had a replacement ready to go the day before our wedding and emailed to let us know about the change. Though obviously not ideal I felt good knowing someone else was ready to step in. Our wedding video was beautiful! Jack did a great job capturing the day without feeling like he was in the way. We did not choose a song upfront for the background music and they ended up using our first dance song and others by the same artist and it worked perfectly. I'm so glad we spent the money for memories that will last a lifetime!
