Cherry Estrella is a licensed cosmetologist and a certified makeup artist currently based in San Diego, California. Cherry is an on-site makeup artist/ hairstylist. Being both a beauty enthusiast as well as a hair stylist, she is looking to turn the industry on its head and reinvent the way people view beauty standards. Through her work she wants her clients to feel beautiful and confident that will stay within themselves even after her services. She wishes to enhance the beauty that is already there, and believe in simplicity and allowing her clients' beauty speak for itself. However, she can always turn natural into glamor or Avante Garde! She specializes in Bridal makeup and hair for all skin tones. Cherry's makeup kit consists of high-end luxury products.

During the wedding day she was on time and completed my hair (bride), 4 bridesmaids and mother in law. A couple of the bridesmaids had more complex hairstyles (Hollywood glam) and cherry was able to nail.
And although I loved the way my hair turned out and that the girls held up all night, I think what made it a pleasurable experience was Cherry’s attitude. She is FUNNY, easy going, relaxed and very flexible. During stressful wedding mornings that helped create a warm environment. Thank you Cherry!

I had my trial with her a few months before my wedding day. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my makeup to look like, and she nailed it! She uses great quality products on her clients and really knows how to highlight your best features.

We did run a little late with myself, the MOH, and also MOB because one of the bridesmaids took a little longer than expected, but overall the experience was great and I would definitely hire Cherry again for any other beauty needs. She was so easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted. She helped evolve my vision and created my perfect look for my day. d I know what looked good on me. She was so helpful and patient with me and was able to lock down the perfect look. I received so many compliments at the wedding I attended! After that, I knew I had to book her for my wedding.
For my wedding, she and her team, did our hair and makeup. There were 8 bridesmaids, my mom, my auntie and myself. She made us feel comfortable and we all loved her and her team! When I got my makeup done, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! That's how great she is!
At the wedding, we all received so many compliments on our hair and makeup! A few of my guests complimented that the bridesmaids ALL looked amazing! They were all surprised because there hasn't been a wedding they have been to, where ALL bridesmaids looked flawless and stunning.
The next morning, my MOH's makeup still looked great!

ir and makeup would turn out. Total confidence and peace of mind! She is an expert in braiding and did the most unique and beautiful braids in my hair. Throughout the night my hair and makeup were the two things I received the most compliments on. She also did two of my bridesmaids and managed her time well to get us all done on time and looking stunning. The three of us all had very different hair and skin types/colors and she did all wonderfully. If I were to ever hire a makeup or hair stylist for an event again my first pick would be Cherry! She’s very professional but also fun and easy to talk to! Felt like I made a new friend:)
