l her several times to get a response, but other than that she was very easy to work with. The food was incredible 😋. We wish we could've skipped the bar package but in order to use Glen Oak, a bar package was required, which I had never heard of. We asked if a cash bar was a possibility and were told no. Alcohol isn't necogotiable at all during peak months.

ome dance floor for the DJ leaving the inside more quite for those guests who didn't want to dance just talk. Working with Janet the manager was difficult. Everything we asked for was a no. You only get a 5 hour bar package and they refuse to close during dinner effectively ending your night at 10pm as the ceremony has to be at 430 according to them. She refuses to let you pay only dinner package pricing for older kids (like teenagers) who can't drink. The food was really good though. The cake table is in a small hallway where no one can come see you cut the cake, and the card box is shoved back in a corner and no one knew where it was, nor did I ever get to see it as the bride. Janet insisted my Pastor didn't need a mic but no one except for the first couple rows could here him. I still loved my wedding but there were things that bothered me.

extremely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make our wedding experience exceptional. She arranged our ceremony on the outside patio with the covered pavillion, coordinated with wedding agent to have the right chair covers considering they couldn't arrange the outdoor folding chairs on the patio and decorated the patio beautifully for our unity sand ceremony. During the entire ceremony we completely forgot that we had our ceremony on the patio because it was just that amazing!The food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed throughout the night. I recall one staff member who was so kind so bring back my dinner plate to the head table so that I didn't spill anything on my gown. She was so sweet! All our guests ranted and raved about how beautiful the venue and delicious the food was. I couldn't have asked for a better venue, staff and banquet manager! Thank you all for making our wedding a day to remember for a lifetime! I told Janet when she asked me how everything was if we could do it all over again at Glen Oak. lol! I highly recommend this place!!!

We got married at the gazebo outside the building. It was nice that our guests didn't have to travel in between the ceremony and reception. It was all in the same place. The gazebo was beautiful. Janet Ciminelli, their banquet manager, is efficient and great to work with, and answers questions promptly. Also, if you don't mind banking on nice weather, there is an outdoor gazebo where you can be married (we had perfect weather, which definitely lends some bias to my review and experience!).
