Kelly and her team were excellent. I had 11 girls, including myself, who was getting both hair and makeup done. All had nothing but great things to say about their hair and makeup. I ended up changing some things from the trial on my wedding day, and there were no problems and I was extremely happy walking down that aisle. Highly recommend Kelly and her team.
Glam me up was everything I could have hoped for in a hair and makeup team. The owner, Kelly, is easily the most organized person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Kelly was on top of absolutely everything, and made everything so easy and stress free. My mother, sister and I had Sam for hair, and Joanne for makeup. And we could not have been happier. Talented, punctual, attention to detail, and also both were really funny and brought a great energy to the room. My hair lasted the entire day even though it was a little windy and I was dancing a lot! Could not have been happier with my whole experience. Would absolutely recommend!!!
Kelly and her crew are always so fabulous to work with. She was always communicating with me and made sure the girls were all done on time for photos! We had a daytime wedding, so it was a very early wake up that Kelly made with three other artists for hair and makeup. They are just the best and always delivered on any request or change I wanted the day of the wedding. Glam Me Up is always the best choice!!
As a bride getting prepared for my wedding day, I tried a few makeup/hair stylists before I went for a try out appointment with Kelly, the owner of Glam Me Up. She made me feel comfortable and she understood my wishes as to how I wanted my look to come together. She took her time and gave me suggestions and at the end of the appointment, I felt confident she knew what I wanted and she had the ability to do the makeup for me and my bridal party.
Anglea, who was the hair stylist, also took her time and listed to me as she helped me to figure out exactly what hair style I wanted. She worked diligently to be sure I liked the style she would eventually do for my wedding day. I loved my hair makeup!
My MOH and bridesmaids looked amazing and everyone was happy as we posed for our first pictures of the day in my back yard.
I would recommend Glam Me Up to any bride looking for a professional team to handle their hair and makeup.
I chose Glam Me Up to do our hair and makeup at my wedding and I could not be happier! Kelly was the first person I went to for a trial and I did not have to look anywhere else. I booked her the same day. She was extremely professional and did such an amazing job. One of my bridesmaids, who is getting married in May, was so impressed that she booked Glam Me Up for her own wedding the next day. Look no further, Glam Me Up is exactly what you want for your big day!
They were awesome! I’m not one who wears makeup very often and they made me feel very comfortable and gave me a natural look. Makeup lasted all day! Hair was also awesome, they staff really listens to what you want and they let you know if something might not work for you and provide suggestions! Loved them!!!
These girls did an incredible job! For my wedding on 11/11 all the girls were getting ready at a hotel and they showed up on time and kept a perfect schedule, even waiting on my girls at some points. They did not stop until each girl was happy with how they looked. And they all looked gorgeous!
Wow! All I have to say is WOW. Kelly and her team delivered such fantastic, polished, professional and perfect services. I had 11 people in my Bridal Party (including me and my MOB) - all of us LOVED our hair and make-up. That’s a lot of people to satisfy. But they rocked it. I honestly don’t know why you’d use anyone else. Book her ASAP. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
So happy I decided to use Glam Me Up for my wedding hair and makeup. Kelly is professional, affordable, and accommodating! I was more than pleased and received so many compliments!! Kelly was SO good that on the day of my wedding, one of my bridesmaids decided to book Glam Me Up for her wedding in 6 months!
Kelly and her team are fantastic! I started by using her for my engagement photo shoot. After seeing how the photographs came out I knew I wanted her for my wedding day. She is so easy to communicate with and listens to exactly what you are looking for. All the ladies hair and makeup came out so beautiful!
Kelly and her team did an absolutely amazing job for my wedding this past weekend. I booked Kelly and her team after my sister used Glam Me Up for her wedding in October of 2016. They did an amazing job for her wedding, and they did an amazing job for mine. They were on time, and were as professional as can be. There is nothing bad that I can say about them. Kelly was absolutely fabulous! I am a makeup artist as well, so I had very high expectations and she met all of them. Was on time, and stayed on schedule with my bridal party as well as Moms and Grandmas. Everyone looked beautiful and the makeup lasted all day into night! I would hire her for any event!
Kelly did the make up for myself and my bridal party for my wedding and she did a fantastic job. She arrived at my parents house where we were getting ready right on time. She asked each of us what we liked and didn't like and gave her advice on what would look best. She made the whole process easy and fun and we all looked amazing.
Kelly had done my makeup twice before when I was a bridesmaid, for my wedding, there was no other choice, it HAD to be Glam Me Up! Kelly makes the morning getting ready, SO much fun! She listened to all the girls needs, and gives her true, honest opinion. I got my makeup done at around 10am. at 1am, after the wedding, on the way to our hotel on our party bus, my guests could not get over how my makeup still looked as good as it did when I walked down the aisle! Kelly is truly the best of the best, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my makeup on my special day!
Kelly and her team did amazing work for my wedding on July 8th. They arrived to our hotel full of energy and excited to get started. They created such a fun and comfortable atmosphere for us girls as we got ready. Our hair and makeup truly enhanced everyones natural beauty and did not look overdone at all! They encouraged us to share inspiration photos and also gave suggestions on styles but were very accommodating to what everyone was looking for. Everyone looked flawless all day, including myself (the bride) in 90+ degree heat.

I cannot say enough about Kelly. She did my makeup for my wedding on Sept 30 and I felt so comfortable with her. It felt like a great friend was helping me look my best. My bridal makeup looked phenomenal and even in my wet, rainy and windy ceremony, my makeup did not budge. I am so pleased with her work and so were my sisters and mother. Hire Kelly. I absolutely loved working with Kelly for makeup for my bridal party! Kelly did make-up for my entire bridal party, my mom, my aunt and me :) She was so friendly and sweet, even though she was up since 4 am working another wedding party! I was so impressed. What impressed me was how well she did each person's make-up. She looked at the girls' dresses to pick a color palette that would match and also appeal to the girls. I personally never wear make-up, but I was so pleased with how she did my make-up. My husband normally doesn't like the look of "a lot of make-up" and he was blown away by how beautiful all of the girls looked! He thought she did an amazing job too. Overall everyone was so happy and looked so beautiful, the make-up stayed on all day and was just perfect! Thanks Kelly :)
Kelly and her team were so easy to work with and did an outstanding job for my wedding. Kelly did the makeup for me, my bridal party, and both my mom and my husband's mom. She came to my house to get us all ready there. I also booked hair through her. The entire team was prompt and did an amazing job. I was so happy with how my hair and makeup came out. Kelly used airbrushing and lashes at my request and had them available to my girls as well. Lisa did my hair and accommodated all of my requests. It came out stunning and both my hair and makeup lasted through the entire day and night, including the after party! The girls were even willing to take on a last minute addition of my sister-in-law on the morning of and still managed to keep us on schedule despite the fact that my SIL showed up late! I was very impressed and happy with their service and gladly recommend them!
As someone who doesn't wear much makeup I was nervous to go heavy with makeup on my wedding day. Kelly made it look natural while being heavy enough to show in my photos and look amazing. I took a photo at 1am, at least 12 hours after she had done it, to show how perfectly it had lasted. I was beyond impressed and thankful, and felt so beautiful all night!
Kelly and Lisa were absolutely amazing!!!!!! They are both beyond nice and talented. They made myself, my mother and bridal party look gorgeous, but more importantly feel comfortable in their own skin! I wanted a very natural hair and makeup look, and they exceeded my expectations and made me feel like a princess. Will only recommend them to anyone getting married!

Great vendor- Kelly is amazing with makeup, and so friendly. My makeup with airbrushing lasted from 10am until well past midnight. Lisa is great with hair, and will do her best to mirror any image that you brought with you. Great duo, great experience!
I did a trial with Lisa and Kelly before booking with them. Loved them and felt so comfortable around them. They ended up doing my hair and makeup along with my mom, grandmother, and entire bridal party. They arrived at my house at 6:30 am for our 2:00 wedding! They came to Fox Hollow to touch up our hair and makeup before the reception started at 6:30. We were able to show them pictures of what we all wanted and everyone was really happy with the final results!!!
Kelly was fantastic. She did my bridesmaids' makeup, as well as mine and my mother's. Everyone looked absolutely stunning. I have never seen a group of women feel so beautiful. I was so pleased with how she did my makeup, as she made it look natural yet sophisticated. She came to us at 7 am, having just did a huge bridal party at 3:30am, and went to a 3rd one after she left me. I did not once see her yawn or complain. She is an outstanding makeup artist, and I highly recommend her.
I was referred to Kelly by my hair person. I did two trials and she seemed very kind and professional. However, on my wedding day she was an HOUR LATE! I had called and confirmed with her the week of and she said she knew where it was and not to worry. It was a half hour before she and my hair person even called me saying they were lost. I told them they were going the wrong direction yet they did not listen and continued to go the wrong way. It took them an hour to arrive at my venue. I started getting my hair and makeup done at the time I was supposed to be getting my photos done! I found her very unprofessional and would not ever recommend her to anyone. This is unfortunate because she seemed nice during my trials. But it's the wedding that really counts isn't it?
Kelly is the absolute best! I have used Kelly before for a few events and every time is more amazing then the next. She just recently did my wedding and entire bridal party. I am obsessed with the way my makeup came out. She is super professional and super nice. I have already recommended her to everyone i know and will continue to. xoxo
I asked Kelly to go on the softer side and make everyone look stunning yet natural. She delivered just that. She did make-up for my grandmother, the moms, my sisters, my cousins and myself (the bride) and each and every person's make-up was done beautifully. Kelly was prompt and a pleasure to work with. I dont usually wear makeup so when I first started searching for a makeup artist I became very discouraged- they made me looked caked up and tacky. But Kelly took this into account and worked very slowly with me, explaining what she was doing step by step. She created an elegant, natural look that stayed fresh all night! Kelly did an amazing job as a makeup artist for my brother's wedding as well as my own this year. She has an amazing eye and ability to make everyone gorgeous. Plus, she is willing to work with each girl according to their level of comfort with makeup. I'm so happy to say that as a bridesmaid and bride I looked like myself, only better. I used Glam Me Up for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and was very happy with the results. Kelly did an awesome job on my five bridesmaids and my own make-up. Also, she was willing to show up at my sister's house at 6am to start the make-up process! Would most definitely recommend her to anyone getting married in the Long Island area.

Alyce from Glam Me Up is such a sweetheart and a true makeup artist! She really listens to what you like and will not stop until you are 100% happy. On the day of the wedding, she came on time, was in a great mood and made us all feel at ease. She did my makeup as well as my sister’s, mom’s and my SIL’s. Everyone looked beautiful and the makeup lasted all night!
I never wear makeup and am fairly uncomfortable with it. For my wedding, however, I felt obliged to put some on and I knew that I needed help. Kelly made me feel comfortable and confident and she did an amazing job. She listened to me very carefully, but also gently encouraged me to try some things that I had never done before and made me look fantastic! Not only would I employ her again if presented with the occasion, but I would also like to just hang out with her – she’s such a relaxed and nice person and will make you feel beautiful and happy on your wedding day.
