We loved working with the Glenmoor Country Club and Jackie! She helped the day of with a few mishaps, and stayed until we left for our honeymoon. She knows weddings and truly goes...
out of her way to make your dream a reality. The Glenmoor Country Club alone was stunning the day of and in all of our pictures. The cocktail hour and reception area truly was magical with the lighting and florals. Everyone loved the food, cocktails and wine. We are still getting compliments on the venue and food!
Amazing! What a beautiful venue! My daughter got married at the Glenmoore. The natural beauty of the gardens and adjacent patio lent itself perfectly to the relaxed atmosphere we w...
ere hoping for. Jackie was spectacular. The staff was friendly, accommodating and everyone made sure my daughters wedding day was perfect! It exceeded our expectations. Our guests loved the day. Thank you Jackie and the Glenmoore!
Getting married at Glenmoor Country Club was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process! Jessica and her team went above and beyond to make our evenin...
g magical - from accommodating my entire Russian family ( which let me tell you, can be a challenge) , to making sure my bridal team didn’t have to lift a finger on my day, to reusing my decorations from the ceremony into the evening, they were there every step of the way without me even having to ask! Even when someone in the bridal party ripped his pants on the day of, they had a solution lined up.
Getting ready with my girls was a lot of fun in their elegant room, and they even made sure we had the space to ourselves, being that it is a country club with members!
The food was absolutely delicious, and there was an assortment of drinks that kept everyone happy throughout the evening. The desserts were also a hit! I loved that their kitchen was right there so everything was hot and not sitting out for long periods of time. The outdoor garden where the ceremony was held was even more magical into the evening and was a beautiful backdrop for photos, lawn games and lounging!
After our ceremony, Jessica whisked us away in her golf cart to take stunning sunset photos. She was there with drinks too to keep us hydrated! I will cherish these photos and memories forever. This venue is truly a gem in the middle of Denver and I couldn’t be more thankful that I got married here.
It was a dream getting married at Glenmoor Country Club! Getting ready in the elegant dressing room was so much fun. The whole evening went smoothly, which is more than you can ask...
for on your wedding day. The food was delicious. They took care of everything on the day of; they were organized and had a creative eye for where certain decorations should go. They took us out on the golf course for incredible sunset photos. They truly took care of all of our last minute needs. The garden/ night time vibes with the dance floor nearby cannot be matched. It was a magical day!!
The Glenmoor was the perfect place for us to have our wedding reception! Tracy and Toria were absolutely wonderful to work with and made our day amazing. I can't say enough about ...
their help during the entire process. They both were so great about answering the hundreds of questions I bombarded them with and kept up with all the changes we made along the way. I also have Celiac Disease and needed to avoid some very specific foods for the wedding and they made sure everything was safe for me, which was so nice to not have to worry about for once. Our reception was beautiful and I highly recommend the Glenmoor!!
This one still stings a little. My fiance and I toured Glenmoor last month with Toria and fell in love. We both walked out and looked at each other and said "this is it!" During th...
e tour, we mentioned that we wanted 70-80 guests and Toria had said they just hosted a 50 person wedding, and so she would talk to her manager about the minimum (100 people) for us and that it shouldn't be a problem. The day after the tour, I emailed her and said we were ready to book Glenmoor for our big day. No answer. A few days go by and I try giving her a call and voicemail, but don't hear back. A few days later, the same. My fiance gave her a call after that and she answered and said she'd been out of office for a few days for a personal problem (this is totally fine, but... why didn't anyone else in the office return our call about booking? Or to tell us that she was out?). She told my fiance that the 100 person minimum was absolute and that we would have to up our guest count if we wanted to book. We were disappointed because she had really painted a picture during the tour that it would be possible to host a wedding of our size - even going as far as to point out how many tables would seat 80 people in the dining room. We didn't hear from her again after that. Overall, we loved the space but were disappointed in the office professionalism and misleading information.
We got married here last month and were very pleased with the service the staff provided, especilly Sarah, who constantly checked in on to make sure we were doing well. The venue o...
ffers competitive pricing and we got the place to ourselves for the entire day--no time restrictions. The food was great--a bit on the pricier side for the quality, though. The golf course is beautiful and our photos look absolutely stunning! Thank you, Glenmoor!!
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Glenmoor Country Club. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend it. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious....
What really made the difference was the wedding planning staff, specifically Sarah. She helped us coordinate everything the day of and we both felt it was an amazing and flawless wedding. She was very patient and took over everything so we had very little to do ourselves day of!
We were very satisfied with our choice of venue. The food was delicious and plentiful. the drinks flowed all night. the outdoor ceremony and patio space were perfect for a bea...
utiful summer wedding. Jessica and her staff were attentive and guided us through the planning process and every detail Our guests enjoyed themselves fully.
Glenmoor was such a wonderful reception venue for our November 12th wedding. We wanted something that had a Colorado-mountain feel, but could not actually do a wedding in the mount...
ains due to guest travel logistics. Glenmoor has that beautiful rustic aesthetic in an elegant way, combined with an excellent event team and amenities. Jessica Chavez Boccia is peerless when it comes to wedding event staff, she took care of so many details above and beyond our expectations. Jessica and her team made everything run smoothly--even despite some unexpected events, they smartly handled everything perfectly. We continue to receive compliments on the venue, the food and the staff from our guests.
We had our wedding at Glenmoor Country Club on October 1, 2016. The price was great and very affordable, especially given that it is at a private country club in Cherry Hills Villa...
ge. The location was perfect for our guests, several were able to take an Uber from their hotel in the DTC area to the venue and back. The ceremony site was simply gorgeous (rustic & romantic) and we were able to use that space during the reception for yard games. The reception area was setup early by the staff, and Glenmoor coordinated the linens rental from Event Rents. We had so many guests compliment us on the food and excellent service by the bar/wait staff. The wedding party was even able to get ready at the venue in the locker rooms. The ladies locker room had beautiful lighting, which helps when getting your makeup done, and we were able to order lunch from the grill. We are very happy that we had our wedding at Glenmoor. The only recommendation I would make is to consider getting your own day of wedding coordinator or have your wedding planner coordinate directly with the Glenmoor Event Coordinators. We had a few missteps (cancelled appointments last minute by the staff, no clear communication on where we could take group photos, slow response to emails), and I think an intermediary working on behalf of the bride/groom could have helped relieve some stress/frustration felt by these situations. The package they offer comes with their coordinators, but spend the extra money and get your own day-of/wedding coordinator. Otherwise, this is a great venue for the price.
Glenmoor Country Club is a hidden gem - and you don't have to be a member to hold an event! I struggled to find an updated indoor/outdoor venue in the city, that wasn't your typica...
l hotel setting. And immediately upon walking into the club, I knew it was the perfect location. It's conveniently located off the highway, but quietly tucked back into the golf course. Their outdoor lawn, garden, market lights and pergola is straight off of your Pinterest board! The site fee is beyond reasonable, and the venue includes a plethora of items: on-site catering, alcohol, tastings, bridal suite, linens, tables/chairs, dance floor, market lights, parking, plus your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception set up. Unlike other venues, I had access to a wedding coordinator, which helped tremendously. Everything from vendor suggestions (shout out to Olive & Poppy and Elite Entertainment!) to floor layouts and decor suggestions. Sometimes after a wedding, brides say they wish they'd done something different - not me. I'd book Glenmoor again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jessica, Candace and team!
We had our fairytale wedding reception at Glenmoor Country Club in Cherry Hills Village Colorado on October 3rd, 2015. Everything from the booking through the event was wonderful. ...
We were treated so well and felt like we were a priority. Jessica the event planner and her team did everything possible to make our day perfect. The planning ahead of time was so easy with them and on the day of everything went off without a hitch! The pictures out on the golf course turned out amazing. Everyone raved about the food. We had multiple people tell us that it was the best wedding reception they have ever attended. They have a beautiful outdoor ceremony area that we did not use since we got married in a church, but was a perfect backdrop for photographs. We are so glad we chose Glenmoor as our reception site and would definitely recommend it to others! You will not be disappointed!
The staff at Glenmoor are fantastic and extremely professional. They worked hard to make sure everything was as I wanted and went above and beyond on our wedding day. Had some trou...
ble getting in touch with the wedding coordinator as she is extremely busy, but very informative and good at what she does.

h Angel Keefer about 4 times out of the whole planning and knew I had nothing to stress about, she had everything under control! I didn't have to worry about setting up or tearing down they took care of everything! When I walked in that night I was amazed at how beautiful everything was, they even upgraded us and threw in many other things for our wedding to make it an unforgettable night! To this day I still have guests from my wedding coming up to me saying how beautiful everything was that night and what an amazing staff Glenmoor has! I highly recommend Glenmoor and to definitely work with Angel Keefer she is an amazing event coordinator!
