Absolutely amazing. Couldn't have picked anyone better. We went with a cupcake tower and it was beautiful and all the flavors were amazing. The presentation was 2nd to none. Highly recommended.

They were very accommodating during COVID-19 and helped us with a back up plan. Overall, very impressed and the cake was amazing.

We had the best experience with Glass City Cupcakes for our wedding! Starting with the tasting, they did a great job showcasing all of our options and they made the tasting feel like a really fun part of our wedding planning process. The cake and cake pops we decided on were delicious and our guests gave us so many compliments on how great the cake was.

Glass City Cupcakes is the cutest little shop, The staff were great at making us feel welcome. Chantel came in on her day off for our cake tasting (which was not only impressive to see, every bit of it was delicious.) we chose cookies an cream cake with caramel filling and all of our guests raved about how delicious the cake was. I will be recommending to all of our friends

As a wedding planner I've had the opportunity to sample many cakes from different bakeries over the years and I have to say Glass City Cupcake's are always one of my favorites. Not only does their team create delicious cakes but they can create an entire dessert display filled with cupcakes, macarons and more. Styled dessert displays will be trending more for 2020 and 2021 weddings so I can't wait to see what Chantel and her team can create for my clients! Another one of my favorite things about this bakery is that they can, and love, creating custom designs and specialty wedding cakes so that you're not seeing the same plain cake over and over again. Their attention to detail is truly amazing and I'm always happy to see when a couple has selected them for their event because I know they won't be disappointed!

The cupcake tower looked amazing!!! They arrived early and set everything up for us so it was completely stress free. Our wedding coordinator was taking pics and posting them on her Facebook she loved it! The cupcakes lasted about 5 minutes!!! Everyone kept coming up looking for more they were awesome!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work ladies you really made our special day unforgettable!!!

Loved working with Chantel! The initial tasting was great, lots of different flavors to choose from in cake, filling and frosting. We got a 3-tier cake along with sheet cakes to feed our 300 guests and we were not disappointing! The cake looked and tasted great! Communication was well kept through the process and the cake arrived promptly and beautifully. Thank you Glass City Cupcakes!

Chantel was wonderful to work with. Scheduled our cake tasting and tried a bunch of yummy cake. It was kinda tough to choose! We really loved the wedding cake flavor with blackberry icing. Scrumptious pair! Then deciding on detail she listened, gave some input. I had complete faith in her to make our perfect wedding cake. It was nice not having to worry about it. In the end our expectations were blown away. Everything was perfect. Our guests very much enjoyed it with us. Couldn't be happier.

We LOVED our wedding cake and cupcakes! We had 6 dozen cupcakes of different flavors, and they were all so flavorful and perfectly decorated. You can tell they care about what they do and making the experience great.

Glass City Cupcakes did a great job on our simple cake and cupcakes. They were all delicious and looked very nice. They also offered free delivery and a free stand rental with our cake that was a great added bonus.

Chantel at Glass City Cupcakes was great to work with. She worked with my schedule in regards to meeting with my fiance and I. The variety of flavors we were able to try as part of our tasting was great. Gave us a good idea of what we were looking for. The cupcakes themselves are phenomenal. My sister/MOH, who is not a big cake person, absolutely loved the cake. Each bite is super moist and has a lot of flavor. The combinations she has available is endless. Chantel worked great with the venue and my florist to coordinate the timing of delivering the cake. The cake and cupcakes we had went so quickly. Very pleased with our experience. Would highly recommend Glass City cupcakes.

I can't rave enough about Glass City Cupcakes. If you are looking for a wedding cake that is unique this is the place. She does it all. The wedding cake and cupcakes were exactly what I wanted down to the detail. The wedding cake was moist and tasted like a little bit of heaven. I've seen plenty of beautiful wedding cakes only to be disappointed that the cake was dry. The inside is what matters most. She didn't disappoint. Very professional and made the process very seamless. Thank you for making our day special.

Absolutely amazing!! Chantel was truly incredible in helping us find the perfect solution for our wedding. I (Bride) am Celiac, and Chatel had the perfect idea of doing cupcakes and making one flavor Gluten Free! GENIUS! She was SO great in helping up do the tasting (even had SO many gluten free options for me to try). I thought I would just have to give up having cake on my wedding day (which cake is my favorite!!) and she not only made it possible, but made our dessert amazing! EVERYONE loved our mini cupcake table we had! Thank you Chantel for the amazing service and amazing Cupcakes!

Chantel was very helpful in helping us pick cupcakes for our rehearsal dinner, and she was extremely responsive through email which was great for us. We also loved the fact that they offer vegan options! I will definitely be ordering from Glass City Cupcakes for future events!

Being from Toledo's South side I was thrilled to find a local shop that could supply desserts for our wedding, and Glass City Cupcakes surpassed all of our expectations. We had a sampling of basically everything the shop has to offer (cupcakes, cake pops, cake, and macarons). We were so excited to introduce our friends and family to Glass City Cupcakes, so I don't know why I was surprised come the end of the night and the dessert table was cleared. They were a major talking point during the reception and we saw more than a few people loading up goodie-bags to take home with them. The cupcakes themselves are absolutely gorgeous and I am still amazed at how creative the shop is with some of the flavors they create (the S'mores cupcake was the biggest hit - the marshmallow on top is actually toasted to a perfect golden brown!). Chantel was incredibly easy to work with, so kind, and she was able to fill in the gaps with her own creativity and imagination whenever necessary. Overall it was an amazing experience and our day wouldn't have been the same without those desserts. We will be finding any excuse we can to utilize the talents of Chantel and Glass City Cupcakes (and stop into the adorable shop for a coffee and cupcake whenever possible). We cannot recommend Glass City Cupcakes enough!!

We were thrilled with the wedding cake we had from Glass City Cupcakes. Scheduling the tasting was convenient, and the tasting itself was one of the best parts of wedding planning! They laid out a whole spread of our selections and a few of their own suggestions, which we appreciated, and ended up going with. The cake was beautiful and delivered without issue, and it was a big hit with our guests. I highly recommend Glass City Cupcakes, and I can't wait to enjoy the anniversary cake next summer!

The cupcakes we're absolutely amazing and the tasting was very impressive. I just wish I could have tried all the flavors. Will def use in the future and spread the word for friends and family. Def put the icing on the cake for an amazing day!!!!!

Not only was the cake absolutely delicious, but it was the most gorgeous wedding cake I have ever seen. ( I may be biased) Chantel is extremely professional and easy to work with. Cannot wait for our one year anniversary to enjoy a fresh cake once again!

Hands down the best cupcakes we have ever had! The flavors are all so amazing we tried so many flavors before our wedding and loved all of them, making our decision for the wedding even more difficult. The owner was so great to work with and so kind! Everything for the big day was more than we could have asked for! The guests loved everything as well leaving behind no leftovers! Glass city cupcakes created my wedding cake. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the whole process. My cake turned out amazing and by far exceeded my expectations.
