These guys were so great. The initial install of the dance floor wasn’t perfect (to be fair- the ground was uneven). I called the emergency # and they were back on site within the ...
hour. Dance floor was fixed and perfect for the day. What incredible customer service.
Great team, great customer service, and great prices! We were very pleased with all of the rentals we booked through GMR and the staff were extremely pleasant and professional.
If you need solid rentals at an incredible price and want to work with kind humans who get the job done, look no further that GMR! Needless to say, our plans changed 100 times as w...
e moved from our original 150 person wedding to a tiny ceremony outside on a farm with a small group. Bob was flexible, understanding, and honest about what would work best. You can’t beat his prices and everything we rented -- dishware, a sailcloth tent, and wooden benches -- were all beautiful. We didn’t end up needing the tent as the weather held and was perfect, and our family still kept remarking on how beautiful the sailcloth tent was even sitting empty in a field!
We are so happy we went with GMR rentals for our wedding tent, tables, and chairs. Robert was absolutely wonderful to work with--easy-going and very communicative. He was also supe...
r flexible about adding on a few extra chairs and tables towards the end, which we really appreciated. He and his team did an incredible job setting everything up. It all looked beautiful! Thank you, Robert and co, for everything!
We used GMR for our tent, tables, chairs, linens, heater, and dance floor for our wedding. They were extremely easy to communicate with and get estimates. We went back and forth ...
many times adding and eliminating items from our invoice. They were early for set up and did a great job. We got married in early October in VT so we wanted to rent heaters in case the temps dropped at night. Let me tell you, that heater powered up fast and kept the tent very warm!! Their prices were fair and they were easy to work with. We would highly recommend GMR
GMR was recommended to me by my venue as a local (and cheaper) alternative to Vermont Tent Company. I'm so glad we went with them. We got all our rentals through them, from tables ...
and chairs to dishes and glassware to our entire cook tent. They even got us a floor plan of our venue, which the venue didn't have! If you're ordering table settings like we did, make sure you check with your caterer about the numbers. GMR suggested we get about as many glasses as people, but i'm glad I listened to other advice I'd gotten to order at least twice the number of glasses as guests.
Everything we ordered from GMR was good quality and in good condition. The tablecloths did have creases in them (which we were told about in advance), which I didn't care about much. But if you're looking for perfectly pressed cloths or gold-rimmed glassware, you're better off with Vermont Tent Company -- and you'll certainly pay a lot more for it.
GMR Tent Rentals was terrific! Very nice people. Showed up when expected, set up tent efficiently and right where we wanted it. Came back also when expected and took care of the ...
tent. Price quoted was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company!
