& to schedule a trial for MONTHS now and have gotten no response. Their email(s) have been turned off as well as phone number. I will be contacting a lawyer for this shortly. WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVER!!!! We’re out of over $1,500 and will likely have to book somewhere else and spend even MORE money!

tried email and FB messenger. The only phone number anyone can find has been disconnected. I know other brides that have paid in full and are getting nothing. Maybe other states are better but do not book in Virginia. My planner has suggested I start looking for other options she has several brides in this situation currently.

just don't care. My daughter had scheduled their services for her wedding on 7/3 in VA and paid the 50% deposit ($500) but due to capacity restrictions she had to change her plans to a small, family-only wedding in our back yard (out of state). We have tried multiple times and methods (phone, email, Facebook message, LinkedIn) to reach Glammed Co. to see about our options (full or partial refund or credit towards services for a later reception in VA) but haven't received a single communication from them. So frustrating! I know people are hurting financially because of the coronavirus, we just wish they would acknowledge the situation and try to work out a compromise. For now, we're out $500 with nothing to show for it.

lion! Having extremely thin, brittle hair I was terrified on my wedding day I would not be able to have the hair of my dreams, but after some extensions and Lisa's expertise.. I looked like a movie star. I will have to say, my experience with this company was just absolutely incredible. I inquired, almost within minutes received an email back that they were available and instantly scheduled my trial! Then, Lisa came to my apartment (SO CONVENIENT) and I was in LOVE! I instantly booked following the completion of my trial. The whole experience was truly incredible! They truly made me feel like a movie star and I love that they sent me bridal hair, makeup and skin care tips before my wedding date! You can tell how much they truly care about their brides. Wish I could get married again!

reviews. However, my friends encouraged me to write a review just so future brides are aware. I booked Glammed Co. for my engagement session. I thought this would be a good opportunity to see if I would want to hire them for my wedding. I booked the appointment on the Tuesday before my Sunday morning engagement shoot. I got a confirmation email and looked forward to my appointment on Sunday. On that Friday morning, I got an email from Glammed Co stating more appointment details, including the stylist that they paired me with. That night, I got an email from the stylist saying she could not fulfill the appointment. Instead of emailing the company, she accidentally emailed me. Seeing the mistake, I immediately forwarded the email to the company. At this point, I started to worry that I wouldn’t have my hair and makeup done for the shoot. By Saturday afternoon, I hadn’t had a response from the company. I tried to give them a call but the phone number was not connected. I started looking up back up options and eventually found another person to do my hair and makeup. At 4:30 PM, I was finally able to get through to Alli on Facebook messenger. She was very nice and apologized for not being able to respond sooner as she was working a wedding that day. She said that she rescheduled me with a different stylist. Worried that they may cancel as well, I asked if I would get a confirmation email with the details. By 5:30 PM (Saturday night), I had not gotten an email or any official contact from the company and at that point, I decided to cancel my appointment and lose my $100 non refundable deposit. I don’t mind losing my money. My main concern was that no one would show up to the appointment. It was partially my fault for booking the appointment six days prior to the event but I started to imagine the communication issues I’d have with this company if I had booked them for my wedding.

I will say I was just a wreck the morning of my wedding. Somethings had gone wrong and I was just honestly having quite a rough start to the day and Cassidy truly just changed the whole tone of the day. She made me laugh when I was about to cry and calm when I was beyond nervous! For me, that day, she was more than just a makeup artist, she was my therapist! LOL Thank you again Glammed Co and Cassidy!!! I truly couldnt have imaged my day without you all!

had my hair or makeup professionally done and really didn't know what to expect. I asked for loose curls (half up, half down) and very natural glowing makeup and that is exactly what I got! I don't think i've ever looked that good before in my life. My skin was so flawless, my hair was just beautiful.. I truly am still in awe when I look at photos! I also will add I have VERY thick hair that does not hold curls well and VERY bad acne, so for my skin to look flawless and my hair to hold my curl all nights means Glammed Co is the real deal! I couldn't have had a better experience. I can't wait to get my makeup and hair done again!

7 trials with other professionals before finally finding Glammed Co. From the second I met with my artist, Angie, I was comfortable and relaxed. She walked me through the entire process and I really learned SO much! Then, once I saw my hair and makeup I was IN LOVE! I wish I could have Glammed Co glam me up everyday. They absolutely nailed it! I was so particular and Angie truly listened to everything I wanted. I am still absolutely blown away by how amazing my hair and makeup looked! I mean seriously.. I tried Glamsquad, Priv, etc nothing beats the service I received at Glammed Co. I can not say enough amazing things about this company. Communication was easy, I truly felt like a celeb (and looked like one too!) EVERY bride needs Glammed Co!!! Thank you all again!

I booked my trial (and let me say their booking process was by far my favorite and the most convenient) and instantly my artist, Steph, was at my door! (They also gave me the option to have in-salon but I preferred on-demand). Steph was absolutely a seasoned professional! I felt listened to, comfortable and she truly made my trial so fun! It made me look forward to my wedding day that much more. I asked for glamorous hollywoord curls and glamorous glowing makeup and I looked INCREDIBLE! I have never looked or felt more beautiful in my entire life. I truly loved my entire experience with Glammed Co. From my amazing trial to the best day of my life! They truly are THE BEST beauty team in NYC! You can just tell how much they care about you and your day!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
