Karina is an amazing artist. She is kind, caring, honest, and someone you would want to do your make up for you most special day. Karina did my make up for my wedding including my mom, MIL, and bridesmaids. All of our glam came out phenomenal! I felt my best, and I was obsessed with how my make up was. Everyone complimented me and everyone who got their make up done all night. Don’t think twice with booking with Karina because she knows what she is doing and she is amazing at what she does.

I was a bridesmaid at my sister wedding and getting my makeup done by Karina was great. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and overall a pleasure to be around. Not only are her makeup skills superb, she is open to trying new techniques and very versatile, which really made my vision come to life. I had booked Karina about a year in advance! She did an amazing job. She made me feel so beautiful on my big day. My bridal party looked stunning as well! Karina did the makeup for my wedding. Myself, bridesmaids and even my mother and MIL. She was so kind and really listened to the preferences of each person. I felt like she was completely invested in adding happiness to my most perfect day. She did makeup for ages 14-65 and everyone looked beautiful! I felt we all looked very classy, not at all caked with makeup. My Mom even said how nice it was for her to feel so glamorous on this special day. I received so many compliments and couldn’t be happier that I choose her. Even the pre wedding trial was great. I’d recommend her a million times.

Karina did me & my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding day. I did a trial at first because I’m paranoid of people only posting their best photos. Well, all of her work was phenomenal! My wedding was on June 4, 2023 and I had my wedding make up trial with Karina in October 2022. The day I went in for my trial I had a 1920s roaring theme to go and I wasn't quite sure how I wanted my wedding look to be yet, but Karina came through with roaring theme look and that night when I showed up to the birthday party I had so many compliments. Family and friends kept asking us she the one doing the makeup for your wedding and I said, yes! Fast forward to months later, we were still in contact, but I mostly appreciated was I found out the venue where I was getting married at she got married at too, so our conversation was authentic and with ease. I asked her a lot of questions and I'm so thankful she already experienced what I was about to because it emotionally prepared me for what's to come. Karina is very professional, responsive, understanding, and very calm. That helped me as a bride even on the day of my wedding because I trusted her to do what she does best. I was open to any and all suggestions she had even though I knew what I wanted, I prayed over her hands LOL. My bridesmaids looked so gorgeous and everyone loved their look. Karina did an amazing job and I would definitely work with her again for any of my future functions. I can now say, I know a good MUA and she's not too far from me. The best part is I found her on The Knot and shortly after she was awarded best of The Knot 2023. When you work with her you'll understand why. She is more than awesome, she's an amazing being inside and out!

Karina was wonderful! She listened to exactly what I was wanting done for my makeup. I am extremely picking when it comes to my makeup for photos, events, etc. and she took the time to make sure I was satisfied and also comfortable with the color pallet. She is hands down great!

Karina is the best!! She made sure all of my girls and myself had a great experience. She asked what they felt comfortable with and what they wanted to look like. Everyone loved how attentive she was to detail and to make sure all of us felt beautiful. She definitely became one of my good friends and I will come back to her for my other life events.

Karina is AMAZING!!!! omggg my wedding makeup was absolutley stunning!!! my husband’s jaw literally dropped!! she was so sweet and bubbly and SO much fun!! she came all the way up to Placerville to do my wedding makeup and I literally felt like a bridal queen. She also did an amazing job with my mom’s makeup who has very sensitive skin. My wedding theme was very goth with heavy dark makeup and she knew exactly what I was envisioning! she is so easy to work with and a great communicator. She made my day so special. As a non regular make up wearing person, this was one of my biggest concerns. Karina, you are just a beautiful human who knows exactly how to talk to your people and produce the perfect look. I have hired Karina a few times. She has done my makeup for weddings, a photo shoot and a funeral. And each time it’s a different look. I get compliments from everyone, including one from a bride that wished she would’ve used Karina over the lady she had to hers. Karina is fun and easy to talk which makes the time go by so fast while you’re sitting he her chair. Just love her and will continue to use her over and over again.

I can’t express enough how AMAZING Karina was, I hired her for my wedding over this past weekend and she went above and beyond to make us all feel beautiful. I had a last minute change of heart on some of the tones of my makeup (because I’m such an indecisive person) and she took it in stride and made those changes with no hesitation and it came out absolutely gorgeous! She made all the girls feel beautiful and look beautiful all night. I had so many compliments alllll night about my makeup! I cried like a baby during our ceremony and my makeup held flawlessly. Even after dinner, drinking, and dancing my makeup didn’t budge. I am so impressed and so thankful to have had Karina apart of my special day! I highly recommend to hire her.

Karina was so great to work with ! She was very prompt and on time. She did a fabulous job on all of our makeup. It was great became we did not have to bring anything she had everything with her. Karina was absolutely amazing. I had a last minute make-up change and needed to find someone quickly. She was very accommodating in getting a demo scheduled. She opened her home to my sister and I and made me feel heard. On my wedding day she was so calm and assertive and kept me calm while getting ready.
