My wife and I had to cancel our original wedding due to COVID and ended up eloping in Hudson Valley. John was incredible accommodating and supportive when we reached out on short notice to as about his services. John arrived promptly on time and did a phenomenal job, with just my wife and myself, he stepped in and made sure to help in any way possible. From a video standpoint, we had seen prior videos online but wasn't sure how it would be with the two of us (no guests). In a short turnaround time he sent us a 1st cut. We now have final versions and are watching multiple times a week, looking back at what was a somewhat somber day (getting married without family) with joy and happiness. The video's captured all of the magic and little moments that meant so much to us. We can't strongly enough recommend him enough; John was incredible.

It is honestly hard to put into words how incredibly happy we were with John Glenn – he absolutely blew it out of the water. John was so amazing to work with. He was kind, professional, talented, and had the best customer service we could have asked for. To say that he went above and beyond to make sure we had a final product that we loved is a vast understatement. And to say we love it, is a vast understatement! We watch our video(s) all the time (and it has already been over 6 months since our wedding!) He captured the emotion of the day perfectly. He timed everything perfectly. Perfect doesn’t even feel like a good enough word to describe how we feel! John’s work is absolutely amazing and there is no one else we would recommend more for this job. He went above and beyond in so many ways and now we can forever remember the important words and feelings that encompassed our day! John from Glass Planet was GREAT and we're so thankful he was part of our wedding day! A couple weeks before the wedding, we met with him at the venue to get to know one another and discuss some aesthetic ideas. He immediately understood the parts of the wedding day that were most important to us and offered a number of helpful suggestions. On the wedding day itself, he was totally awesome... on his feet from hair and makeup in the morning all the way to dancing in the evening---a full 12 hours. He even snapped some still photos when friends of ours requested it. John captured all of the key moments of our wedding and put together a beautiful 3-4 minute highlight video within a matter of a few days! We've watched the highlight video like 20 times, and our friends/family just love it. Most importantly, John is a great guy---really nice, laid back, and easy to work with. He genuinely cared about us and doing everything he could to make our wedding perfect. We could not recommend him highly enough!

John was great to work with. He responded to emails promptly & clarified what I was asking for to make sure he was giving me the best videography coverage possible. After the wedding, we received the USB & DVD in a week. After contacting many videographers when planning my wedding John is the only one who treated me like a human & didn't Rush me to sign a contract, but instead wanted to make sure he was clear on what I wanted. His pricing is very reasonable & he even included a intro & conclusion to music as a bonus for me with the video.
