th you, I’m terribly saddened by this untruthful review. To start with, I’m surprised to hear that you were unhappy with the trial, yet you still decided to move forward and book me and my team for your wedding date. The hairstyle that you requested on the wedding date , was completely different from what we did on the trial. That updo was not in my style of work. We do simple elegant hairdos, like I did for you on the trial. I’m sorry you were not happy with your wedding hair. We do trials to make sure that, future client likes our style of work, and I thought, we achieved that since you decided to book us. We never told any of the bridesmaids that we can’t do something, we are always open to any wishes of the client, as well as we can suggest a hairstyle regarding hair type/length/fullness. Also, it was hard to work in the environment, when you are being told how to do hair, and what products we should use. I understand , you are a hairstylist as well, but you hired a different professional who has different vision, techniques and style. The contract stated that the final payment can be made cash/zelle. And I have also sent you an email prior the wedding day , asking to pay the rest of the balance in cash , never got an answer that cash for you was completely unacceptable for you.
