Glamour Cosmetics is an absolute must for anyone who wants to feel stunning on their wedding day! Their team is truly the best at what they do. For my November 2024 wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Layza and Tasha, and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Layza gave me the bridal makeup of my dreams! Their positive energy made the whole getting ready experience so much fun and memorable. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Glamour Cosmetics was my make-up artist for my July 2024 wedding at the Viewpoint Hotel in York, Maine. I felt so reassured, confident, and excited from the time I booked Glamour Cosmetics, up to the wedding day itself. I couldn't afford Gar, herself, but she has an amazing team of talented make-up artists that are more reasonably priced - Valentina was my make-up artist (with 2 assistants) and she was phenomenal. The Glamour Cosmetics Team is extremely professional. I was looking for a natural, soft, romantic, glowy bronzed, nude/pink lip, lash emphasis, soft golden pink eye shadow and Valentina hit it out of the park! It stayed on all night and in all of my pictures the make-up simply enhanced my features without overpowering my face. I have been in a lot of weddings as a bridesmaid (before my wedding) and I never liked my make-up as it was always too air-brushed and overly dramatic with smoky eyes - I never felt like myself! It was the complete opposite with Valentina and the Glamour Cosmetics Team. Valentina was a calming presence and helped me feel a lot less anxious. She listened to each piece of feedback or description I told her, and executed my vision flawlessly. She provided great advice based on my skin tone, dress, spray tan, lip color, lashes, and more. She is a true professional. Glamour Cosmetics works with ALL skin types extremely well - young vs. mature skin, fair vs. dark skin - and is very knowledgeable on the make-up that works best on each type. The Glamour Cosmetics team did my makeup + my wedding party's makeup on my wedding day in October 2024. Garineh did my makeup and she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and talented. She made the entire process relaxing and super low stress. My makeup looked exactly how I had imagined, and it stayed looking fresh all night. I very much recommend the Glamour team for any bride considering them!

Val did makeup for myself and my bridal party at my wedding and everything turned out so beautifully! My makeup was just as I hoped and lasted all night. Glamour Cosmetics is truly the BEST in the business! From the start, Garineh makes it so easy to book her team and figure out the best artists for my special day. I love that the entire Glamour cosmetics team is so highly skilled, our second artist was outstanding which I usually haven't found when attending other weddings/having my makeup done. For my makeup as the bride, I had Val, who is truly amazing. From my trial to the actual wedding day she catered to exactly my vision, making adjustments and providing opinions when asked. She made me look and feel beautiful and I was so happy with the final look! All my bridesmaids couldn't believe how amazing their makeup looks were, and we got so many compliments at the wedding. Garineh and her makeup team were absolutely incredible! Garineh's positive attitude and bubbly personality warmed the room, bringing a great energy to the day. Our makeup looked stunning, and guests couldn’t stop complimenting us throughout the night. It photographed beautifully and stayed flawless well into the next day... She was an absolute dream to work with, and I highly recommend her for any event!

Glamour Cosmetics, specifically Garineh was amazing to work with! It is no surprise she is amazing at her craft from her instagram but she is just as kind, personable, and professional! I had an amazing experience at her studio during my trial, and loved my makeup, but day of decided to do something a little lighter and natural for my July wedding day. She executed it better than I could have imagined! I looked and felt amazing, while still looking like myself. I had such an AMAZING experience with the Glamour Cosmetics team! Garineh was so incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the entire planning process. Glamour Cosmetics was so amazing for my wedding makeup. I had thirteen people getting makeup services done and they made it a breeze to plan, and no one had to get up at the crack of dawn! They were so easy to communicate with and made planning a breeze. Even when I had questions or needed to adjust the amount of attendants getting makeup service, they were responsive, helpful, and flexible. I loved how professional and kind everyone I spoke to was. Going for my trial was so much fun, and made me so excited for the big day.

Glamour Cosmetics was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Garineh was professional, kind, calm and incredibly talented. Throughout the planning process, she was always responsive and thorough in answering my questions. I don't typically wear a lot of make-up, and Garineh took the time to help me understand what would look best for me (and really make my blue eyes pop!). I ended up going a little more glam than my trial and I absolutely loved how it turned out. My makeup lasted the entire day and looked amazing from the first look until the afterparty. I had Val do makeup for myself, 5 bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom for my September 1st wedding and had an amazing experience. At my trial, Val was kind, attentive and took note of what I did and didn’t like. The day of, she was timely and ended up running ahead of schedule, which ended up being so helpful for the overall timeline of the day. She was so wonderful to myself and our bridal party, and all of my girls commented on how kind and attentive she was. She adjusted my makeup perfectly based on my feedback from my trial, and she gave everyone touch ups before she left since we had a pretty early start. I had so many friends and family compliment our makeup, and our looks stayed intact all night (even through some humidity and drizzle during outdoor pictures). Coordinating with Garineh was seamless and I would definitely recommend Glamour Cosmetics to future brides :)

Loved working with the Glamour Cosmetics Team! Layza was very professional and listened to everything I wanted for my bridal makeup. She killed my rehearsal makeup too! My bridesmaids and family looked so beautiful- elevated versions of themselves. My grandma went to bed with her full glam and woke up still looking amazing the next day. Garineh was absolutely AMAZING! Beginning with the makeup trial, she was so kind and attentive when I didn’t quite know what I was looking for. As soon as I started researching makeup for my wedding, I knew that Glamour Cosmetics was the right fit for me. I was BEYOND thrilled that they were available for my date and that Garineh was able to do my makeup. I worked with the Glamour Cosmetics team (not Garineh) and had a fantastic experience. Tasha made me feel so beautiful. As someone who does not wear a lot of makeup, I was nervous that any wedding makeup would be too heavy and not feel like me. Tasha eliminated all of those fears. She could tell I was nervous about the big day, but was such a rock in the room with me. I truly had such a great experience and felt so confident walking down the aisle.

As soon as I got engaged, I knew I wanted top-notch hair and makeup vendors. Being Armenian, I was particularly hoping that Garineh would be available for my makeup. I was thrilled when I learned she was. Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly professional and kind, always responsive and thorough in answering my questions. During our trial, I was amazed at how perfect the look was—it almost didn’t look like my face! Despite loving the trial, I had some changes in mind for the wedding. Garineh listened carefully to my requests and executed them flawlessly. She truly made me feel like the best version of myself, while understanding exactly what I wanted. On the wedding day, with all the attention focused on the bride, things can get overwhelming. Garineh remained down-to-earth and made me feel at ease, as if we were just hanging out with a friend. She was also respectful to my mother and mother-in-law, taking their makeup preferences into account. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and feel incredibly fortunate to have had her for my wedding makeup. She exceeded all my expectations. 🤍

I had the pleasure of working with Layza on my wedding day - and she absolutely blew all my expectations out of the water. She is INCREDIBLY talented and made me feel SO beautiful. She listened to and perfectly tweaked all the things I noted after our trial. Not only did I feel great, but all my bridesmaids and both moms looked beautiful, too. When I was first planning my wedding, a friend sent me a spreadsheet of Boston wedding vendors and said, “if you book anyone for makeup, book Glamour Cosmetics. I’ve been to a number of weddings where they have done the makeup and everyone looks incredible both in person and in the photos.” How right she was! I loved working with Garineh and her team and I wish she could do my makeup every day. I tend to be a “tinted sunscreen and walk out the door” kind of girl, and was worried that I wouldn’t look like myself in layers of wedding makeup. How wrong I was! At my makeup trial, I loved how much Garineh listened to me and understood where I was coming from, offering a more sheer coverage vs heavy foundation and working to find a color pallet that enhanced my appearance vs overpowering it. On my wedding day, I truly felt like the absolute best version of myself, and I attribute that to Garineh and her flawless work. Whatsmore, Garineh was incredibly kind and calm and brought wonderful energy to what can be a busy and stressful morning. Her kindness extended to my entire family and everyone who left her chair felt like they too could’ve been the bride! Thank you Garineh for making my wedding day so memorable!

I couldn’t recommend a better makeup artist. Garineh was so amazing to work with. When we met for the first time for my trial day, I could just tell she was the right choice just by the way she greeted me and stating asking all about my now husband and how we met. Glamour cosmetics was truly amazing throughout the whole process. All of my bridesmaids were so happy with Layza and wouldn’t stop talking about how personable and friendly she was she went above and beyond what I thought I would find in a make up artist. I can't speak HIGHLY ENOUGH about Tasha. I gave her two reference photos with some slight direction on wanting a very 'soft glam' and she executed flawlessly. Not to mention how my beauty lasted until 4AM without touch-ups. I also want to mention how she was an amazing partner working with my mother and mother-in-law, navigating sensitive and specific direction from my sister and being so mindful/delicate with my 13 year old niece. I cannot say enough amazing things about Glamour!!! From the beginning they were responsive and so helpful in the booking process. Payment was a breeze with being able to pay online. Even when there were a few changes in scheduling they were honest with me and communicated the changes ASAP. I LOVED my makeup artist as soon as I met her at the trial. The studio where trials are held was easy to find and such a cute aesthetic. My makeup artist Briana was amazing and was so educated on what makeup styles would look good on me and my skin type. She made me feel absolutely BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day and it literally stayed ALL NIGHT LONG! I will be recommending glamour to literally everyone for makeup needs.

It was a no brainer to hire them for my own wedding day after seeing the stunning work they have done on my past couples. I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. Throughout the entire process, Gar’s communication was fantastic and everything was so organized even when I had last minute changes. I worked with Layza and she was incredible at the trial and made sure everything was exactly how I pictured. I was incredibly nervous as I had never liked getting my make up done. I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day thanks to Glamour Cosmetics! Garineh was incredibly organized, responsive, professional and helpful in the months leading up to the wedding! She created a timeline based on my desired “getting ready time” and how many attendants I had, which helped immensely with coordinating my other vendors. We had the pleasure of working with the incredibly talented Layza and Tam, who did my makeup as well as makeup for my four bridesmaids, mom, aunt and 90 year old grandmother! I feel so lucky to have had Glamour Cosmetics for my wedding day makeup and would HIGHLY recommend that everyone book with them! Garineh is kind and responsive, and the entire experience was very professional. Everything they do seems very well thought out. Choosing Glamour for my wedding day as someone who is particular about who does my makeup was an absolute no brainer. Working with Layza was so fun and she absolutely KILLED it. If you are thinking about booking Glamour Cosmetics for your wedding, do it! I was lucky enough to work with one of their artists, Chelsea. Ever since having a terrible experience with makeup for prom, I've always been a little bit weary and nervous when it comes to having my makeup done. When I sat down in Chelsea's chair for the first time at the Glamour Cosmetics studio for my trial, I instantly felt at ease. She listened to all of my concerns and desires, and really took into consideration what I had envisioned for myself for my wedding day look. She intermittently stopped and had me look in the mirror to make sure I was okay with where the look was going, which I appreciated because I've never had an artist do that before. We went for a more natural look at the trial and decided to up the glam a little bit on my actual wedding day. Normally, changing things up without seeing the look beforehand would of made me nervous but I knew I had nothing to worry about with Chelsea. The communication with the Glamour Cosmetics Team was prompt and professional and they helped us organize our getting ready schedule, which made the day run so smoothly. Every girl wants to feel beautiful on their wedding day, and I truly did because of Chelsea from the Glamour Cosmetics Team! Thank you so much!! I would give them 10 starts if I could!

After working with them for my engagement photos AND wedding makeup trial, I knew I chose the right team and decided to work with them for my bridal shower too! They are flexible, so kind, and great to work with. They were the one 'vendor' I was not worried about whatsoever. Honestly could not have imagined working with any other team for my wedding events and especially my wedding. My makeup truly lasted all day and I did not want to wash it off. Glamour did my makeup for my wedding 9/8/23 and could not recommend them enough! I have truly never had my makeup done in the past and felt like “myself” but Valentina did both my trial and day of wedding and really listened to me and made me feel natural but also so glamorous.
