BEWARE OF UNRELIABLE DELIVERY, PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO CONSIDERATION FOR CLIENT DEADLINES ! As a professional event planner who recently encountered challenges with Global Rose regarding a flower delivery for my wedding, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions when considering their services. I ordered filler flowers and daisies from Global Rose for my wedding, with delivery scheduled for three days before the event. Unfortunately, four days before my wedding day, I received an email notification stating that “there would be a delay in the delivery, and the company does not issue refunds or compensation for 1 day delayed deliveries.” just one day before the originally scheduled delivery date. This unexpected delay caused significant stress and uncertainty as I scrambled to find a solution. The fact that this initial notification made it clear that my order would not be refunded or compensated for delays without me even asking, paints a very clear picture that this is a frequent occurrence that requires this messaging with delayed orders, obviously how can they make money if they are constantly discounting or refunding delayed orders also - it’s clear to me that this company does not prioritize client deadlines regardless of how many months in advance the order was placed. Despite the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery, Global Rose offered minimal compensation in the form of a $5 coupon for a future purchase, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. The lack of a more substantial response to the situation was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The chosen delivery method through FedEx, which required a signature, also presented challenges. Despite taking proactive steps to ensure a smooth delivery, including alerting my neighbors and providing an electronic signature, the flowers were not successfully delivered. This failure in the delivery process meant that I had to adjust my wedding decorations last minute, impacting the overall aesthetic of the event. Additionally, attempts to have the flowers held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup were unsuccessful, and notification of their availability came too late on the afternoon of the wedding. By that time, the flowers had been without water for several days, rendering them unusable for the event or for me to donate them to my company for one of our many events. While I understand that logistical challenges can arise, the lack of reliability and resolution from Global Rose was disappointing. I advise potential customers to consider these factors when deciding whether to use their services for important events. It is essential to have a backup plan in place and to order flowers more than 3 days before your event to mitigate potential issues. In conclusion, my experience with Global Rose not as smooth as I had hoped, and I recommend that customers proceed with caution and have contingency plans in place when relying on their services for time-sensitive events. Had the flowers actually arrived, it would have been a reasonably priced decision that I would’ve recommended to friends and my colleagues for our many events, company wide - but since they didn’t arrive and the customer service was so pitiful I will never recommend and have to accept that I wasted hundreds of dollars and there were ironically no flowers at my spring time bohemian themed wedding.

We used Global Rose for our wedding. Our Plan A for the flowers fell through at the last minute (one week before the wedding). I found Global Rose and immediately ordered white roses and calla lilies hoping they would arrive in time and in good condition. Their customer service was incredibly kind and helpful in answering all of my anxious questions. The flowers arrived perfectly on time and in great condition. Over the next three days until our wedding, the flowers opened up beautifully and helped to create the most romantic aesthetic for our big day. I would recommend this vendor to anyone! So impressed!
