called to see what to do to minimize pain and speed up the healing. She called at 9:50 am to talk to the Stylist was told by the receptionist she would have the Stylist or herself call right back. So @ 1:15 pm they finally called back. The girl said they were calling the wrong number but finally checked in the computer and that was how they reached us. My wife was next door by then so I asked if she could call back in 10 mins. My wife called back @ 1:18 pm was then told.They would have to call her back again but might be a while. She never received a call back! Now she posted a bad review so, instead of helping her. They try and make it her fault they did not call ? have call logs if they would like? I can post them ? VERY Unprofessional response to her review! She would have increased her rating had she got some help. But obviously excuses was easier. Beware alot of people got new jobs this lastt year. Businesses were desperate for employees. probably gonna just get worse.

knew what I wanted, which I would recommend doing for any bride. Also want to mention they were very good to work with - Tiana was my stylist and she helped work out or day-of schedule and did some last minute re-scheduling in order to accommodate our timeline. They also worked with me very patiently through all the changes we made! Would recommend!
