Worst place, nasty owner, loud, no parking... worst of it is that they bleached my hair, the owner has worst of attitude, called me crazy when I said that I have never seen my hair...

I went here with my sister for a blowout for my rehearsal dinner. The place looked cute upon arrival, but the stylist I was given was so incredibly rude. I am still upset about it....
I sat in the chair and her first question was if I was getting a hair cut, and I said no just a blow out, and she just said "oh..." lifting my hair with a nasty judgmental look on her face - implying that I really should be getting it cut. She proceeded to rip my hair from my head, tugging SO hard each time she rolled my hair around the round brush. I finally yelped and she basically berated me for not saying anything (even thought I just DID), and saying she can't feel what I feel so I need to speak up. This makes no sense since this all started when I said something, but ok moving on. The rest of the blowout was spent with her asking me questions about my wedding with backhanded compliments and judgy responses each time. For example, she asked if we hired a limo and I explained that we got a bus to shuttle us around and she said "oh, that's interesting because you know, most people hire a limo (emphasis on the limo being the better option that I did not take). The blowout itself was terrible and not smooth or straight (I have curly hair, but get great blowouts all of the time). We went to pay and she charged me $10 extra for my hair being long and thick! My sister has very long and thick hair too, so this was almost comical that I was getting charged more. Also, it does not say ANYWHERE on their pricing list or website or when we began that it was even a possibility we would be charged more than the price listed. All in all, I was so upset about the entire experience, but since I was getting married the next day, I let it go. However, I now know to never recommend this place to anyone!

dding day, it was elaborate. Prices were Very reasonable. I had originally booked another, more expensive hairstylist but she backed out. I am very happy I ended up with Glam and Sam instead.
