of and the best day ever! The entire GCC team exceeded all expectations from the initial inquiry to the end of the wedding day. Denene had great communication from the start and Bertha was wonderful with all of the details and connecting with us and our planner. Things ran so smoothly from the tasting, to the rehearsal, to the wedding day. Chef Philip created appetizers, a meal and a dessert spread that all of our guests raved about! It was absolutely delicious and we still talk about how good it all was! The bartenders were fantastic as well! There are so many other people that were involved in our special day that I wish I could list them all by name because everyone involved should be applauded. The service we received was exceptional. We had refreshments as guests arrived, service during cocktail hour, and during the reception. All above and beyond our expectations! Our guests were so impressed by the impeccable service. The ceremony was held on the driving range and the range was in great shape that created a wonderful backdrop for our ceremony. Cocktail hour was hosted on the terrace outside of the dining room which allowed for a natural flow for the guests to move from the ceremony to cocktail hour. The reception was held in the main dining room so that the guests didn’t have to go far to be seated. We loved that everything was close together but separate enough that it still felt like 3 completely different spaces. Everyone with GCC truly made our day a memorable celebration that we will cherish forever and we cannot thank everyone enough! I cannot recommend GCC enough!
