the venue all to ourselves even if that meant we had to set-up and take-down on our own. Overall, we had SO many compliments on our venue and were very happy with choosing Glacier Hills!

l! I could not have had a more perfect setting for our forest-themed wedding. The grounds were amazing, the buildings were absolutely stunning, and I could not recommend this venue more! For a couple who wants to be more flexible with food and drinks (the venue has no required catering or bar services, which really made us able to stay within our budget) this place was especially perfect.

There are not many pictures online of the inside of this venue so she let us into the venue multiple times so we could get measurements and pictures! The venue is very affordable. We rented it out for the entire weekend and they even let us in earlier. In addition, this is a venue that is extremely flexible! They allow you to bring in whatever vendors you would like. We really got to choose and build our entire day up from scratch. They do not supply staffing, but we were able to do everything ourselves with the help of our other vendors (who were so involved). We did not have a coordinator and the day went so smoothly!! Ourselves, family, and friends did not have to lift a finger!
