We LOVED working with Glenai and Jonathan for our wedding! They are the sweetest couple ever, and really nailed the style and vibe of our wedding. They were both extremely attentive during the whole wedding (and the process), and knew how to work seamlessly when we had to adjust some timing at the last minute! We cannot say enough good things about Glenai and Jonathan. If you are looking for a Nashville photography/videography team, you absolutely have found them! My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of the camera, but honestly you would never know if from our engagement and our wedding photos. They made us into models! Not only did they capture the day to perfection, they also added to the overall atmosphere with their professionalism, kindness, and immaculate vibes. Leading up to the big day, Glenai also helped us fine tune our timeline to ensure we had time for everything that was most important to us. Wow where to start! Glenai is incredible! My girl is thorough, prompt, and truly cares about capturing the visions of her clients. I am a wedding planner in the Nashville area and I've worked with a ton of photographers, meaning I've seen a ton of the FULL galleries from weddings, not just what they post on IG or their websites. Glenai ALWAYS knocks it out of the park! I am constantly blown away by all the moments—both candid and formal—that Glenai and Jonathan are able to capture throughout the day. I knew as soon as we started planning that I wanted to work with them for our wedding! Yeah, we wanted the traditional photos, but we also wanted someone to capture the moments that we couldn't see or be a part of and Glenai and her team are excellent at doing just that. They had multiple touch points with us to solidify our timeline and on the day of they made us feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera! We had so much fun and never felt rushed. One reason I love working with Glenai from a planner's perspective is 1) she actually reads the timelines we send out lol and 2) she stays on schedule and if they are getting behind—usually for reasons out of their control—they communicate with our team so that we can make the appropriate adjustments for our timeline which is HUUUUGGGEE. 3) she know how and when to take charge! Outside of being a great photographer and videographer, Glenai and Jonathan are just really good human beings who any couple would be lucky to have beside them on their wedding day! You spend A LOT of time with your photographer, so that's a big deal. If you're looking for a team to capture all of the big AND small moments on your wedding day look no further!

Glenai and Jonathan were the absolute best to work with. She was super prompt on responding, super flexible with scheduling our engagement shoot and made us feel so comfortable. She helped us pose and made us laugh the entire shoot. For the wedding day she was ON TIME. Like to the minute. She knew what she needed and made the morning go smoothly. By far the most important thing is the quality of photos. We got so many back for both engagement and wedding day and it was so hard to choose what ones we liked most. As a former bride who was planning a wedding without the help of a professional planner, I was overwhelmed when it came to vendors, especially photo + video. Everyone says your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye so at the end of the day all we'll have to look back on are the photos and videos so I wanted to find someone who took the time to get them all just right. So when I came across Glenai and Jonathan, I thought it was too good to be true. Their website has tons of galleries to fall in love with their style. Glenai's work is both timeless and expressive of the individual couples. I knew I had to have them be part of our day! (We booked them over a year before our wedding because when you know, you know). Not to mention Glenai and Jonathan are genuinely some of the kindest, sweetest, people I've ever met. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera (which was a big concern for me as I don't consider myself very photogenic). We were quickly laughing and talking like old friends during the engagement shoot and it made me that much more excited for our wedding, knowing we'd have beautiful pictures to show friends and family, all because we found the best photographer in Nashville!

When we saw Glenai and Jonathan’s work for the first time, we knew we wanted to use them for our wedding. When we actually met with them, we were even more impressed. In addition to being great artists, they are the kindest people, and they made it so easy for us and our families to feel comfortable on our wedding day.

Working with Glenai was an absolute dream. She is obviously very talented, but what sets her apart is how quickly she made us feel comfortable and at ease. I felt really relaxed during my whole wedding day, and that’s mainly due to Glenai’s ability to keep a tight schedule without making anyone feel rushed at all. I totally trusted her every step of the way, and our photos prove that I was right to feel that way. She’s truly amazing!

Glenai and Jonathan were some of the highlights of our wedding planning. I’m an anxious person and glenai eased that with excellent communication and a game plan. We video messaged to interview and had multiple phone calls. She even met me at Centennial park 2 weeks before my wedding to show me areas that photograph well. She wanted to make sure we were confident with our game plan on the big day. You can tell they love their job because they get more excited about great shots than anyone else. They worked tirelessly. She is a true artist. I got my sneak email the next morning! Can’t wait to see the videography. Honestly this was the best experience cannot say enough good things. And also, my planner loved them, they made their owned very detailed schedule of the day that everyone else based theirs off of.

I wish I could give Glenai and Jonathan 50 stars. I'm a graphic designer, so I had very high expectations and standards for photography and videography. They were my most important budget item, and I can't tell you enough how much they went above and beyond expectations, and were worth every bit of their price (if not more)! Not only are they EXPERTS in their craft, they are also incredible humans that love others and will work hard to provide exactly what you're dreaming of. Glenai captured every moment of our day so beautifully—I know the way that these photos look will not just be "in season" or "on trend"... they are truly timeless and will be something that we cherish. There were also some family situations that we needed to be mindful of, which could have easily been the thing that ruined the day if not handled correctly. Glenai and Jonathan were able to handle this with ease. Everyone was so happy with the day, and we have moments and memories that will last a lifetime! Glenai made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We have so many fun, smiling photos together that honestly weren't staged because we actually were having fun hanging out with her and Jonathan! Glenai is also so incredibly detail oriented and organized. I sometimes would make small comments in our meetings about what I was thinking (mostly what-ifs and things I thought were out of reach) and Glenai wrote every single thing down and made it happen on our big day, even with a tight timeline. Wedding timelines are so heavily reliant on the photographer, and I am so thankful that this was in her hands! She was able to work in the moment, and kept up with the day flawlessly. When we got our wedding video back, we watched it at least 100 times in a row! Jonathan has such a gift for storytelling. He was able to capture the most beautiful moments of our day and put them together in a way that was so special. The tempo and rhythm of the video are perfect, and the tone of the video is lovely, fun, and so telling of who we are as a couple. We could not have been happier with the result! Do yourself a big favor and book these two!! They are so easy to work with and truly listen to what you have to say. They have made a client, and friend, for life!!

We seriously CANNOT recommend Glenai & Jonathan enough! Hiring them as our photography/videography team was the single best decision we could have made for our wedding day. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day, which is a HUGE deal as neither one of us likes being on camera. They captured everyone's emotions perfectly and just made our day the best ever. The pictures turned out even better than we could have imagined! Not to mention they are just the absolute sweetest couple you'll ever meet! Do yourself a favor and hire them before they are booked - you WILL NOT regret it!!!

EDIT: Updating this review as we have now had our wedding celebration! Glenai is a true gem. She has a way of matching the energy in the room and always brings a calm, happy vibe anywhere she goes. My husband and I are FLOORED by her talent. Everyone I talked to at our wedding was amazed at her photos of our elopement, and you won't meet a single person who doesn't just absolutely love her after meeting her. Glenai is a cherished friend now (after doing four shoots with us at this point...because I can't stop asking her to capture our special moments!) and I would give more than five stars if I could. I cannot recommend Glenai enough. She captured our wedding day so beautifully, and has been so helpful and flexible throughout the COVID-19 season. We are simply amazed at every single photo from our last-minute change of plans (elopement in a totally different location instead of our big wedding we had been planning for months). She has such a knack for talking to the people she's photographing, and her editing and framing is breathtaking. My husband and I were so nervous about looking weird in our photos (maybe I'm just really self-conscious), and she made everything feel so natural and easy. It definitely shows in the photos, too! I highly, highly recommend her for any sort of photography, but especially for engagement/wedding photos. You will not be disappointed!

As soon as our wedding was over, my husband and I were talking about the night and we both agreed hiring Glenai was one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding. Glenai has the talent of being able to capture a person’s essence. Her pictures do more than capture a moment, they tell a story. The pictures we received were so authentically us. We were blown away! As the days grew further from our wedding, we were anxious to see the final pictures. And I can promise you, they were worth the wait. We received over 800 pictures from our wedding day, with no element left not photographed. We are so grateful she was able to capture moments we weren’t a part of, like our guests’ interactions and reactions. Words can’t express how grateful I am that Glenai and her husband Jonathan were part of our big day. They both went above and beyond the day of, corralling folks together, professionally navigating an attendee consistently asking for her to take a picture with his own cell phone (oof, I know) and making sure things stayed on schedule. THE BEST! Gigi was undoubtedly the best vendor of our entire wedding. She was kind, went out of her way to make it easy for us. My husband, our parents, and even the wedding party could not stop talking about how amazing she was. We had some things hold up our timeline, but Gigi stepped up and offered suggestions and moved things around so that the day would still be perfect. To say she goes above and beyond for her couples is an UNDERSTATEMENT! She is pure joy! We also had her husband, Jonathan, as our videographer and they work SO well together! They are the best team. It is hard to put into words how truly blown away I was by Gigi’s work when we saw our engagement pictures, and the sneak peek pictures from the wedding! There was nothing better than waking up the morning after the wedding and seeing a flood of preview pictures!

Glenai and Jonathan are SIMPLY THE BEST! My husband and I had been part of several wedding parties they had previously shot, so when our big day came around we only reached out to this duo! We live in Knoxville, TN and they traveled out, without any hesitation, for both our engagement pictures (shot in our favorite local park) and our wedding! During our engagement photos I got unexpectedly nervous, but they instantly put me at ease and we had so much fun frolicking around the park together! Prior to the wedding, Glenai sent an incredibly-detailed timeline which the OCD/control-freak side of me loved. I knew exactly what to expect out of her on my wedding day. On our wedding day, they showed up right on time and kept themselves busy all day shooting every little detail. They catered to us 100%, helped guide our bridal parties and families on what to do/what to expect, and (from our previews) got the most amazing shots. We had a preview of 7 TOP-NOTCH photos the very next morning!!! We are dying in anticipation to see them all, but have no concerns that all of our photos will exceed our expectations. I’m typically awkward when taking photos, but she provided me with direction and I’ve received numerous compliments about how professional my photos are. She also was really timely, and seemed to enjoy her job. I’m recommending them to everyone! Literally, the BEST! Also, her packages are reasonably priced given the quality.

Glenai is the best! My husband and I were looking for photographers/videographers (we found out and used her husband as our videographer) who were within our price range and that matched our style. We loved Glenai’s use of light and shadow and her documentary style. Glenai and her husband agreed to meet with me before booking them so I could get to know them. I ended up signing the contract at the end of our meeting because I felt so comfortable. She makes it a priority to make her couples feel comfortable and cared for on their big day but throughout the whole process as well. She is super easy to work with and is prompt in her responses. She keeps her deadlines to receive photos and information from her. If we had to do it all again, we would ABSOLUTELY have Glenai! Her work is absolutely stunning and she does an incredible job capturing the personalities of the couple and the celebrations that she photographs.
