Solange was amazing from initial communications all the way to my wedding day. She was so friendly and professional and perfectly executed all the hairstyles in my wedding party.
Solange was amazing to work with! From communication to pricing everything was great and reasonable. When I came in for my trial I felt comfortable and not pressured into any certa...
in look. Solange was a great listener and really heard what I wanted my bridal look to be. I don't wear much if any makeup on a normal basis and she took that into consideration as she went through my trial. She was very aware of making sure that I felt comfortable and that nothing was reacting with my skin (I have very sensitive skin). Wedding day was wonderful! She showed up and everyone in my bridal party was extremely happy with their looks! My makeup was exactly what I wanted and I didn't feel like it was caked on or anything. I hardly felt like I had makeup on all day! Overall, I would 100% recommend Solange for anyone looking for a makeup artist.
I hired Solange to do the hair and makeup for me (bride), my sister (MOH), and my mother.
First and foremost, she is a professional with a calm demeanor which is perfect for a ner...
vous bride. She arrived on time, had great communication, and works efficiently. You can tell she is experienced as she was able to adapt easily to each of our preferences. All I said was basically "do what you think looks good", while my mom had much more specific instructions - neither seemed to phase her at all.
I have notoriously annoying skin; oily, rosacea, and visible pores/texture... yet somehow in one try she was able to perfectly match my foundation and apply it in such a way that I did not even need to touch up! I always need to touch up my foundation or at least apply some powder, but when I went to check midway through my wedding, I still looked exactly the same as when she applied it. This would be impressive no matter what, but I was dancing and hugging a ton of people and normally my foundation would have rubbed off by that point. Also, my eyebrows have literally never looked better in my life. I'm sad they won't always look that good!!
I noticed that throughout the night my mom and sister's makeup and hair also looked consistently good & fresh, even after some dancing. Curls tend to fall out of my straight hair quickly, but by the afterparty nearly 12 hours later, my hair still had a pretty wave and looked bridal.
I want to thank Solange for making us all look and feel beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area who is looking for someone who will be prompt, professional, and adapt to your needs. She understands different techniques for different types of skin, ages, and style preferences. She is also fairly priced. You cannot go wrong with her!

ovides. Brides - do the trial!!! After my trial I sent Solange some feedback of changes I wanted to be made and she took it well. On the day of the wedding, she absolutely nailed the vision, even exceeded my expectations. Her tools are clean or new and she uses well known products. My makeup didn’t budge all night, and my hair was still curled 2 days later. Solange is easy to talk to, and stuck to the committed timelines. I cannot recommend her enough for you and your wedding party.

incorporate into my look and the outcome of my trial made me feel 100% confident that I would look the way I wanted to on my wedding day. When my wedding day came, Solange showed up early and had my makeup done so quick! She is friendly, professional, and never made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions or making changes. I didn't touch up my makeup once throughout the entire 12-hour day. I also had to postpone my first wedding date the morning-of due to COVID and Solange was so gracious about accommodating my new date. Thank you Solange for applying your talents and making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

Melissa made each person in my bridal party feel confident and polished. The Glamour Me team was kind, supportive, and talented. They stuck right to our getting ready schedule and even finished with time to spare. They helped make our wedding morning so laid back. I would recommend Solange and Melissa without hesitation. or both events she did beautiful makeup and hair, I don’t normally wear a lot of make up and what she did do was natural but glamorous. I wanted a very specific look and she nailed it both times. She also did my whole bridal party and my mom with such speed and precision. Everyone was very happy with the quality of work and in the July humidity our looks stayed all night. I cannot recommend her enough, she was so kind and brought such a relaxing atmosphere to our wedding morning!!

ded to the calmness of our morning. Both were so professional, efficient, and organized, and all my girls and my mom loved their hair and makeup.
Bree did amazingly quick and beautiful updos, and Koreena is an incredible makeup artist. My girls and I are all very minimalist with our daily makeup and hair routines. Bree and Koreena made us look very beautiful without being overly dolled up.
Solange has very reasonable prices as well which was one of the main reasons why I wanted to book her! Her and her team’s work is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely book them!!

ldn't stop talking about how much they loved their hair and makeup. Way after the after party, our hair and makeup was still holding up strong. She was patient with me as I nit-picked details and she really listened to my needs. In the end, I felt absolutely beautiful. Due to COVID, I had my ceremony first and will have my reception later. I re-hired Solange for the reception because I was so happy with her services. Can't wait to work with her again!

l and natural, she made me look and feel amazing! All of my girls and moms had their hair and makeup done as well and everyone raved about how well Solange did and how quick she was too! I had a total of 8 women with a mix of up-dos and makeup, Solange single handedly glammed us all. One of my girls even went back to Solange for a hair color treatment!
I am a perfectionist and very picky. When it came to my hair and makeup for my wedding day I needed both to be perfect. I am SO glad I came across Solange in my searches and chose ...
her to work with. I had to move my wedding date due to the COVID-19 pandemic and originally Solange was not available on my new wedding date. But she ended up making it happen, making sure that I was a priority in her schedule! She taught me a few things too - like how fake hair extensions won't curl on an iron and white eye shadow would throw the photographer off. On the wedding day she set up in a separate part of the suite we were in so she could keep things clean and socially distanced from where we were hanging out. That girl did makeup and hair for 5 bridesmaids/my maid of honor, my mother in law, my mother and myself in under 6 hours by herself!! I am so grateful and feel extremely lucky that I came across her page and was able to work with her. I hope I get the pleasure of working with her again in the future!

few styles because some girls changed their mind! When I first received the timeline she made up I was a little nervous because it seemed we would be tight on time, but she assured me she could do it and was able to get through everyone with time to spare even after being a few minutes late due to no fault of her own!! I cannot recommend Solange enough for your wedding hair!

d for her hair/makeup and made honest suggestions to help her find the perfect look for her wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she showed up early and set up, quiet as a mouse! She moved so quickly but made sure every single hair was placed perfectly. She even touched all of us up before leaving! As for makeup, she asked us what we wanted, and made us all look STUNNING. Especially the bride!! Some brides look very orange once they're all done up, but my sister's makeup looked so natural. As a MOH who expected nothing but the best for her sister's big day, I highly recommend Solange!!

Both Ashley and Melissa were personable and made the getting ready process fun and reduced my stress. They were on time and set up before the first girls were scheduled. y of our wedding to do hair and makeup for myself, 6 bridesmaids, and 4 moms! Sounds like a lot, but they were so organized and everything went smoothly due to them sending me a schedule ahead of time of who needed to be ready when. None of us felt rushed or pressured, and if there was something we didn’t like they fixed it. I was “that bride” who decided to completely change my hair plan on the day of my wedding and she barely batted a lash. I felt beautiful and my hair held it’s curl all night (impressive with the amount of dancing I did). It’s hard to please 11 women, but Glamour Me Bridal & Beauty did it! Thank you so much Solange!

ons right away. I felt so confident in my choice for my hair and makeup on my wedding day, they even exceeded my expectations. Solange put together a timeline that was very helpful in planning arrival times for everyone such as flowers and photography. They followed that timeline to a T and even were working ahead of schedule even with how gorgeous they were glamming up the girls! I opted to not do a hair or makeup trail and while that can be nerve racking I knew they would do whatever it took to make me feel beautiful and confident. These two ladies slayed It! I have never felt for beautiful or confident than the way these two wonderful artists made me feel! I would HIGHLY recommend this salon for your beauty needs on your big day! They are AMAZING !!!
