We had an incredible experience working with Glasshouse Chelsea for our wedding celebration! The venue is absolutely stunning - it was literally the first and only venue we looked ...
at because we fell in love with it immediately. Most of our guests were coming from out of town, so it was absolutely perfect to showcase NYC - the views are unmatched, and people were taking photos on the balcony all night long! We worked with Chelsee for the first few months (before she went on maternity leave) and she was so warm and helpful, making herself available for phone calls and an additional site visit to answer all of our newbie questions and assuring us of the team's flexibility. We worked mostly with Diego in the 2-3 months leading up to the event, and he was incredible - his calm, quick, and thoughtful responses to every single one of our interactions was so reassuring. He provided great advice when needed, and even sourced a perfect rose wine for us! Nikki was also so caring, and responded so quickly to all of our final detail thoughts. The entire team has so much expertise, generosity, and understanding imbued in everything they do.
Every single part of the night itself went perfectly - my husband and I did not have to think about a single logistical issue, which I know is due to how thoroughly the entire team prepared ahead of time, and how hard they were working while maintaining such a professional and cheerful demeanor. Diego even offered us additional comforts like a private area to get ready and take breaks, that truly made the experience stress-free and magical. Our guests were absolutely stunned by the venue, and everything between the Glasshouse Chelsea team and our vendors (caterer, furniture rentals, DJ, lighting) was smooth as butter. Their hospitality even continued afterwards, when we went back to pick up a few personal decor items and the team had already perfectly packed everything up for us. We are eternally grateful to Diego, Chelsee, Nikki, and the Glasshouse team, and would give a 100-star rating if we could! Truly the most magical night of our lives!
The most AMAZING venue we could have ever asked for. My husband, family, guests and I were in awe all night over the views from this venue. Especially at night. Not only is the ven...
ue amazing, but the event team is even better! Chelsee was my go-to girl during my almost year long planning journey. Chelsee was so responsive to emails, so informative and so helpful when it came to sharing opinions and ideas. Chelsee was so flexible and accommodating, even when changing my mind 100 times. Diego was our point person the day of the wedding and he was also spectacular! Without Diego and Chelsee I would have been lost! I cannot recommend this team or the venue enough! My guests are still talking about the space and it was the highlight of everyone's night. Thank you Glasshouse Chelsea and the team for giving my husband and I a night we will never forget!!
Perry and his team run a top-notch venue. We hosted our wedding reception there and our guests were blown away by the beautiful space and stunning views. The advantage of having tw...
o separate floors allowed for seamless transitions from cocktails to dinner to dessert and dancing.
From the first point of contact to the night itself, The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs and those of our guests. We can't thank them enough for being such an important part of our special celebration!
We got married at The Glasshouses in September 2018, and it was everything my husband and I could've wished for! We wanted a very New York-style wedding for our international guest...
s, and the clean, modern space and spectacular floor to ceiling views did not disappoint. We had both floors for the ceremony + reception. Perry and his team are helpful, relaxed and easy to work with. We recommend hiring a wedding planner/designer if possible as the dual floors and raw (beautiful) space are a dream for creative people who are experienced in event planning, but can be challenging for those who are new to wedding planning. The Glasshouses is truly one of a kind and we'd highly recommend it for any special occasion!
I got married at the Glasshouses on 10/28/17. We rented out both floors for the ceremony, cocktail reception and sit down dinner. It was an amazing experience working with Perry, W...
ilson and his team. Wedding planning can be a stressful time and they made my husband and I feel at ease. They understood our vision for the wedding and were very hands on with any requests we had. I recommend hiring a Day of Coordinator for the day as there were many vendors involved (and for the bride's peace of mind). I had many guests traveling into the city for the wedding and they all commented how beautiful the views were of the city. My husband and I felt like it was an appropriate venue for a NYC wedding. I would highly recommended the Glasshouses to host your next event! Perry and his team are wonderful people to work with and will go out of their way to take care of you.
We cannot speak more highly of this venue. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous (the balcony was a huge hit for guests both out of town and local-made for awesome pics!), but the sta...
ff (Perry and Wilson) were beyond professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!
I got engaged at the Glasshouses last Friday (she said "yes!"). It was incredible to say the least! Everything went perfectly. The views are amazing. Perry and the staff were very ...
accommodating and easy to work with. The room was spotless when we arrived. I couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended.

Perry and the entire team were easy to work with and very helpful throughout the process. We had to do almost nothing to decorate the room as the spectacular backdrop of NYC was al...

I was disappointed with the experience. The space is incredibly beautiful and unique but the management of glass houses ended the reception an hour before the scheduled time. They ...
said that the rental time of the space started when the furniture rentals and caterer arrived (both of whom arrived early to set up) and it took away from the celebration time when the guests were there. sad.
