ed here with a simple question and was met with an INCREDIBLY rude response from Glenn Bradford, the owner of this shop. He was threatening, belittling, and resorted to insults when I continued to ask questions. Corwins is a MUCH better jeweler - better pricing, and a smile at the door instead of a scowl from someone who definitely wants you to know this is "HIS SHOP!" He also lied and said they had been robbed recently, but I can't seem to find a single news report to back up this claim. If he is going to lie about that, how do you know he's not lying about the quality of that diamond, or the weight of that gold chain you're looking at? Are those Rolexes real? Once a liar, always a liar I say. I wonder what Taylor at JBella Media is charging this subpar business owner to cut and paste the same response to every review? I hope it's a LOT!
