My friend Alex from high school owns her own salon and does wedding hair and make-up. She’s very talented and I knew I could be open/honest with her and trust her for my wedding. She was very affordable for my bridal party as well. I did a trial with her for my bridal shower and I’m so glad I did my trial on a day where it was very representative of my wedding day. The hair style, a low up-do, it was very loose and with people hugging me I was constantly having to re-pin it, also the make-up was too dark. I mentioned this all to her and she understood and came up with a different plan for the wedding. I had 9 girls getting hair/make-up done and we needed to be ready at 10:30am so she recommended a 6am start time and she brought 2 other girls with her. We were on-time and all the girls loved their hair/make-up. After the adjustments I wanted my hair/make-up was perfect as well. I loved the soft pink colors and my up-do stayed ALL DAY. She even put in the veil and that bad boy stayed the entire time and was even hard to get out but lasted for every tug and pull. I highly recommend her, I don’t see many reviews on here, but you can’t go wrong, she’s on time, trustworthy, and talented.
