There was constant communication before the event. The day of wedding she took her time and made sure everyone was happy with their hair. The products are amazing. wanted a very natural and romantic look which she nailed. My half-do last all night long though the ceremony, dancing, and celebrating. She's so personable and I really enjoyed every moment spent with her from the trial all the way to the big day. Also she is bilingual in English and Spanish which was a plus for my wedding party.
