ed me come up with my wedding look. I went to her studio in Frederick, MD to do my trial which was great. I was able to take notes on what I wanted changed for the wedding day. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup, as well as my bridesmaids and the MOB/MOG who also got their hair and makeup done. One of my bridesmaids is wanting to book her for her own wedding next year! Ashley accommodated me to request a late stay for touch-ups after first looks which worked out great because I did need some hair curled and makeup touched up after taking pictures outside. The only glitch with the late stay is that in my contract it said $50 an hour late stay, but when I requested, she had said it's $200/hr. It was too close to the wedding so I didn't want to argue that the contract I signed said differently. I would recommend Ashley and Glam Bridal Beauty to any bride in the DMV.

Everyone's hair and make-up looked beautiful and lasted throughout the entire day and night despite the heat. I am so grateful to Ashley and her team! You can't go wrong booking her.

Including the moms who are less comfortable with makeup, but they were very pleasantly surprised with how great they felt. And even though we had finished up in the mid afternoon to do photos, the hair and makeup were still holding up at 1am when we finished partying. And compared to other beauty vendors I looked at, her prices were very reasonable and her contract had some flexibility allowed that others did not. Which I really appreciated since vendors right now need to be booked so far out.

We had 3 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, and my Mother-in-Law also have their hair done and everyone was blown away with the results. I was so shocked at how well she did my makeup and how long lasting it was. When I've done makeup/trials in the past, I wasn't satisfied. However, Ashley was able to work with my tan Asian skin and she just happen to use all the perfect colors/shades. The airbrush makeup also stayed on throughout the day and night. Everyone's makeup was truly flawless. It was easily 90 degrees for better part of the day and everyone was just as fresh and beautiful at 11pm. Both Jojo and Kat were amazing additions to our beautiful day. I cannot wait for a reason to go visit Jojo again! Thank you for making me feel like a true beauty on my wedding day, I could not have done it without you!

She will ask for them and she will use them! Brides: moisturize twice daily in the weeks leading up to your big day if you want the airbrush to set perfectly.

I traveled to her salon for my trial but on the day of my wedding, she arrived on-time to the hotel with an assistant and they managed to get everyone finished in even less than the allotted time (which was originally 4 hours). We never felt rushed and everyone looked gorgeous! Ashley has a relaxed but confident vibe and she always made me feel at ease during the stress of wedding planning and the morning of my wedding. I received compliments on my hair and makeup - specifically that I still looked like me and wasn't overly "made up," which is exactly what I wanted. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and I cannot thank her enough!

ng planning process for me. I had such an amazing trial run that I booked her on the spot and came back for a cut and color before the wedding. She’s so awesome that she’s now my regular colorist (but that’s a whole separate 5 star review). When I arrived a bit late to my venue on my (snowy, sleety) wedding day, she was already set up and got started immediately. Ashley was unfazed by my very Southern mother, who generally dislikes me in make-up, hovering around watching closely. She proceeded to create the most natural, glowy, subtle look on my very pale skin. My mother loved it (as did my husband, who is also skeptical of makeup). She then turned to my Matron of Honor, whom she had never met or had any consultations with, and created another gorgeous look. In fact, my MOH had gotten married only a few months earlier and lamented that Ashley did a better job than her own wedding stylist. Our soft curls held through 4 hours of intense dancing and our makeup still looked great. Add to her impeccable skills that she’s just a fun, sweet person, and I genuinely enjoyed her company in the bridal room. She was a huge part of my wedding success and I give her my highest endorsement.

t was worth the drive for my trial. And then she traveled to the venue on the wedding day, which was very appreciated! My updo was exactly what I had wanted and my makeup was flawless! I felt so beautiful all night long and my bridesmaids and mother were very happy with her work for them as well! Ashley paid very close attention to what I wanted and worked with me to perfect my look! I will use her again for any type of updo or makeup job I need and would recommend her to any bride!!
