nd liking the end result. However, Amanda did such a fantastic job on my makeup. She listened to what I wanted and asked my opinion throughout the entire process. She even gave me personal tips for everyday wear. I felt like a million bucks and received so many compliments throughout the entire night. Thank you Amanda for everything!

s subtle and beautiful for the day of. My hair was amazing. Stayed in all day and night - woke up the next morning and it was still mostly in place. The best part was they came to the hotel I was getting ready with all their supplies. A great pick for your special day

when I would reach out via email and not receive word back for a few days. The day before the wedding, I received an email late in the evening asking to move the time for makeup. While this was not an issue, as it gave us more time to complete makeup services, it was still a little unprofessional. To receive a change request the night before was completely unexpected, luckily it did not hinder services. While scheduling my trial, I had to reschedule my first scheduled trial due to an unforeseen requirement of my daughter's and the staff worked with me to do so. The only issue I had with the rescheduling was again, the back and forth communication took awhile (longer than two days) and my final trial was set for an evening at 6:30pm. I agreed to this time, however, once I arrived I felt pressured to complete the trial the first time around. Not necessarily by the stylists, they were friendly and accommodating, but because it was so late on a weekday, it didn't feel I had the time allotted to make sure I was getting the look I wanted. Particularly with the hair services. Overall, I was satisfied. The girls were sweet, they listened to what I wanted, and were accommodating. The biggest concern of mine was with the communication throughout the process. The day of, the hair stylist was late and only then did I realize I was never given a phone number to call! I had no idea if she was lost or just running behind! She only ended up being 15 minutes late, which was not a problem, but not having contact information was stressful to say the least. I would recommend using this company to other people, but I do hope the staff at Gogo Gorgeous work on ensuing prompt communication, especially when dealing with brides.

time, just took some emailing back and forth. Just confirm cost at the beginning. I could not love my hair and makeup more! Melissa (makeup) and Chonda (hair) were great! I loved my consultation with them. It was like we were old friends. They were on time on the wedding day and even got us ready on time (i have been in plenty of weddings that that did not happen). They worked great together and made my entire wedding party feel at home. My maid of honor was up the entire night before with her baby and texted me the morning of the wedding that she hoped they could work a miracle! They did and she looked beautiful!!! They worked with my mother-in-law and I translating back and forth her desires for her makeup and hair! Everyone looked amazing! Thank you Melissa and Chonda and GoGo! Would definitely recommend! I have never felt so beautiful in my life! LOVED THEM!

bridesmaids feel and look our very best on my wedding day in May 2017. I also had the pleasure of working with Kristen for my engagement pictures, and she was incredibly accommodating and did an awesome job, which made my decision to use her company for my wedding day a no-brainer.

akeup, but my bridal party's as well. That being said, I don't think I could recommend GoGoGorgeous to other brides. Communication through the whole process was a bit spotty and I had to follow up each email, sometimes multiple times before getting a response. Additionally, I was told that my hair stylist was changed 3 different times, which seemed a bit sketchy. I also didn't appreciate not having the option of actually choosing my hair stylist. During the trials, I wasn't given a full look. Not sure if this is normal or not, but I found it kind of strange. I.E., primer and setters weren't used, my hair wasn't finished, and I was told that it would all just be fixed for the day of the wedding. Shonda, who ended up doing my hair was very nice and my hair came out okay, but not exactly what I wanted. I kept asking for more volume and still ended up with fairly flat hair. The most upsetting part to me was their lack of professionalism with timing. I had to pay extra money for them to start before 8am, to ensure that we would be done by 11:30. After paying extra, they showed up 20 mins late, and finished services almost 40 mins late. I had to leave them to gather their things and lock my hotel room, with all my personal belongings, because we were running so late. Because of this, we were 40 mins late to my wedding venue. I had almost no time to get dressed and it really took away so much of the precious time getting ready with my girls and mom, and we lost a lot of photo opportunities. My ceremony started 30 minutes late due to all this. Looking back, the only thing I regret from my wedding was how rushed we were because of their tardiness, which as I said is really disappointing since I paid extra money to avoid this.

of my bridal party were satisfied. It was a relief coming to them and having them be so flexible since I was having a very hard time booking my hair and makeup with a local salon. It was also AWESOME not having to go anywhere the morning of the wedding since they came to my home. I loved my hair and makeup and both still looked great even after hours of dancing and some cake smashing. The only complaint I have is that you have to pay a deposit to book them and that does not go towards the services. That is why I took away on the value. Otherwise, they are a great company.

oft. It did not wear off and still looked great at the end of the night. The artists travel, so don't be put off by the fact they are based in Fredericksburg. My wedding was in Alexandria, and the travel cost was well worth it!

choice as it was a little darker than I was used to. So, she set up a time for me to meet her again just to calm my nerves and explore another look. It was perfect! On the wedding day, she arrived on time and had everything she needed. She did me, my mom and my flowergirl and everyone looked FABULOUS! I was afraid of my makeup melting off as it was a hot summer day, but everything stayed put from 11amish to 10pmish. We also did the fake eyelashes and those ended up looking very nice in the pictures. I have never looked so beautiful, had so much confidence and felt so much like a princess. The price may seem high, but I assure you that it is totally worth it as pictures last forever and say a thousand words! :)
