Most of our guests were coming from out of town, so it was absolutely perfect to showcase NYC - the views are unmatched, and people were taking photos on the balcony all night long! We worked with Chelsee for the first few months (before she went on maternity leave) and she was so warm and helpful, making herself available for phone calls and an additional site visit to answer all of our newbie questions and assuring us of the team's flexibility. We worked mostly with Diego in the 2-3 months leading up to the event, and he was incredible - his calm, quick, and thoughtful responses to every single one of our interactions was so reassuring. He provided great advice when needed, and even sourced a perfect rose wine for us! Nikki was also so caring, and responded so quickly to all of our final detail thoughts. The entire team has so much expertise, generosity, and understanding imbued in everything they do.
Every single part of the night itself went perfectly - my husband and I did not have to think about a single logistical issue, which I know is due to how thoroughly the entire team prepared ahead of time, and how hard they were working while maintaining such a professional and cheerful demeanor. Diego even offered us additional comforts like a private area to get ready and take breaks, that truly made the experience stress-free and magical. Our guests were absolutely stunned by the venue, and everything between the Glasshouse Chelsea team and our vendors (caterer, furniture rentals, DJ, lighting) was smooth as butter. Their hospitality even continued afterwards, when we went back to pick up a few personal decor items and the team had already perfectly packed everything up for us. We are eternally grateful to Diego, Chelsee, Nikki, and the Glasshouse team, and would give a 100-star rating if we could! Truly the most magical night of our lives!

Chelsee was so responsive to emails, so informative and so helpful when it came to sharing opinions and ideas. Chelsee was so flexible and accommodating, even when changing my mind 100 times. Diego was our point person the day of the wedding and he was also spectacular! Without Diego and Chelsee I would have been lost! I cannot recommend this team or the venue enough! Perry and his team are helpful, relaxed and easy to work with. We recommend hiring a wedding planner/designer if possible as the dual floors and raw (beautiful) space are a dream for creative people who are experienced in event planning, but can be challenging for those who are new to wedding planning. The Glasshouses is truly one of a kind and we'd highly recommend it for any special occasion!

ilson and his team. Wedding planning can be a stressful time and they made my husband and I feel at ease. They understood our vision for the wedding and were very hands on with any requests we had. I recommend hiring a Day of Coordinator for the day as there were many vendors involved (and for the bride's peace of mind). I had many guests traveling into the city for the wedding and they all commented how beautiful the views were of the city. My husband and I felt like it was an appropriate venue for a NYC wedding. I would highly recommended the Glasshouses to host your next event! Perry and his team are wonderful people to work with and will go out of their way to take care of you.
