They did an amazing job on my rentals for my wedding in South Jersey. They delivered on time and picked up on time. The furniture is very, very nice and clean. Their pricing is ver...
y fair and communicating with them is very easy. We had some broken glasses and were very reasonable on the price to replace them. We are very happy with this vendor and would definitely hire them again for our next event.
Great vendor! Professional to deal with, easy ordering process, and nice products. Our venue lost a large number of items, and Glam was very patient with us since we were leaving o...
n our honeymoon and told us not to worry about it until we got back. We really appreciated that. In the end, 30 items were missing. Our one critique would be that Glam warn us that this amount of missing items is typical (which they said it was after) or factor a small amount of missing items into the pricing. Also, give the replacement costs in the contract so we know what to expect (they were not cheap). Overall, we were really happy with them, really nice people and very responsive. We recommend using them!
We hired Glam Party Rentals to provide just two items for our wedding - a cake table and decorative place setting chargers for 150 guests. Overall, Raquel was very responsive, prov...
ided all requested information upfront including price. I will admit Glam was a bit expensive, but their rental items were just too gorgeous and matched perfectly with our autumnal boho chic theme to pass up. This is why we were extremely disappointed and frankly devastated when Raquel called us the day before our wedding to say 20 of the 160 chargers (charger must be rented in increments of 5) we ordered had been ruined in a stream machine. Fortunately, my planner over at June Beri was able to sort it out with Raquel. We were given a full refund for the original chargers and were able to place a new order for a different design at a lower price and no cleaning fee. In the end, everything turned out beautiful.
