Hello, my Name is Dana Colando. I am the Owner, Stylist, and Makeup artist of Glam Rock Hair Studio. My Salon is unique because I can help you prep for your wedding before as well as service your hair and makeup needs on the date of your special day. I offer all of your hair service needs including haircuts, color, highlights, Devacurl technique, keratin treatments, and DreamCatcher extensions. GlamRockStudios was awesome! The owner, Dana repeatedly went above and beyond. We had a hair trial and she captured my vision even better than I imagined—anticipating elements I had not. She accommodated bridesmaids hair appointments, was available via text and email, and even a slight change in location. Her work was awesome! By the wedding day, she felt like a member of the family-even helped put my veil on and my dress. I received compliments all day on my hair and took great photos—through a second dress change—without any snags. I would def recommend this vendor if you want great hair for your special day!
Dana is AMAZING!! While she is known for her hair (she actually did an amazing job highlighting mine before my big day too) I had her booked for my bridal makeup and also my bridesmaids' and mothers' makeup. She is an absolute gem and is super great at her job. Her prices are incredibly reasonable and worth every penny. Everyone would give her a 10/10, 5 stars, A+. Totally recommend her for hair or makeup - she is such a sweetheart!
Dana was amazing! She was professional, friendly and so talented. i received compliment after compliment on how lovely my hair looked that day and from EVERY angle, i have to agree it looked amazing!
Dana, did a fantastic job on my bridesmaid party and on myself. My makeup and hairstyle stayed on all night, did not encounter any issues after all of the eating and dancing. Loved the makeup selection and the prompt responses to any of my questions during the booking process as well as the trial sessions for my hair and makeup. I will definitely be hiring Dana for any of my future events. Our group was a bit large and she made sure I was okay with her bringing in a second makeup artist to help out. Everything turn out super great and I recommend both.
Dana did an amazing job with my hair and make up. I loved that she took her time and checked in with me frequently during the trial to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. She was really great to work with and I felt very beautiful on my wedding day. I would highly recommend her to any bride.
Dana was on time, professional and super easy to work with. She made sure there was time for everything that needed to be done and additional last minute add ons as well. From the hair trial to everything needed (including make-up) the day of my wedding, everything was done perfectly. Couldn't have picked a better vendor!
Dana is amazing. Not only did she style my hair so it looked the best it has ever looked on my wedding day, but she is also warm, funny, and friendly. She is exactly the type of person who makes getting ready for a big day relaxing and fun
