Chris, our DJ, is fantastic! From the start of the wedding planning, he listened to us, shared great helpful advice, and kept everything super organized. We trusted him since the first conversation we had with him and did not have to worry about anything! GME Entertainment was a HUGE hit at our wedding! They made it so special for us. Chris asked all of the right questions to make sure he understood our personalities, not just our musical preference. My husband and I have very different tastes when it comes to music, and Chris was able to incorporate all of our favorite genres seamlessly and even did custom mixes of multiple genres which was a nice touch - his mixes were a huge hit with our guests!! He even pulled off a pretty cool surprise for my husband, researching and cutting/putting together audio to make it happen! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

When approaching wedding planning, my Fiancé and I knew that we were prioritizing the DJ. Our wedding planner put us in contact with Chris and his team, and we immediately fell head over heels. Immediately after booking, Chris called me to chat about what we were looking for, we specifically wanted live music during both our ceremony and cocktail hour, as well as for our important dances, then transition into a DJ set for the rest of the night. Chris was down for all of that and helped us to curate the vibe we wanted for each of those pieces of our day so that they transitioned smoothly with one another. Throughout the night, our guests raved about his talent as a singer and as a DJ, even my picky friends who are very opinionated about their dance floor experience were in awe of Chris' ability to keep the energy high and engaged! Prior to the wedding, my Mom had requested their first dance song be played from their 1987 wedding. Including my family, creating an intimate feel and honoring my parent's marriage was really important to me, but to be honest, the song is a little bit of a downer. Chris helped us to include the song for a small portion, and even gave a shout out to my parents explaining the importance of the song to the crowd. The short inclusion of the song followed up by a transition into an absolute banger not only gave us a sentimental moment, but quickly motivated our guests to get back on the dance floor once the moment had passed. Chris curated a wonderful night not to be forgotten. He deserves all the praise!

Chris was an incredible MC and DJ for our wedding. He was proactive, meeting with us ahead of time and giving us an opportunity to weigh in as much or as little as we wanted. Amid all the other responsibilities of wedding planning, we didn't end up providing as much input as we planned to—even so, Chris pulled off an amazing lineup of songs that blended our American and Mexican backgrounds, all while leading the reception in both English and Spanish. In short, Chris did an amazing job and we loved working with him. Highly recommend.

Chris was incredible! He nailed it I would recommend him to anyone. He was easy to communicate with, flexible, funny, outgoing, the list goes on. He edited our first song for us and translated for my aunt since her speech was in Spanish. I have nothing but gratitude for him :)

Chris was AMAZING! We were pretty open to music, gave him a few requests but mostly just ideas and he ran with it. The music was spot on. Not only this, but Chris was able to play live music during our ceremony and cocktail hour and then switch to DJing the night. He was flawless and we couldn’t be luckier!!

Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only was he an amazing DJ but also an amazing person. Chris really can do it all as he preformed acoustic for our cocktail hour and got the crowd ready to party and dance the night away on the dance floor. Chris is great to work with. He's very flexible and offers great advice based on all of our vague descriptions of what we wanted. He kept us on track and when we provided general vibe or genre, he was able to deliver them very well. There were some songs that we liked that we had no idea how it would fit into our wedding, but he found some great acoustic versions of the songs which kept the vibe very similar. He also did very well with hyping up the audience and getting people on the dance floor. He's very good at understanding his audience and choosing the right type of songs and transitions. All in all, everything was very smooth

Everyone says a good DJ/entertainment vendor makes or breaks your event especially if having fun/dancing is a big important part of your day. IT IS TOTALLY TRUE!! Be very picky who you pick. In this case Chris is the PERFECT guy for the job! My husband and I hired Chris for his bilingual DJ services and right off the bat we loved his personality and his professionalism! We were his clients but we became friends with him instantly. He took the time to get to know my husband and I before the big day and honestly all our friends who have had a wedding never had that personal experience with their vendors. So many of our guests loved Chris just like we did, rave reviews all around! He did such an amazing job making both of our families comfortable with English/Spanish presenting and transitioning into each part of our wedding day timeline. Especially with getting the party started! We are so thankful that everything went perfect on our beautiful day while in Chris’ hands! I’m so happy we hired Chris for our wedding as DJ and MC. His professionalism is what stood out to me the most when we had our first meeting! I knew he was the perfect fit when I found out he was also a San Diego native! He was able to go above and beyond with the bilingual services needed! Both sides of the family felt taken care of. Planning the event with him was so seamless and he was prepared on the day of our event. We brought him some ideas we wanted to implement and he was all on board, no questions asked. So easy to work with and his positive attitude is just what you want your an event!

From the moment we met Chris we knew we wanted to work with him! Selecting a DJ is hard because it’s sometimes hard to sample their work. His knowledge of music and energy made us instantly trust him. He was organized, accommodating and an amazing host for our wedding. Our wedding was logistically very difficult, we had 3 different locations and it rained (at an outdoor venue)! Chris not only accommodated to all these changes/hiccups but he did it with a smile. We danced all night in the rain thanks in part to Chris putting on an amazing set for us to dance to. I would hire him again and recommend his services to my closest of friends.

Very nice and great to work with. We enjoyed having a lot of input on the music through the music app. The event went very smoothly through multiple location changes and Chris made sure music and announcements could be heard clearly throughout the venue. Chris is honestly the BEST human being…doesn’t hurt that he is the BEST DJ in the entire world. Honestly he made this the easiest part of planning a wedding. From making it so easy to add music to a playlist (has suggestions if you have no idea what to choose) to having an in depth conversation about what exactly you want for the day of. Chris made the entire evening SO fun and had people chanting for one more song at the end of the night. My wife and I were married on the Ninth of April in Strawberry, Arizona. Our ceremony was at The Cabin’s on Strawberry Hill with about roughly 180 guests in attendance. Our special day was filled with memorable moments and little to no hiccups thanks to the gracious property owners and our wonderful group of vendors. In this review I would like to specifically point out the energy and professionalism put on display by our amazing wedding DJ Chris Garcia, the owner of Garcia Morett Entertainment and GME Weddings. To say the least, Chris was attentive, anticipatory and relaible during our ceremony. He helped ease the stress of the big day by helping us plan ahead and providing guidance and a functional timeline that filled me with confidence. Ultimately I knew that I could place my complete trust in his ability to keep the energy alive all the while emphasizing and facilitating those key moments that we want to remember forever. One big issue for our wedding party was making sure that both cultures were represented equally throughout the night. Chris, being bilingual, did an amazing job making sure everyone in attendance felt represented and included in the night’s festivities. Chris catered to both our music tastes and played songs that we requested as well as hidden gems we hadn’t thought of. Chris kept the guests dancing all night long and allowed my Wife and I time to be together, reflect and watch our guests have the time of their lives. I would recommend Garcia Morett Entertainment for anyones future wedding date as well as any upcoming events and would be honored to work with him again.

Music occupies a significant part of our lives, and music is one of the reasons we are now married. When we first spoke with Chris we made a few observations about him that motivated us to ask him to play this important role in our wedding. This man does not speak a disingenuous word, he has a killer smile, and he is passionate about music. Not only as a DJ and a musician, but as a listener. One of our most cherished memories with Chris is exchanging music with each other no matter what time it was. Hell, we would be awake at 2am on a Saturday night, hear a song we really liked, look at each other and say "we gotta send this one to Chris". He would always have something to bring to the table whether it came to production, song structure, or the sounds timbre. His genuine interest in our music taste, and our exchanging of music fostered a comfortable environment for us. The authenticity of his character is inviting, and unwavering. His answer for everything was "absolutely" or "I will make that happen". Not once, did we ever feel unsure about his ability to execute, and boy did he execute. We love you Chris!

Chris was such a huge reason why our wedding day was so amazing and special. He is eager to reflect your uniqueness, he has amazing attention to detail, and from pre-planning to the end of our wedding day, we felt so much relief due to his obvious expertise. He is a truly amazing human and we are so grateful to know him.

Holy moly where do we even begin? Chris was an absolute dream at our wedding. We had originally found him pretty late in the wedding planning game, but he assured us that this was okay and guided us all the way until our first scheduled wedding. Unfortunately, we did have to reschedule due to COVID and Chris was just so incredibly kind and patient throughout it all. He made it so easy to transition all of our details to our new date and was always so open with communication. When we FINALLY got married, HE FREAKING DELIVERED. I don't think any DJ has been able to keep my wife and I on the dance floor as much as Chris was able to...and we like to dance. We STILL have not stopped receiving compliments on Chris's DJ-ing throughout the night three weeks later. He was such a vibe. My wife wanted a silent disco so bad, I thought to myself that this would be so difficult to do, but AGAIN Chris delivered and made this entire process such a breeze. Can we say that we are lifelong friends with Chris? Ummmm duh. Ya wanna keep that man around!

We didn’t know what a big role a DJ played in a wedding day until we met with Chris prior to our big day. I am a hispanic woman and a majority of my family speaks primarily Spanish while my husband’s family speaks only English. It was important to us that both of our families felt included in all aspects of the night and both had a blast. We needed a bilingual DJ and Chris exceeded every expectation we had. We felt a huge relief and confidence and even an overwhelming rush of excitement after we sat down to hash out the details of our wedding day. He was helpful in answering questions, gave great suggestions, outworked our vision, did a great job of going back and forth between English and Spanish, had great music choices, helped keep the energy of our wedding FUN.
