Felt like visiting a used car lot. Tons of people there and they are just trying to push you through and get you to buy. Didn't really listen to our wants or make the process special. Went to International Diamond Center down the street and had a much nicer experience.

Upon receiving a warm welcome and inquiring about the purpose of our visit,we were introduced to Kathleen Law. Kathleen immediately made my husband and I feel comfortable and showed a sincere interest in helping us find the perfect gift for our daughter. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient. She gave us her undivided time and attention until we decided on a beautiful pair of emerald earrings. Here's where things could have gone one way or the other... while Kathleen was wrapping our gift, my daughter happened to call. I started asking her about earring styles and it turned out she preferred studs rather than a drop earring, which is what we were purchasing. When Kathleen returned from wrapping our purchase, we shared the conversation with my daughter. Kathleen was amazing! She listened, totally understood and never made us feel uncomfortable. She never once made us feel that she was upset or put out. Together, we picked out a different pair of earrings that are perfect!

Top notch from entrance to exit! We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the door and were introduced to Debbie Tiliakos, who was wonderful to work with! We went on a very busy Saturday and Debbie showed us our many options really helping us to find the best option for our budget. She was a gem herself and didn't rush us through the process. I came in with an idea in my head of what I wanted and soon realized that it didn't look good on my hand in person, so she patiently worked with me to rediscover what I wanted and we are so thrilled with the purchase of my beautiful diamond ring. They helped my fiancé develop an engagement ring in a week!!! They also worked with him to keep everything a secret when he had me in there to try on different wedding bands. My wedding ring was kept a surprise until the part of the ceremony when he placed it on my hand ❤️❤️ Their work is fantastic and the employees are so caring. They even helped to design a bezel for coin that we gave my son during the wedding ceremony.

My fiance (now husband) and I have nothing but good things to say about G&D Source. We came here first when looking for engagement rings. The staff was very attentive without being too pushy, and it just so happens we came here during one of their big coupon sales! So we got my engagement ring for much less $$ than we would have at a different time. The ring was a bargain while still being an excellent quality diamond and a beautiful, uniquely designed band. Tyler was such a great sales associate he was really helpful. The kicker is that unfortunately my ring was stolen months later! I reported it, it wasn't found, so we went in to buy a replacement ring. Tyler again was very helpful, and we were able to get a similar quality ring for about the same price as before (meaning they took off quite a bit from the retail price to help us out). Then magically months later my ring was found! So now I have two engagement rings. And Gold and Diamond Source was very quick to help identify and confirm the found ring as my original engagement ring. When I needed my wedding band sized in time for my wedding even though they weren't able to size it in time, they let me borrow a ring guard/band at no charge. For a small, family owned chain this place has a fairly large and good quality selection, and from my experience, great sales staff to help you find what you're looking for. In all, this store is much better quality and selection than pawn shops, retail stores you'd find in malls, and I believe a genuine good compromise of bang for your buck. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went to the G&DS before we got engaged to look at diamonds and settings. We were immediately impressed with the friendly, professional atmosphere and the incredible selection of beautiful stones and jewelry. Cale and Debbie were extremely knowledgable and super helpful. We ended up buying all three of our rings from G&DS, and they were very accommodating making sure everything fit perfectly. Their customer service is superior and the quality and prices of their jewelry is unbeatable. Highly recommend!!!

My engagement ring was purchased here and they had a phenomenal deal going on that day which allowed me to get a slightly bigger stone than I would have been able to get. When it came time to look for wedding bands, I immediately thought of gold and diamond source. Although there was no match or pair to the engagement ring I had, the lady I had that day was able to find a super close match to my engagement ring and honestly I can’t believe it isn’t the match for my ring even still looking at it now. It looks so good together that I can’t wait to get them bonded together so they don’t twist around on my finger anymore. My husband loved his ring too. He selected a modern looking titanium one. We will probably come here for a lot of our jewelry shopping. Great experience here!

We went to various places looking for my engagement ring but this place was by far the best experience. They were not pushy and really helped guide me through different styles since I had no idea what I wanted. We worked with Alexis and the VP of the company (I cannot recall her name but she was AMAZING). I really wanted a unique ring no one else had and after sitting there for over an hour I found a ring that looked like a flower! It was everything I wanted. It was all white gold and I wanted a two toned ring and they used a sharpie to imitate what we wanted to turn rose gold! They were prompt with their service once the ring was ordered and my fiancé went back and picked my center diamond by himself. He also had a great experience when he returned by himself! I get so many compliments on my ring and we will definitely return for our wedding bands. Also, they were the best price we found and I ended up with a custom ring! Bonus: my fiancé is prior military and a current law enforcement officer so they took excellent care of us!

I am in love with my beautiful Gold & Diamond Source rings! :) Highly recommended...the best place in Tampa Bay to purchase engagement rings and wedding bands. Friendly staff, beautiful showroom, and a huge selection to choose from. My fiancé was happy to see there was even a men's "camo" wedding band for him in stock in his size. He loves hunting so it was perfect for him. The Weintraub's do so much for the community through their charity Hands Across the Bay which makes me so proud to wear my Gold & Diamond Source Diamonds!!!

I worked with Sue Howell to purchase the wedding band for my fiancé. She was so wonderful to work with. My fiancé had a very classic request for his band and Sue helped me narrow down my options finding the perfect ring. I wanted to personalize the ring and had a special request, not only did she make it happen but she shared her excitement with me at the final result. Sue went out of her way to keep the lines of communication open with me, she took her time and answered all my questions which made me feel so comfortable. My engagement ring is also from Gold & Diamond Source and it is perfect. I would only ever consider looking for wedding/engagement and fine jewelry from here! My fiancé got my engagement ring here and I absolutely love it! We actually just bought our wedding bands from here too! Everyone is so nice and remembers us each time we go in! I love the care they take with us even after we've made our purchase and are just coming in for a cleaning or something small. The employees I had the pleasure to work with have been very friendly and are genuinely interested in getting to know their customers. My fiancé and I worked with Troy – who was phenomenal. It is very difficult to find a business nowadays that provides such a personal experience with such an extensive jewelry collection. I have already recommended Gold & Diamond Source to all my friends in Tampa, and I plan on making them my go-to source for jewelry for years to come!

My husband and I went to the Gold & Diamond Source when we first began looking at rings. We had a wonderful experience. We never felt pushed or rushed. My now husband bought my engagement ring here. Absolutely loved it! When it was time for us to get the wedding bands, naturally we chose this place. They had a sale going on at the time where if you spent $500 then you got a gift card to match that amount. We bought both our wedding bands for only $500 as the giftcard took care of the rest! Look out for those deals!

My engagement ring is THE most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever owned. My husband and I wanted something different, so we were open to other jewels. Because of budget, we were looking at moissanite. This was the only store in the Tampa Bay Area that took the time to actually take this request seriously; our sales person got us a moissanite to compare in countless settings. After roaming the store, we found the most perfect aquamarine pair shaped ring. I haven't found anything like it anywhere else. The selection there made it possible to find this ring, which reminds me everyday how amazing that experience was.

To our surprise not many jewelry stores carry many diamonds above 2.5 carts. Gold and Diamond Source had several. They have lots of loose diamonds and do great custom designs! Thank you Ray for making our fabulous rings.

Got a beautiful emerald cut engagement ring that was priced very reasonably. We know this b/c we had it appraised by and independent appraiser, however, when we went back to find a wedding band to match, the one we chose was way overpriced, so we took it back and were very disappointed that they tried to sell us this ring knowing it's value. So would not recommend them.

I bought my soon to be husband's ring there (titanium & diamonds)and he loved it...I also bought two beautiful shell shaped, gold & silver necklaces w/diamonds in them for my sisters as they were in the wedding and they loved them!

The prices of my husband and my rings are properly priced. Everything is included in the purchase of the ring, sizing, cleaning, engraving, loose diamonds, warranty.... would shop here again

My fiance bought my engagement ring at Gold and Diamond source, so we decided to get our wedding bands there as well, as they gave us a 10 percent discount for life. My fiance had to order his, and it seems as though they forgot about him. Everytime he went in to pick it up the same woman he ordered it from had no idea what was going on. We also won a gift card from them, and you couldn't use it unless you spent at least 1,000 dollars. This place is okay, but it seems as though they nickel and dime you, and their customer service needs some work.
