We were very pleased with John and Barb. They along with their team did an outstanding job serving my daughters wedding. The food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. They...
were great to work with too! I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
The food was excellent and they were so easy to work with! They have a large variety of food to pick from, so you will easily find something that works best. Their food presentatio...

We had Goehringer's cater our wedding and we couldn't be happier with them! I missed their food tasting earlier in the year so I didn't get to try anything beforehand, but they cam...
e highly recommended and seemed well-reviewed, so I thought I'd just go for it anyway and it was so worth it. The food and service were both excellent. We got many compliments from guests about how good the food was and it was all laid out so nicely. My only regret was with the nerves I wasn't feeling very hungry that day and wished I'd eaten more! When I reached out I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, just something "seasonal" and they came back with multiple options with a range of prices for us to choose from and let us know that everything was customizable. They were easy to reach and the day of the wedding they were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.
We recently entrusted Goehringer’s Catering with our wedding and we could not be more delighted with how everything turned out. From our very first conversation, it was clear that ...
their team, led by John and Barb Goehringer, takes pride in their work, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience. They even traveled an hour to make a venue walk through to make sure everything would be flawless! Thank you all again!
This company is amazing, we found them within the last year of our wedding planning due to issue we had with a different company and I wouldn't go back and change a thing. From th...
e moment we emailed them they always emailed back quickly with direct answers, other questions they had to make things clear and very clear pricing and options. Our wedding wise very laid-back we originally wanted pizza and pasta for our wedding when we found this company we had told them they had sent us a few like menu options that they have that's very typical for them, but said that if we want to do pizza and pasta that that is something they could do but hadn't done before. We went to their group testing in February and it was amazing. All of the food was so good. You got to try everything that they had to offer even if it wasn't something you were picking so anything that they had to offer that they would serve they had out again pizza wasn't something that they had served before so that wasn't there, but we very much trusted them with making the pizza because everything was amazing. The owners of the company were amazing and so nice everybody there that works for them was so nice and understanding and helpful. Since we wanted to do pizza they made it happen they got a pizza oven and brought it to our wedding to make hot and ready pizzas for all of our guest. They let us choose plates that was free for change that they ordered for our wedding. They do everything from cocktail hour food and appetizers to desserts. If you are looking for a company I very highly recommend them! They also left containers for us to keep the extra food from the wedding.
Fantastic experience with Goehringers Catering! Had taco bar for around 125 guests. Everything was beautifully displayed. The flavor of ground beef, chicken and steak was excellent...
. They provided items for gluten free guests who were very impressed and appreciative. Their team was there to serve and keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend Goehringers for your catering needs.
This company was one of very few who gave us the best quality service along with a real sense of belonging. They made us feel like we mattered when a lot of other vendors didn't. I...
would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who is hosting an event. They were able to take charge when my entire wedding went off the rails and had to be replanned the day of, they were kind and generous and did not ask for a deposit which was very helpful while we were paying so many deposits at once, and the food was absolutely incredible! If I ever have another event in deep Creek I will call them first and know that they would take care of everything without trying to take advantage of us, like so many other vendors did. I can't thank them enough, they made my wedding day the best it could possibly be!
John and Barb Goehringer were absolutely amazing!! They hosted two food tastings for free! During the food tasting, they were available for questions! They even let my husband and ...
I bring our parents to the tasting! They are very personable and so easy to work with! I had guests with food restrictions at the wedding and John/Barb were great at accommodating. The food was delicious and my guests are still talking about it. They plated my husband and I's food and brought it to our sweetheart table. I cannot say enough about them!!!! Book them for your wedding! You will not regret it!
The Goehringers did an exceptional job preparing for and catering at our wedding. We had several specific requests and exchanged numerous emails, and they were consistently prompt...
and accommodating with all our needs. They offered a wonderful tasting experience, allowing us to sample a wide variety of dishes before making our decision. On the day of the wedding, everything was not only delicious but beautifully presented. While we would have liked the appetizers to stay out a bit longer, we understood their need to transition smoothly to dinner service and maintain a timely schedule.
Goehringer's Catering is the very best! There wasn't one detail that we needed to worry about when it came to the appetizers, dinner, and drinks. They went out of their way to ma...
ke sure we didn't have to do a single thing, and they did a beautiful job! Everything was handled professionally. They were a huge part of why we had such a stress-free day! Our family was so blessed to have this catering team for one of the most important days of our lives. Thank you, Goehringer's!
I highly recommend Goehringer's Catering for any kind of event. Barb and John are so good to work with. Their food is delicious and their service is great.
The catering on our wedding day was absolutely amazing! We had a French fry bar and everyone RAVED how good the fries were! There are 2 things people will remember at your wedding....
DJ and the caterer. It’s been months since our wedding and people are still talking about our food. The display and presentation was top notch and service was just as good. I can’t recommend this team enough for anyone wanting an absolute success for their big day!

uestions we had. We did not have to sign a contract to work with them, and do not let that deter your decision. They were so attentive from start to finish through email and made sure every detail about our wedding day food was perfect. Our cocktail hour display was phenomenal and the dinner food was so yummy. They even helped us have late night snacks and that was the best decision ever! We still can’t stop talking about it all! John, Barb, and their team were so friendly and we cannot recommend them enough.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Goehringer’s Catering for my wedding, after needing to book a caterer at the last minute. Thankfully, Barb Goehringer was incredibly acc...
ommodating and managed to craft a menu that perfectly fit our vision. From our first phone call, Barb’s professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for food were evident. However, it also became clear that Barb and John Goehringer’s passion extends beyond just food; they truly love the Deep Creek area and are dedicated to making every event they cater unforgettable. The buffet dinner was beautifully arranged, but what truly stood out was how the staff made a special effort to serve the bride and groom personally—making us feel cherished on our special day. The menu left our guests raving, and everything was served and cleared promptly and with a smile. If you’re looking for a caterer who goes above and beyond to make a bride and groom happy (and to fill their guests’ bellies!), I absolutely recommend booking Goehringer’s Catering.

felt like family. They took their time with us, allowed us to ask a million questions and change the menu without feeling guilty. Oh! and their food is INCREDIBLE. I got so many compliments after the wedding. Everyone left full and happy. Cannot thank Goehringer's enough for everything! 10/10 recommend.
Goehringer's was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole process of planning our wedding. We enjoyed our intimate, cozy, country-feel tasting. They were fun to chat ...
with and made us feel right at home. They were helpful in assisting us with all of our questions, and open to helping us create the experience we were hoping for. Barb was so kind to find the rose designed butters I asked for. Last minute, she and the team made it possible for our guests to have water - a time consuming and challenging task when unexpected and multiple gigs are booked in a day, but nevertheless, they made it happen. They, also, made a cute table with delicious apple cider and a hot chocolate bar, which was a very nice touch. To top it off, they made sure we were well fed, which was very much appreciated. I may be 1/10 brides who actually got to eat during their wedding, and still got to say hi to all of our guests! Would 10/10 recommend.

re great at providing menu suggestions since I had no idea what we wanted to serve and even for the tasting they made additional items to what we requested.
They immediately reserved the date for us when we reached out, giving us time to schedule a tasting before making the final decision on our caterer. They also were quite flexible when we asked to reschedule the tasting because our travel plans changed. The tasting was so nice being in an intimate setting in their home. They were quite clear about what they needed from us regarding deadlines and equipment, making the planning process very easy for us!
The day of the wedding, they were also great! They only promised that one of them would be at the event with some other staff to help, but both of them were actually there, making me feel even more secure about things being taken care of. They were also great to my bridesmaids who didn't get to try the appetizers due to pictures, so they put together a couple of plates for them to share, which was so generous!
I highly recommend Goehringer's Catering, as they provided great service and they are quite affordable!

I still crave the food as well and am praying I get invited to a wedding they'll be catering. The Goehringer's truly were amazing people to work with and I can't recommend them enough! They will exceed your expectations!

(and so very delicious), and presented in such an inviting way, and the awesome personalities of those who worked the event were second to none. There was never a worry when working with Goehringers Catering, and they had all details covered from start to finish and everything was done with the utmost professionalism. I didn't even hear them cleaning up and leaving the venue - they offer top of the line service. I would highly recommend them for your wedding or any event. As a matter of fact, I had a bride-to-be's mom in attendance, and they decided to go with Barb and John Goehringer for their catering needs after attending our wedding. Thank you again, Barb and John!

Since the wedding was held in New Germany State Park, they even anticipated that we might need trash bags, and gave us extras.

I made decisions on my menu. I am particular, but Barb listened and met my requests. They prepared food for 100 guests for a rehearsal/reunion dinner. I appreciate their willingness to travel to Blackwater Falls, WV. They were timely, attentive to the serving line and the guests. Truly, every dish was delicious and their set up of the buffet tables was lovely. I received many compliments on the food from family and friends. I certainly want to thank John, the chef, and his kitchen staff. Reflecting on that dinner makes me want more of their tasty vegetable lasagna. I would definitely choose Goehringer's Catering again.
